- Stefanie (10/5): Rundum empfehlenswert! - Lage super, in der Ausstattung mangelte es an absolut nichts, alles sauber, bequeme Betten und Kissen. Frühstück ein Traum! Wirtin super herzlich - man merkt das sie mit vollem Herzblut bei der Sache ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und ich bin traurig das wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind buchen wir definitiv nichts anderes :) -

- Gunnar (10/5): Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in einem liebevoll geführten Haus, das mit Charme, Sauberkeit und herzlichen Gastgebern - Unser Aufenthalt im Haus am Stadtturm bei Familie Rees war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das integrierte kleine Museum im Haus hat uns sofort fasziniert und unserem Besuch einen ganz besonderen Charakter gegeben – man fühlt sich, als würde man für einen Moment in eine andere Zeit eintauchen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und strahlt unglaublich viel Charme aus. Familie Rees ist herzlich, aufmerksam und man merkt, wie viel Leidenschaft in jedem Detail steckt. Die Lage direkt am Stadtturm ist ideal: ruhig, zentral und perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – diese besondere Mischung aus Komfort, Geschichte und Herzlichkeit findet man selten. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Alles war super, einzig die Parkplatzsituation könnte etwas entspannter sein. Obwohl auch das super von Frau Rees gelöst wurde.
- Michael (10/5): Ein unvergessliches Wochenende - Das Frühstück war hervorragend Unsere Vermieterin war unglaublich herzlich und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben
- Werner (10/5): Unfassbar gut! - Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Ehepaaren im frühen Herbst für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Gemietet hatten wir 2 Appartments für jeweils 2 Paare. Jedes Paar hatte in dem jeweiligen Appartment ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad. So etwas gibt es selten - üblicherweise ist ein Appartment mit einem Bad ausgestattet. Die Appartments waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei der Anreise nett empfangen. Ich möchte nicht vergessen, dass das umfangreiche Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen ist und das im Haus befindliche Museum (der 50/60iger Jahre) in jedem Fall besucht werden sollte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es gab von insgesamt 8 Personen keine einzige Beanstandung!
- Josefine (10/5): Wohlfühloase in bester Lage - Liebe Paula, was sollen wir sagen-es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum-super sauber und alles da, was man benötigt. Hervorzuheben sind die Betten, welche wirklich unglaublich bequem waren. Aber auch das Frühstück jeden Morgen war sehr besonders und mit soviel Herzblut und Detailverliebtheit zubereitet. Zudem lag jeden Morgen ein Kinderbuch auf dem Frühstückstisch, auf welches unser Sohn sich immer sehr gefreut hat. :) Und auch sonst gab es auf dem Flur viele Bücher, Puzzle und Spiele, die man sich jederzeit ausleihen konnte. Man merkt einfach mit wieviel Leidenschaft diese Unterkunft geführt wird und bedanken uns für diese außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft! Danke Paula, auch für die soooovielen tollen Tipps und den Einsatz, uns noch eine Planwagenfahrt zu organisieren. Wir werden wiederkommen! :) Hier können wir rein gar nichts sagen.

Een héél warm onthaal door de gastvrouw, die discretie en het geven van nuttige tips perfect wist te cimbineren... Een ontbijt dat tot in de puntjes verzorgd was, met elke dag andere, lekkere dingen op het bord... Kortom, een absolute aanrader!!!

- Brent (10/5): - This was even better than I could have imagined! Beautiful apartment, so modern and updated. Everything in town was walkable. Great conversations with the host to understand some tourist benefits better. Tried the German train system some before our planned train trip the following week, made us more comfortable and saved us so much time on a Sunday excursion we would have otherwise driven to. So many restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby as well as a the wine fest we based our trip around. Our in house breakfasts were so good and leisurely. Loved this location and this gasthaus!

We received a warm welcome from the hosts, making us feel right at home. The superb studio on the upper floor was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and the lounge corner was perfect for relaxing. The impressive breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We could only stay one night, holiday was over.

Close to the river and awesome hikes! They could install air-conditioning or anti-fly meshes on the windows because you need to keep your windows open during the night and we got stung by musquitos . Not a lot but still. Maybe if not an air-conditioning then a blower would be nice

The room is large with a kitchen, filled with all you might need. The welcome was very friendly and helpfull. There is a garage for the bikes.
