Guest Reviews
- Vickie (10/5): - Very quiet and safe
- Nicole (10/5): - The one bedroom was huge! Great kitchen. Bring a good knife and Tupperware for leftovers. Seriously everything you need, grills, pool, hot tub, ping pong at the pool. Awesome resort!
- Alisa (10/5): - Very peaceful
- Ivette (10/5): Wonderful place - My family and I we love to come here. It’s very comfortable very clean very friendly, very quiet and we love Everything here is perfect Everyone is very friendly and the workers are great. Love the customer service.
- Marsha (8/5): - The hotel has an odd smell
- jack (8/5): - Nice area n spacious rooms
- olga (8/5): - Some of the electricity outlets did not work, some of the dishes were not clean.
- Leticia (4/5): Issues with room key and charges on credit card. - Facility was good. Check in and out was poor. My room was changed due to our request but the room number was not assigned correctly so the room key did not work and we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get a new key. An unauthorized charge showed up on my credit card and when I called the front desk, they would not tell me what it was for and they said they would reverse it but was not. Had to open a claim with bank for fraud investigation.
- Jeanine (8/5): Nice place but no free wifi or satellite TV - Very nice and clean. Loved kitchen area and laundry access and the pool area. Only stayed 2 nights but no wifi unless you paid $49 for 10 nights access. No satellite Tv, only few channels on Live TV. The tv had capability to use google cast and watch Netflix if you have that membership. I didnt use any of that since I don't have unlimited data in my phone plan and didn't want to pay fee for wifi.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Stay - Friendly staff and answered all our questions.
- Mike (4/5): - I canceled this reservation but have not received the credit as promised. Sounds like a scam.
- Joshua (10/5): - This is a nice concept.
- robert (10/5): - Nice size unit very clean and comfortable
- HNS1102 (10/5): Awesome - Great location, great staff, roomy accommodations. One of the cleanest timeshare resorts we have stayed in. A big plus are the garages, which keep your car shaded and out of the weather. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
- Genevieve (10/5): - Clean, affordable, centrally located, easy check in and check out, enjoyed kitchenette in unit
- Vicente (10/5): - Es muy bien para ir con la familia
- Neil (10/5): - A great place to stay. A home away from home.
- 19Cali80 (6/5): Off the Mark - This was a last minute decision to stay here for a few days. The property is well kept and maintained. The only place available was a studio. As soon as I walked in the room I knew it wasn’t for us and went back to the office to see if they had another room available, I was told there was not. My problem with it was there was no patio on the room and the “porch” was a concrete slab next to the stairwell with the air conditioner on it. The only window/sliding door was to the porch and made the room feel like a cave. If you like to sit out in the morning with coffee or in the evening with a drink this is not the room you want. I might give it another chance if I could be assured of getting a place with a patio but if not I’d pass.
- Marianna (4/5): - IT WAS QUIET
- breyeschow (6/5): Decent location, but probably not for a work trip - The staff were great, but the wifi was terrible, intermittent and less than 10mps, so unusable for any video calls. Sure, most people there are probably not working, but still, these days strong internet should be the norm. Not their fault, but the pool was also shut down due to a county wide Legionnaires Disease scare.
- butterflyfitjen (10/5): The walls are very thin - We had a studio where we normally book a 1 bedroom, yet this sufficed for our needs. We were in a B room and there is an A room which shares a wall and had a connecting door (which was obviously locked). I would suggest if you put people in the rooms like this that you either put groups that are together, or attempt to not use both parts. We heard much of went on with the two different occupants in the A unit.
The bed was comfy, we always bring our own pillows because it seems Worldmark likes them very squishy and we do not. LOL The hot water in the shower was limited. If we both wanted to shower and have hot water, they had to be quick showers....or you just got luke warm.
The staff was super attentive and all very nice and the best part was there was ZERO pressure to attend any meetings! This is a huge plus for us! Not sure if this is because of the pandemic or the norm here, but we appreciated it.
We enjoyed the location of this resort and will definitely come back, but will likely look for a 1 bedroom next time!
- Christopher W. (8/5): Palm Springs Fun - had a great time, beautiful property. check in instructions were confusing, said to contact property owner but there was no contact.
- Braun (8/5): Hotels.com problem not hotels - The hotel it self was very nice. My complete is with hotels.com. Going on the website about this hotel I was not given the option of either a studio or a 1 bedroom. If you scroll through the pics on hotel.con you believe that the room you are getting has a kitchen. All the pics that are on there show there is a kitchen. Well comes to find out that it’s only for the 1 bedroom rooms that I didn’t know existed. The studio does not have a kitchen. Also the site shows that the deposit is $100. I got to the the hotel and it was a $200 deposit. My issue this whole trip was not the hotel at all. It was all the info giving about this property on hotels.com
