• Flavia (10/5): Fantastico!! - Struttura in una posizione eccezionale. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, metro a 15 minuti di distanza, in una via molto bella, sicura e con palazzi molto belli. I ragazzi alla reception molto gentili e sorridenti. Stanza pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e molto silenziosa. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti!!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

• Elena (9/5): - La atención y amabilidad del personal es remarcable, así como la ubicación. Tiene una WiFi que funciona perfectamente y el apartamento está muy bien equipado para pasar unos días. El agua caliente de la ducha no funciona en ocasiones, lo cual es un pequeño inconveniente. Otra cuestión es que el apartamento no está en el mismo edificio que las habitaciones y la recepción y eso ocasiona cierta confusión e incomodidad. Pero al margen de esto todo perfecto.

Un misto che unisce la comodità di un albergo e l’accoglienza e calore della casa. Forse manca qualche gancio in bagno per i teli e una lampadina per leggere.

• Paola (10/5): Napoli 2025 - Soggiorno da vari anni presso questa struttura situata in un palazzo storico,a due passi da Piazza Plebiscito e quindi al centro Città ma in zona tranquilla. Parcheggio convenzionato a pochi metri ed utilissimo. Le stanze sono comode e pulite,la colazione e' completa.Nei pressi ci sono tanti locali dove mangiare bene o passare la serata. Valore aggiunto e' la presenza della signora Margherita che accoglie gli ospiti , li coccola ed intrattiene con simpatia, garbo , competenza ed un sorriso che solo la gente di questa stupenda Città può avere!! Una scelta che ormai non cambierò più!

• David (6/5): City apartment a good base with unclear value from Mummarelle - Mummarelle provides access to a number of apartments in this part of town out of an office. We struggled to find our apartment and a guy came down to help us locate it (it was set back from the road). Great location which meant we were walking a lot. Modern apartment which was of a size and standard you would expect for a city centre accommodation. Clean towels and well made beds. Good wifi. Our biggest gripe was around the value that Mummarelle added to what is essentially a flat let. We left our bags with them but when it came to collecting them they were locked up and not answering the door. After half an hour of hammering away with another family eventually someone emerged to open the door and let us have our stuff back and we left late for the airport. The parking is 40 euro a day...unless the day starts after midday in which case it is another 6 euro an hour after midday. 96 euro for less than 48hrs...on the Mummarelle special rate! Regretted bringing the car, but driving in Naples is such a joy that I wouldn't have been without it. Not sure about organisation / security with the balcony. The shutter didn't close and the balcony door wasn't robust and a random couple turned up at our door during our stay trying to get in. Probably innocent enough...

• Guida (10/5): - Salve, siamo molto soddisfatti, appartamento confortevole al 6° piano quindi molto silenzioso, pulizia eccellente e staff molto molto disponibile e gentile La convenzione con il parcheggio custodito 40e per una notte è un prezzo esagerato, abbiamo ritardato 2 ore e mezza ed abbiamo pagato un ulteriore sovraprezzo di 15€

• Mario (6/5): Very unpleasant stay for a 280 euros per night stay. - Location was wonderful, close to Lungomare and Chaia areas. Great shopping nearby and great choice of restaurants. Easy walk up Via Toledo to all the important areas, spacca Napoli, Spanish Quarter, etc. For the price paid for 3 nights, I expected more of the unit. There were some important deficiencies. The air conditioner temperature and speed of vents were difficult to control, it was always too cold. If we opened the windows instead, it was loud until the wee hours of the morning. During our stay, there was no change of towels nor added toilet paper, only 2 rolls provided for 3 nights and 2 guests. Maybe it was noted in the fine print of the reservation? Hair dryer would not stay on, no matter what outlet is was plugged to, so one hand held the dryer in the socket, the other to dry your hair. More importantly the washroom had a stench of onions. Was it the garbage outside, 6 floors below or something with the toilet bowl? I had to close the cover, seemed to help a little. Hot water shower was very difficult to control, runs cold for 2-3 minutes, then burning hot for 2-3 minutes then back to cold. We stayed at 66 Via Santa Lucia.

Il check-in a pagamento dopo le 21 e poi dopo le 24 a costi crescenti mi pare 40 euro. La richiesta di 10 centesimi a corsa per usare l'ascensore nelle ore di servizio del Portiere. La colazione "compresa" minimal chic, senza neanche il pane e, ad esempio, le uova strapazzate a pagamento come altri extra . Il lavabo che gocciola. Il sapone liquido nel spendere della doccia e lo shower sul lavabo, tranquilli li ho sistemati io!!!

Ce qui n’est pas forcément désagréable car très beau et bien agencé mais pas ce que je recherchais. De plus pas de frigidaire en marche (ce qui est vraiment pas cool car javais un médicament à mettre au frais!); le pommeau de douche était cassé donc impossible de s’en servir

Our driver hadn't heard of it and the address in Google brought us to the wrong building. Once we found the building, we struggled to figure out where to go. We found a stairwell and went up one flight of stairs to finally find reception. A physical key was required to enter the facilities and the room. The bed was firm and there was no comforter or duvet, only a single sheet.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating. The apartment is only one room separated by a partial wall between the bedroom and sitting area. It worked perfectly for me and my friend.

• Maria (8/5): Excellent for a short stay in Naples - The hotel is located on the second floor of a building inside a private courtyard. It feels very safe and it was in a buzzing area, with the privacy you need. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and the facilities very tidy and clean. We loved being walking distance from many parts of the city we wanted to visit. The street could be heard from our room, but it didn’t cause any issue, especially as we were left with ear plugs too! It’s not a dislike, just a slight confusion as to when breakfast is served. We stayed for a few days and rose early, but only once saw breakfast being served. Probably best to double check timings on this!
