- Mariia (8/5): Thomson family - In general it was good, apart from certain broken items:2 seats at the table were broken; no bowl for soups etc; screws sticking out of door bars where our child ripped her foot. There for 12 days with children, would expect change of bedding and towels. Bath taps breaking on us, so we had to fix it ourselves. Messages to agent about extra chairs were ignored. 1 broken bed, had to fix it ourselves. The sofa need replacing, because it’s excessively warn and abused. No proper curtains, no blackout blinds or curtains, not easy for children to sleep (white nights in Russia). Moldy bathroom with unclean smell.
