Verified traveler (8/5): Electricity shortages - Electricity keep turning off when we tried to use the microwave. No shampoo stocks just a piece of soap and towels. This is an apartment building, so if you have a problem, it's hard to find a receptionist to help, or I may say that there is none. We had no electricity until morning to find people in the office lobby. Knock the door and ask for help. So We decided not to use the microwave at all because we are afraid to lose the electricity. I couldn't find the garbage too. When we arrived, we don't know of where it's located. We went up and down to find it. There's two elevators, but we are so confused of where to find this flat. We were very tired, we can't find help. We knocked someone's door to ask. Plus this is far from the main city. Although the place is clean and the neighborhood looks safe and quieter. Overall.... it's fine but it is not what I am expected. It could be better if the owner told us where is this place located inside the building plus if there's no problem in the electricity shortages.

Antonio (2/5): Tão ruim, que o hoteis.com me devolveu o dinheiro - Estive hospedado em Setembro de 2018 neste flat. A péssima experiência começa quando eles mentem no site, pois NÃO dispõe de check in. Você vai ter que andar 2,5 KM, para ir buscar a chave, sendo que no site de vendas, a informação é outra, quando informam que é no local. Eles nunca te falam a verdade. O flat é simples, para pessoas muto simples. A mobília e decoração, lembram as do começo do século, fazendo recordar a casa da vovó. A pessoa com quem tratei, via Whatsapp, é a mais desqualificada que já vi, sem se preocupar com o hóspede, em nenhum momento e vai lhe tratar como um cachorro. Foi uma experiência tão ruim, que o site hoteis.com, me devolveu todo o dinheiro. Não paguei um centavo pela hospedagem. Imaginem um local tão ruim que você nem paga para se hospedar. Cuidado e procurem uma outra acomodação. Abraços a todos.
