• Gerd (1/5): Ilskan över att blivit lurad förstörde hela vistelsen - Detta boende har ingen parkering, trots detta står det så i bookings sajter. Booking bör ändra det omedelbart. Efter att vi bokade free rental lovade de att hyra en parkering. Vid incheckning bad de oss att sköta det själva! Kostnaden för parkeringen skulle enligt free rental vara 20 euro per dag, vilket är lögn, kostnaden är 31,50. Vilket för oss betydde en extra kostnad på 161 euro. Vi har använt booking hela livet och är vana vid att det som står stämmer, nu tycker vi att vi är lurade och vi kräver en ursäkt från booking. Hälsningar Håkan & Gerd
• YOLANDA (8/5): Fin de semana en una ubicacion inmejorable - La situacion, la magnifica terraza, el menaje de cocina, el baño, cafetera perfecto ya que somos cafeteros y se agradece. Apartamento muy bien aprovechado. El colchon de la cama excesivamente duro por lo que hemos dormido pero no hemos descansado. No ha sido confortable. Hay un wifi al entrar que no corresponde con el de la tele. La tele es smarttv pero como que el ruter de la tele que es otro no tiene internet cuando quisimos utilizarlo no pudimos. No informamos a la propiedad porque al dia siguiente por la mañana ya nos ibamos. Por lo demas sin queja alguna

• James (9/5): Superb location to explore San Sebastian - Excellent apartment in San Sebastian just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Really great location close to so many good places for food. Lovely coffee shops, restaurants and bars on the streets in the surrounding area. The apartment had everything you'll need for a stay - really excellent facilities. Lovely small terrace outside too. The elevator is very small, we travelled with a baby so it was very tight with a baby stroller and bags. That's the only minor negative. Lovely apartment otherwise.

• Gillian (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect for walking to the old town and La Concha Bay. We really liked the open plan living space. The balcony is a great extra.. The lack of mirrors. The only mirrors are in the bathroom which made it impractical when both of us were trying to get ready at the same time. An additional mirror in the bedroom would be good. The lift in the apartment block is tiny. It only takes 2 people and even then it is a very tight squeeze. This is completely outwith the hands of the apartment owners but felt it is worth mentioning.

• Jane (10/5): Fantastic property and location - The terrace is phenomenal, location great, facilities brilliant and bedroom lovely. Thought having to walk to the office to get the keys was not good. First time ever had to do this. When you have luggage and have just arrived the last thing you want to do is traipse through the town with luggage. Not an issue if you are driving I guess. Would not stop me staying again as the property is great.
• Robin (10/5): Great accommodations in a great area! Convenient to the best of San Sebastian. - This was a really nice property, beautiful and modern with a great terrace. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. The management company was very helpful when we had questions. I would stay at this property again! I got in late and had to walk to the office from a bus stop to pick up the keys and then walk to the property. I wasn't sure how safe the walk was going to be and there were not a lot of people around. It ended up being fine and I got into the apartment with ease.
• Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic apartment and location, just like the photos. It was very well equipped. It's right near the beach and a short walk to the central bus station and old town. We really enjoyed having drinks on the balcony in the evening. The service was exceptional. Just after we arrived we tried to use the washing machine but the door wouldn't open. Within 30 mins of reporting the issue someone came out to look at it. The maintenance man was very professional and came back the next morning with the part he needed to fix it. We were really impressed with the speedy service and were able to use the washing machine that day. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
• Mihaela (9/5): Overall, we had a comfortable stay at this apartment. We appreciated the cleanliness, alongside the location and all oth - The location is perfect. The apartment is at the top floor, with an amazing terrace. Fully equipped and comfortable. We had the feeling we were in a treasure hunt, from the online check in process to finding the plates - they are located in a “secret drawer”, under the cutlerie. Also, basic stuff such as salt or coffee pods would certainly improve the hospitality experience - even if the apartment is “self catered”.
• Tomomi (8/5): Excellent! - Excellent location near coast and the cathedral and shopping places.For two it’s good size to stay with big luggage.We used washing machine every day and dried them in the balcony.It’s hitting sunshine a half of day,afternoon to dawn. The room door’s rock was too hard to unlock.Because we arrived there night, we only collected room keys in the key box of outside office.So we didn’t get how to unlock it. Other thing there weren’t kitchen tools (for example the radle)to cook.
• Eric (10/5): Location, Location, Location- Clean flat centrally located. - The property was in excellent location. Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.
• Susana (10/5): would definitely stay there again. the feelfeee personnel were quick to address any minor issues and were very personabl - beautifully maintained and clean apartment. the location was also perfect. bedroom window a little too close to other apartment windows so sounds and cooking smells were accentuated.
• Maria (6/5): We have had to complain several times to get all the problems fixed. - the location is really good When we arrived we had problems turning on the heating. the tv didn't work either. At dinner time, in order to use the ceramic hob we had to turn off the heating because the electricity went out.
• Barbara (8/5): Great location right beside great cafes for breakfast also bars and restaurant all very close. it was 5 minutes walk max - the terrace and location there were no basic supplies available to cook. we had planned to do some small eating there but would have had to buy every single thing like salt, pepper and oil.
• Shwu (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - Exceptional client service and nothing was too much for the staff. It is very obvious that clients are the most important. They provide you with a number to call 24/7 in case of emergencies. Excellent apartment and they provided a welcome pack which consisted of washing powder for clothes and dishes. In all the other apartments we stayed at, we had to buy these in larger sizes and then threw them out. It was such a waste. Location was awesome, 3 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the supermarket. Centrally located near Old Town and the tourist spots. Nothing at all.
• Kim (5/5): Worn apartment in a very nice location. - Very nice location. The apartment was not at all as expected. With the high price charged for this apartment, you would expect everything to be working fine. That was unfortunately not the case: - When we turned on the aircon water was floating out from the unit. - The first time we used the one beach chair on the terrace it broke down completely. - Even after replacing the batteries the remote control for the TV was not working. It was simply worn out. - We had to clean the table on the terrace thoroughly. It didn't seem to have been cleaned for weeks. Some of the problems were fixed, but the problems would never have occurred in the first place, if the owners had made a simple check before our arrival. They are obviously only coping with issues reactively - not proactively as they are supposed to. It was annoying to have to go to another part of the city to pick up the keys. In general the apartment appeared worn, and thus the price is set 50% too high.
