• Renata (8/5): Spokojenost, klidně by jsme se vrátili. To mluví za vše😀 - Velmi dobře dostupné metru, v docházkové vzdálenosti centra Barcelony (LaRambla, Sagrada Família). Veškerá občanská vybavenost. Prostorný byteček.
• Sylwia (10/5): Polecam - Doskonała lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i jasne wskazówki do zameldowania i wymeldowania. Komfortowe mieszkanie, które pomieści kilka osób. Było ogrzewanie, więc śmiało można przejeżdżać w okresie zimowym. Zdecydowanie za mało wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience.

Es un apartamento que está muy viejo: moho en el baño, puerta hinchada que no cierra bien, menaje de cocina estropeado y placa que apenas calienta, la cama doble tenía una pata rota... Luego había otras cosas menores, como que la televisión tardaba 15 minutos en encenderse. El trato con los encargados de gestionar el apartamento, que es una empresa, no un particular, fue malo, ya que no nos contestaban a lo que preguntábamos y nos remitían una y otra vez a mensajes enviados. Además, aunque les dijimos muchas veces que la alarma no funcionaba no nos echaron cuentas y, viendo que la puerta del apartamento de enfrente había sido forzada, no nos quedamos demasiado tranquilas.

• Irina (9/5): Great place in the perfect location — we loved our stay! - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The best part of the accommodation was definitely the location — close to everything and only about a 10-minute walk to Sagrada Família. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the person in charge of the booking was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Although the official check-in time was 16:00, we were able to check in at 10:00 when we arrived, which we really appreciated. Even if early check-in isn’t available, there is a baggage locker close to the property, and the staff helped us find it. There weren’t really any negative aspects, but the beds are quite small. If you’re a tall person, you might want to consider another option. Other than that, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The shower is diabolical as the doors don’t shut, the toilet bowl was loose, the tiles on the floor are loose, the kitchen bench varnish is sticky, the iron is unusable with exposed wires, the aircon is loud and the TV takes 10 mins to “warm up”.
• Maribel (1/5): Terrible experience, avoid this property and host - Only the location nothing else I like it It was the most awful experience ever…. The communication with the host was horrible, I try it to contact with him to find out if the building have an elevator… never hear for them until they need to collect the money for the city tourists tax, then they answer y question 4 week delay…. On Sunday when we arrive to the property at 4 pm was the check in time…. The lock box were the keys were was broken, doesn’t open it, try to call the host for an hour anyone respond on the phone number, call booking and they said, they will try to contact the host and call me back, never hear for booking again… after 3 hour pass of checking time and trying in to contact the host finally someone answer to my surprise they think I was stupid enough to don’t know how to open the lock box…. After many calls back and forward at 8 pm they said that some manteinance guy will come to handle me the key… he arrive around 9 pm, and open the door finally, but he can’t leave me the key because the host tell him don’t to do it and he doesn’t have the authorization, he give q phone number to call the next day ( of course that number was a fake one)anyway after This nightmare with two kids and my husband who is a handicap on the street waiting for the key, I go to sleep waiting for them to the next day to bring a key…. Next day arrive I call the number and the host just told that they were thinking that the maintenance guy leave is the key, wasn’t true ( terrible communication) and again I have to wait for almost one more hour for a person to come to bring the key and check that I was absolutely right about the lock box, was damage…. It was a terrible experience I never wil use this property again and I will don’t be using booking again because they have to have better standards with their host and properties, I read many others complains about communication and they still manage to keep on The business running!!!! If you are read this please avoid this place

• Adam (1/5): The apartment was alright, but holiday was ruined due to break-in with all 3 of our passports taken! - Location was good, easy to get around the city and close to tourist locations. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. SECURITY!!! Unfortunately even with a security system, we still had a break-in. Meaning the intruders likely knew the code to gain access! Maybe owners invest in a safe/lockbox?
• Blazevska (8/5): Such a beautiful stay, with a terrible comunication with an owner - What we like the most about the apartment was the cleanless and its location We didn't like the comunicatinon with the owner, beacause it was confusing and difficult to talk to him, and even the worst, finding him on first day of our stay.
