Easily accessible to the tram line. The view from the balcony is exceptional. There is nothing to dislike everything was superb
• Licet (1/5): - Reservé con anticipación y el mismo día del check-in cancelaron la reserva. Me dejaron sin alojamiento en pleno viaje y con muy poco margen para resolverlo. La comunicación fue muy poco resolutiva y sin ofrecer soluciones. Poco profesional. No lo recomendaría si buscan seguridad en su reserva.
• BarbaraEvaM (5/5): Preis sehr gut - Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch! Kein Hotel ist näher an den top 3 Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die blaue Moschee ist genau gegenüber und wird vom Zimmerfenster aus gesehen. Das Frühstück ist auch außergewöhnlich gut. Das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir fragen. Wirklich sauber ist es nur teilweise. Aber ausreichend. Es gibt einen Hund. Über den bin ich bei der Abreise gestolpert, da es dunkel war und er direkt vor der Stufe nach draußen lag. Leider haben wir die Erfahrung gemacht, dass besser kein Flughafentaxi vom Hotel aus gebucht wird. Vorab bezahlt, morgens kam es aber nicht. Geld weg und wir mussten ein anderes Taxi teuer bezahlen, um zum Flughafen zu kommen.
• Балабай (10/5): - Отдыхали в отеле в апреле 2026, все очень понравилось, замечательные хозяева, добрые, отзывчивые, отдельное спасибо Саше, Насте, Кудрату за гостеприимство, постоянную заботу и готовность помочь, а также за организацию шикарного трансфера из аэропорта. В отеле небольшие, но уютные номера со всем необходимым, вкусные сытные завтраки, отель находится в историческом центре, напротив голубой мечети, очень удобное местоположение, красивый вид из окна! Тем, кому тяжело подниматься, обратите внимание, в отеле достаточно крутая винтовая лестница.
• Katica (10/5): Kellemes környezet. - Központi helyen van, Kék Mecset a tér másik oldalán található, a szobából is rá láttunk. A szoba nem nagy, de a célnak tökéletesen megfelelt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és mosolygós. Az étel roppant ízletes és bőséges volt. Nincs olyan ami nem tetszett.

• Ana (3/5): Buenas vistas, no es un hotel. - La ubicación, excelente El hotel no es un hotel. Es un bar restaurante con unas habitaciones que tienen las mejores vistas de Estambul pero las peores instalaciones posibles. No han acabado alguna obra, no te cambian las toallas ni otros amenities. Colchón viejo y sin cubre colchón. No hay limpieza de habitación. Pagas las vistas. Además, como no tendrán licencia de hotel, aceptan un máximo de pago con tarjeta. Así que tienes que ir pagando de 70€ en 70€.

Я заранее общалась с менеджером и подтверждала приезд. Специально искала отель с оплатой при заселении. Ну оно и к лучшему. Забронировала сращу другой отель рядом и в живую глядя на этот отель очень была рада, что отменили бронь. Отель убитый, с наружи так точно! Так что имей е ввиду, что по приезду можете остаться без номера!
• ALLA (1/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! - NON to like ,,, UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE! They sold my room for cash to someone else and when we arrived , we had nowhere to stay ! 🤬 No communication with customer whatsoever! We asked some questions on “ message the property “ option, but never received the answer . We calked them directly one night before asking for possible early check in ,,, but what they are interested about was only to sell you Airport-Hotel transfer , which was more expensive than if you booked elsewhere! When we arrived about 10am , we have been told that our room HAS BEEN SOLD GOR CASH to some other “customers “ since they could not contact us earlier in the morning, blaming on payment issue and system outage!!! We are sorry , but airplanes DONT HAVE PHONE LINE and being unreachable while your flights and transportation is not unusual! Overall : unprofessional, irresponsible and zero customer service skills ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !

• Alessia (10/5): Più di un dipinto. - All’optimist mi sono sentita semplicemente a casa. Siamo arrivati senza troppe pretese dato l’ottimo prezzo e subito siamo stati accolti nel bar sottostante con un tè e un dolcetto di benvenuto. È vero la struttura è senza scale ma le stanze sono accoglienti e hanno un panorama mozzafiato sulla piazza. La vista dalla finestra dell’ultimo piano per chi ha la fortuna di alloggiare nella stanza 4 è un quadro. La stanza potrebbe avere qualche accortezza in più ma sicuramente è una struttura diversa da un classico hotel. La colazione eccellente servita la mattina al bar da un personale davvero gentilissimo, sempre acqua gratis, di una cortesia disarmante. Pensate che al check out pioveva e ci hanno addirittura regalato un ombrello. Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul non avrei dubbi: sceglierei loro.

• Cristina (7/5): - Locația este superbă, la cativa pași de toate obiectivele turistice din centrul istoric. Micul dejun a fost bun. Camera a fost bine încălzită, a fost destul de rece in perioada în care am mers acolo. Patul a fost ok și confortabil. Camera in care am stat are nevoie de renovare - se vad urmele unei inundații pe tavan și zugrăveala se desprinde. Nu s-a făcut curat în perioada în care am stat acolo (3 nopți de cazare) și nu au fost disponibile articole de igiena(săpun, gel de duș) deși în anunț erau menționate.

• Alessandra (9/5): Perfetto - Location perfetta per visitare la città. Vista dalla camera spettacolare. Le scale sono piuttosto ripide e scomode, non adatte a tutti e la camera necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione ma sono "difetti" che si ripagano ampiamente con il panorama. Il personale è gentile e ci hanno custodito i bagagli gratuitamente una volta lasciata la stanza. Ci ritornerò.

Il piccolo hotel offre servizi molto ma molto basici. Necessita di un urgente restauro perché avrebbe tantissime potenzialità.. purtroppo la gestione è approssimativa e i disservizi continui. La direzione preferisce cash ma il cambio lo decide lei..

The ketler to do tea/coffee was never working. Also the tv was not working. Is a petty (because I asked if can be swapped) and was not in 4 days. But they always give me free coffee downstairs.

Обслуживали очень быстро, завтраки как в ресторане. Администратор девочка Саша хорошо говорит по-русски! Вообще всё было прекрасно! Нам очень понравилось! Вид из окна потрясающий!

• Alisa (7/5): Great location - Perfect location, on the Sultanahmet square, everything is close. Great view from the terrace. Water upon request for free, same with the slippers.. Upon arrival we were relocated to the neighbouring Turkoman hotel. By the manager we were told it is "the same". The view wasn't as on the pictures and the rooms were totally different. Breakfast was nice, but nothing astonishing. The room was small and the furniture was a bit dated, but cozy. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

• Drilon (1/5): Vacation Destroyed by This Disgusting, Bug-Infested Dump - The location is good. Everything else. This is hands down the worst experience I ever had in any accommodation I ever booked. The level of dirtiness in the room we got assigned is unseen!!! We started getting skin rashes from the first night of our stay, seemingly due to bugs all over, mainly from the bed, that had an extremely dirty mattress on which we identified what looked like bed bugs feces and larvae!! first night we were so tired from the traveling, that we were able to somehow sleep even though we were scratching our bodies from the itching; second night was unbearable: both me and my brother couldn’t sleep due to itching from what we think were bed bugs. They didn’t even take the effort to put a thicker layer on top of the mattress (a comforter or blanket) it only had the extremely thin almost transparent top sheet. At 5 am in the morning we were obliged to book a second accommodation, while being in absolute stress and discomfort! In addition, breakfast was a disaster. First day they served us food that seemed that was so old to the degree that was stinking. We refused to eat, and never thought of eating there again. This very disastrous hotel ruined our vacation. Please save yourselves and avoid booking at this hotel at all costs!!!

• ana (3/5): Poca Limpieza y camas incómodas - Ubicación buena Personal Agradable Camas incomodas, baño con agua fría, habitación sucia. Debido a lo mal que estábamos en la habitación, tuvimos que cancelar y buscar otro hotel.

• Igor (7/5): - Best location and view possible. Staff are friendly and try to help They have a household boiler heating up the hotel. If you travel during colder months heating is questionable. I had to ask multiple times, few nights it was cold, one night was the radiator on by default. They tell you to use the AC for heating but it is ancient and loud as a truck. Even bigger problem is the shower warm water, since they have a small boiler it runs out fast, hair washing is problematic

• Natalya (1/5): Не рекомендую - Одна звезда за расположение рят, так же можно курить в номерах-в окна. В кровать в таком номере-полуторка. Входная дверь расположена крайне не удобно. Вдобавок на сиенах были достаточно стремные рисунки. В вечер заселения хозяин под воздействием спиртного начал возмущаться нашим несоответствующим отелю настроению. Верещал, что вернёт нам деньги и выселит. Всю ночь мы не спали и думали, куда идти. С утра сын хозяина извинился и сообщил, что мы можем остаться. Два дня мы были в улучшенном номере пока нам не сообщили, что произошла ошибка и мы должны переселиться в тот номер, который бронировали. За эти два дня в номере не убирали ни разу. Забегу вперёд и сообщу, что и в оставшиеся 8 дней в другом номере уборки так же не было. Хорошо, что туалетную бумагу мы выпросили на весь период. И сами сменили себе полотенца на девятый день. В другом номере было нормального размера спальное место. Но в ванной был сломан душ-вместо этого висел шланг и не хватало дверей в душевой кабине. Завтраки были однообразными и не особо вкусными.

• alti (1/5): - Absolutely terrible experience – avoid that Hotel and Cafe We booked two superior rooms of 30m² as clearly described on Booking.com. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the beautiful view shown in the pictures. However, once you actually look closely, you realize that all the pictures are of only one specific room – the other "superior room" is not even shown,8It's misleading and dishonest. When we arrived, tired after a long journey, we were told that because it's Saturday and it's busy, our room had been given away to someone else. We were in shock – we couldn’t believe what we were hearing. The host coldly told us that he had given our room to other guests and suggested we cancel our reservation. We refused. Then, unbelievably, he tried to send us 800 meters away to a completely different, run-down hotel with small, cramped rooms – and he wanted to charge us the same price as the superior rooms we originally booked! Of course, we refused again. DO NOT LET THE VIEW FROM THE PICTURES RUIN YOUR VACATION – the owner’s behavior is completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is old, dirty, and nothing like what you see online. Be very careful and inspect every picture before booking. To make things worse, the entrance to the hotel is through a filthy, depressing café – possibly where breakfast is served. It’s cramped, dirty, and completely uninviting. One of the worst hotel experiences with booking we've ever had. Stay far away.from this place. Booking.com should have stricter control over listings and hosts like this.

• Евгени (10/5): - Локацията е топ. На 5 минути от спирката на трамвая, на 1 минута от спирката на Буса, който минава за аквариума, на 10-на минути пеша от капалъ чарши. Цезар и баща му са много готини и гостоприемни хора. Получихме доста неща подарък от ресторанта, а закуската беше обилна и много вкусна. По стаята има забележки, но като цяло препоръчвам!

• Emily Hall (7/5): Location! - The location of this place was the best; right in the middle of Sultahnmet and the Blue Mosque. The bed was comfy, room was spacious, had a beautiful light structure and the air con worked well. Delicious breakfast and coffee in the mornings too!

• Alice (9/5): Davvero bello - Stanza davvero bella affacciata in una delle piazze principali di Istanbul davanti alle principali attrazioni e con vista sulla moschea blu. Personale molto cortese e simpatico, ti fanno sentire a casa. Tutto abbastanza pulito. La colazione molto buona, non a buffet ma praticamente arriva un piatto già composto da loro bello abbondante con colazione internazionale, ogni giorno la stessa. Si sceglie soltanto la bevanda.
• Hira (9/5): - This was a great location. We stayed in room 4 which is the room on the top floor and had great views of blue mosque and aya sophia. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. There is no elevator and carrying bags up the narrow stairs was a struggle. TV did not work as well.

• Jude (8/5): Amazing location and great, generous breakfasts. - Perfectly located in Sultanahmet right across the hippodrome from the Blue Mosque. Also the breakfasts were delicious and ample. Staff were friendly and let us stow our luggage. The bathroom was in need of a revamp and the shower was missing a door. Apart from a couple of brochures there was no information in our room.

The highlight was undoubtedly the room's clear, unobstructed view of both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia — absolutely breathtaking during the day and even more magical at night, when both landmarks are beautifully illuminated. Being able to admire them right from the comfort of our bed made the experience truly unforgettable. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful — a true optimist who genuinely cared about our comfort and made us feel right at home. His warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the whole stay. Breakfast was served at the café located at the entrance of the hotel with excellent service that stood out from what you typically find in other hotels. This hotel is a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, warm hospitality, and a perfect view in one of the most iconic areas of Istanbul.
• Natia (10/5): Exceptional service and great quality ! - The location is perfect - it’s right in the middle of Sultanahmet Square - which is the heart of Istanbul. If it’s your first visit and you are going to see Hagia Sopia, Topkapi Palace and Blue mosque - you will be there in less than 5 minutes walk away. I stayed at double/twin room. The property itself is peaceful, clean and beautiful. The room has exceptional lighting - Turkish lamps and many mirrors. There was a wardrobe with built-in organizer and hangers. also, there were other storage spaces. The bathroom was clean - there was a shower gel, a shampoo and a soap. We were provided with clean towels. There was a hairdryer and an iron. It was a little cold and staff turned on the heat in the building without asking and I appreciated that. We had breakfast every morning there and it was delicious! The staff - especially the host - are very friendly and helpful!

• Nithin (5/5): If you want a hygienic and peaceful place, don’t opt this. If you are looking for a view with proximity to all tourist a - Location was good. Since breakfast was included, it was a good deal compared to the cost of eating same food outside. Hygiene level in the cafe was bad with dogs(that too dirty ones) and cats running around and their fur all over the place(the receptionist doesn’t seem to care)! Dog was sniffing food left to be served!! The receptionist was singing, shouting and playing music until till after midnight and hence making it difficult to sleep! The bed was too old probably as the middle of the bed was like a sunken hole. Shower door was broken and no soap tray.

• Xenie (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is in a beautiful location, overlooking the Blue Mosque and everything around is close. Absolutely perfect! Great breakfast in the morning, soup, tea. My husband and I were here for 3 days and we really enjoyed it! It was snowing, it was cold, it was still raining, but the room was warm. The heating always brought us together after day trips. Thank you Mr. Kudret for a great stay! We were here for 3 days and were thrilled.
