• Nick (9/5): Pleasant stay in the center. - Central, location, spacious apartment with balcony, well equiped kitchen. The process of entering the apartment is a bit confusing and impersonal without anyone being present at the check in. We had to wait until the clock ticks at 16:00 exactly, in order for the door lock to open despite the fact that they informed us we could checkin half hour earlier. Then we were supplied 2 sets of keys but one was really hard to open the door(didn't work properly).

• Jonny (10/5): Excellent base for a long weekend in San Sebastián - Excellent location, within walking distance of everything and also close to the beach. Loved the terrace too and the main bedroom is very large and comfortable. A few ‘basics’ would have been handy. Some coffee? Sugar, salt etc.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The location to the old town and beach was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and lovely that both bedrooms opened out to the terrace. No negatives really.

• Maria (9/5): Nice department, except for the parking issue, they shouldn't say there is a parking at all. - There is no parking at the property, this is quite confusing, you have to pay 30 euros and walk to blocks to get there, it is a public parking near, not at the property and not for free.

• Miyagawa (10/5): We could live here! - The apartment is spacious, comfortable and provided with many amenities to make our 10 day stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, in east proximity to the San Martin Market, Old Town and Gros. FeelFree provided excellent service. we loved everything!

• Sunil (10/5): Great! Would stay again! - Customer service and communication is excellent. The apartment itself is easy to access and location was as good as it gets. It's in a great part of town and the apartment itself is very nice. For key pickup, the lockboxes are easy to use once you know where they are. If you arrive outside office hours to get the keys, the location of the key boxes probably could use a better description (maybe with a photo). The key boxes are somewhat tucked away to the right of the stone lintels where the entrance to the office is. The kitchen table has a very loose leg that kept falling off and could use repair. Otherwise, great place!
