• Muriuki.M (9/5): Very sad experience - Allow me to say that this is a place that is meant for specific people. I won't lie. The room, the food, the pool was dirty, and the staff (except one lady at the reception)were docile, almost unfriendly.

• Joyce (10/5): great stay - All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived.

• John (8/5): Good value for the money and felt secure. Rooms were a bit old but adequate. Good staff - Breakfasts were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Dinner was OK but not special. Wireless connectivity was spotty and weak.

• Yolanda (2/5): Bad facilities - Shower system did not work properly. Booked a twin share with queen bed for husband and I and they did not have a room ready for us. Put us in a double room with single and a king size bed. Sort of Bunk beds and mattress very thin- pillows lumpy. Moved to a twin share and the bed was no better. Everything was bad except the receptionist service.
