- Grogan (10/5): Lovely stay for a couple of nights to get away from the city. - The location is great. Walking distance to the main street in town and the restaurants. The balcony was fantastic although the table could be a bit larger so we could eat together as a family outdoors, but no real problem.
The pool was lovely as well. It would be nice to have swimming pool towels available for use in the room as we had to go back to the office to collect some towels. Again, this was no real issue. The main bathroom could use a blind on the big window for some privacy as our daughter wanted to use the oversized bath, but again, its no real issue to work around.
- Lisa (9/5): - The view and location. The complex facilities were excellent, it was very quiet and relaxing. We had dolphins come every morning and evening which added to the magic of our experience. The carpet was very stained and the front door lock was difficult to lock and unlock, it appeared to near repair. We only had one access key to the property which made it very difficult for our group of 4 to be able to do separate activities.

- Michelle (7/5): - Fabulous location and view with a lovely large balcony. Great having 2 car bays. The apartment is 'tired' and needs a refresh. Dirty marked walls, fraying carpet edging. This apartment doesn't compare well to other apartments in Bridgepoint, Seapoint and Bayview.
- Shane (8/5): -
- Dorothy (10/5): - Great stay as we were playing golf and course was close by
- PaganHippie (8/5): - The view was amazing and the deep bath was awesome The spa an pool facility's weren't available

- Raz (7/5): Beautiful views of the Esplanade; central location! - The beauty of this property was indeed, its superb location!! Sited in a secure building, with all the amenities an upmarket apartment has to offer (barbeque area, full gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc etc) and all this while being literally riverfront to the Mandurah Esplanade, it was the highlight of the stay! Convenient, central, and filled with conveniences, it was a staycation that we enjoyed. Everything to do with Mandurah was within walking distance, or a short drive away. Two parking bays were allocated to the apartment rental which was good too. The views from the property to the Esplanade and the river delta was breathtaking. Although we mostly enjoyed the stay, it was a little disappointing to note that there were no options for the providence of wifi in the building or property anywhere. We had to rely on our mobile phones overall, which anyone with children will know can get a little scary with the data usage. The TV on site was quite dated: we brought a USB stick with movies to watch but sadly, the TV was rather old and was connected to a DVD player, with some DVDs provided in the drawers. No Netflix, Youtube, or any of these modern-day smartTV options
The property also did not feature a fully stocked kitchen: they had basic pots and pans as well as appliances, but no salt or pepper, sauces, or any pantry items that we normally find in other properties we've stayed in. We literally had to buy everything from scratch. Thankfully, we live locally as this was a staycation, but for visitors/tourists, that would spell either a lot of dining out, or a grand wastage at the end of their stay.
The front door of this apartment seemed to be unable to lock. Granted that one requires a fob to get the lift up to the floor where the apartment is sited, it still felt a little scary to leave the apartment and not be able to lock it. Also, some light bulbs were blown and non-functional leaving you to think that theres a level of repair that the apartment could do with. Safety within the underground carpark/garage is also compromised as the timed gates have let unsavoury people into the carpark and storage areas. Guests and occupants to the apartment building are told to wait for the gates to shut before leaving the complex, noting any intrusion, if any.
Finally, to address the WIFI issue: although the advertisement for the property did not state it provided wifi by omission of that fact, it did not state it clearly that the apartment was completely without any form of wifi.

- Maggie (10/5): Wonderful views over the city. - Fantastic location, fabulous views over Mandurah and the Peel inlet from the verandah. Close to restaurants, theatre and walks. Safe underground parking. Two single beds were a bit uncomfortable. Three beds and only two blankets on a cold night, not ideal.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Another relaxing stay at Bridgepoint. Amazing view, well equipped apartment. Very happy to see that the couches,, outdoor setting and dining table and chairs have been replaced. As always, peaceful, quiet and as a solo female traveler it's very secure and safe feeling. Fellow residents/guests lovely if you happen to bump into them (especially the fluffy white 4 legged type! Super cute 🥰). Bridgepoint is my number one choice of accommodation in Mandurah. The carpet is getting worn around edges and in "high traffic" areas and there's some scuffs and marks on walls, this didn't affect my stay at all and is more of a cosmetic thing than anything else.
- Suzanne (5/5): The view was great but no wifi was ridiculous - The view was amazing No wifi
Mattresses were uncomfortable
- Ivan (1/5): A disaster filthy poorly furnished - None None
- Melody (9/5): Lovely accomodation. Will definitely book again. - Location and view No privacy in the master bathroom.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (8/5): Good stay quiet and facilities were good - The location was excellent Property a bit tired needs painting the patchwork job brings the property down as does the tired and worn couches
- Robin (8/5): Very good -
- Jolian (9/5): Superb -
- Glenyse (10/5): Exceptional - The veiw .Location.
- Duncan (8/5): Very good -
- Pamela (10/5): Amazing, will return again soon - Location, space, cleanliness, facilities, storage, everything we needed and fantastic views N/A
- El (7/5): A couple of upgrades and this apartment would be exceptional. Thank you so much! - - Such a stunning view and close to cafes and beach.
- Large balcony
- Quiet
- Swimming pool was huge and never busy due to this building being mainly residential
- Clean and inviting
- Two parking spots None of these were deal breakers but you asked :)
-Different location to pick up keys - not a big deal though.
-Upon picking up the keys we weren't told about towels. If we wanted towels for swimming we'd need to pick them up at the key location. We didn't realise until we went back to Bridgepoint and read the paperwork we were given.
- No wifi or smart tv
- sound on tv kept cutting out
- The couch is in terrible condition. If you don't want to replace it, a couch cover will suffice.
- No curtains in living area. Can be very glary and also lets heat through
- No blinds / privacy in ensuite bathroom. You can't go to the toilet without your partner being able to see everything!!
- Tom (9/5): Great -
- Greg (1/5): Dismal after check in problems anf failed promise of a 50% refund - VERY VERY VERY DISMAL CHECK IN
- Gareth (7/5): Good -
- Frank (6/5): nice place to enjoy a quick get a way - location was fantastic. beautiful aspects from the balcony and respective bedrooms block out curtains in the bedroom. vertical blinds not the answer especially with the rising sun during the start of summer.
- Charlotte (6/5): Great location. Apartment in need of an update - Location and room space Very tired looking. Could do with a refresh and a paint.
- Ray (8/5): Great location great view. Really enjoyed our stay. - Great location Furniture and bit worn-out
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Janina (5/5): Passable -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - I love the Point Apartments, always quiet, secure and safe. Awesome views from the balcony, great access to the waterfront, Kitchen, Ensuite bathroom, Bathroom, and both bedrooms lovely. Awesome new outdoor setting on the balcony. Please think about updating the lounge's and dining room chairs. They've deteriorated somewhat since my last stay. Still comfortable but looking worn.
- Johny (4/5): The location and the building was perfect but the accommodation was in a very poor state. - The location No TV in the main bedroom.
The TV room furniture was in a very bad state.
The bedroom blinds allowed all the morning light in the morning.
- Clinton (6/5): Good mini holiday with family - Location Suggest that for the cost per night being requested that the unit would have WIFI, Smart TV, Lounge needs updating and either privacy lourves or blinds required for the large bathroom window so that your partner can use the bathroom with some privacy
- Julie (8/5): Pleasant, lovely view clean and spacious apartment. - Price, view, facilities No, onsite manager was difficult when we had questions re carpark, return of key. Carpark was not clearly explained, ie access gates and open times.
- Trudi (7/5): Good - The view Beds a bit hard. Lounge suite, needs renewing.
- Sean (10/5): Loved it - All good Nothing
- Ann-maree (8/5): Convenient location and easy to access. - Great location and appartment facilities including undercover parking. Singke beds and sofas are in need of an upgrade.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Keith (8/5): The apartment met all our needs and more except for the lack of Wi-Fi - Location and balcony views, size of apartment ease of entry and parking Lack of WIFI would be an issue should we stay again at a different time of year
- Joan (9/5): Superb - Location .Ease of access . Secure parking . Quiet .Cleanliness . See
- Tammy (7/5): Enjoyed our stay but for the smell. Something sprayed? Reception was unable to tell us. - Location and outlook was lovely The horrendous smell in the car park that permeated through the building.
- Shelley (8/5): Location, location - The Location was fabulous and the size of the apartment was generous. The balcony was large with plenty of space to move around. Well equipped kitchen with a large fridge. Restaurants close by and parking for 2 cars underground. The Single Beds were uncomfortable and if you are tall you cannot stretch out without hitting the end of the bed. The sofa is comfortable but cracked on the seats, the outdoor furniture chairs are starting to fall apart and look ratty.
- Elizabeth (9/5): terrific - Bella was fantastic. Very helpful and thoughtful
- Frank (9/5): Excellent - N/A
- Aileen (8/5): Very good - Great spot with beautiful views.
Could have stayed longer More towels on hand would have been good also could have done with some signs in and outside the building to help find your way
- Sleight (9/5): Superb -
- Mario (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (10/5): Amazing break away fabulous - Lovely property fantastic view
- Chung (9/5): Superb -
- Kristin (9/5): Superb - It was extremely clean and modern. No blockout blinds, so very bright in bedrooms, and completely wide awake from 5.30am. Not ideal for a holiday sleep-in
- Rochelle (8/5): Excellent location and views - Location. Vertical blinds were missing, subsequently the light was coming through the room at sunrise. Not ideal when on holidays.
- Suellyn (7/5): Good - Having to collect keys(and return) from a different location was annoying although not that far away.
- Mariel (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place and view. The location is perfect. Near to boardwalk and different restaurants, cafes, shops, and playgrounds. The unit is great. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. It's just perfect. I'm so glad I booked it. We will definitely book here again, probably for a longer period. We also have an unexpected visitor every day. An osprey hanging around the balcony. It's just amazing. None
- Lee (9/5): Having the internet would have made it perfect. - Proximity to everything, view and well stocked. No internet - this meant I had to go to a cafe to work which was very inconvenient. Not expected in this day and age.
- Paw (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (7/5): Good -
- Jan (10/5): well worth the money - clean great location
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (8/5): Very good -
- Leigh (10/5): Best accommodation to showcase all Mandurah has to offer!! - The location was spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable and more than I expected. The view from the balcony made the whole trip that much better! Loved being so close to all amenities. Great location. I would have liked to have had wifi. If there was an option for Paid wifi, I didn't know about it. I was there on a work trip, wifi would have made it that much easier.
- Rodney (7/5): Good - Location good Beds in main bedroom a little bit low
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely holiday apartment - My third time staying at 1303. It's private, secure, quiet and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, watching the sun rise and set over the marina is particularly lovely. There's great onsite facilities if you choose to use them and the permanent residents are lovely. I will certainly be choosing to stay at 1303 again. The living dining area needs blinds or curtains on the sliding doors/windows. I love how much light the windows bring in and being able to look at the amazing view whether you're in the kitchen or sitting on the couch however because it's so bright it makes seeing the TV screen very difficult during the day as the light reflected off the screen. Other than that I will certainly be staying again.
- Gerald (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Marina (8/5): Overall good. Small things that can be improved on considering the price per night. - Location Single beds' mattresses not comfortable, Buddha statue, not enough toiletries for 3 days. One basin was blocked. Outdoor blinds and patio floor dirty. No bedside lamps in main bedroom
- Stacie (7/5): Good - The location is superb. Very spacious apartment, gorgeous views, felt secure, the gym, swimming pool and sauna were invaluable to us as our son is training for an event and needed to be able to train. The instructions were confusing for check in and check out. No mention was provided as to how to return the keys which created issues, the apartment needs attention with maintenance ie. bedroom door doesnt shut and blinds on the verandah dont roll on their tracks. Some of the furniture was pretty tatty which I didnt expect for the location. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom is cheap and nasty - I could feel the springs and I am lightweight. I felt very awkward using the toilet in the main bedroom. It could do with a retractable blind for privacy.
- Ann (9/5): Great apartment with stunning views -
- Emily (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (7/5): Overall stay was fantastic and would recommend a visit to Mandurah. - The location and view where fabulous The mattresses were uncomfortable and the crockery was chipped.
- Barbara (9/5): very comfy and relaxing - Location, location
- Nari (8/5): Very good -
- Eu (9/5): Really love to stay there again… - Everything… Buddha statue on the side of TV
- Connor (4/5): Disappointing -
- Robert (9/5): I loved the location the view parking security other than a couple of small things it was perfect - the beds were not comfortable and the showers were great but a bigger shower rose so two could shower at the same time would be much better.
- Jem (7/5): Good -
- Jodie (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (10/5): about as good as you can get - everything nothing
- Morley (8/5): Very good - location, view, and location again no wifi
- Kathryn (7/5): Loved the location place clean put needs updating very tired - Location great The room was old and tired looked like someone had thrown in some old furniture it was clean but blinds in the bedroom were old & hard to open only 1 bedside lamp, outside table was old & sliding partitions outside didn’t work paint peeling off tv cabinet
- Gaye (9/5): Loved it,will recommend to others - The bed was rather low, making it awkward to get out.I am not a spring chicken.
- Sarah (9/5): Weekend solo retreat. - The location (direct access to Marina Boardwalk that leads you round to restaurants,Movie Theatre, Mandurah PAC and then the cafe shopping strip on other side) and views from apartment/balcony were amazing.
Well equipped fully self contained, clean and tidy apartment. 2 parking spots and lovely and secure with access to building and apartment via fob and then key. It's also lovely and quiet, I almost felt bad checking in and checking out for making noise!
There's a gym, sauna, pool and spa on site along with a cute shared library and entertainment lounge. The pool and spa are closed over winter months.
It was my second stay and I'm already looking forward to my third, sadly its so popular that you have to get in quick!! The mattress in main bedroom could use an upgrade/get replaced. The carpets could use a bit of a spot clean/shampoo especially in dining living areas. It's not overly filthy or anything but a bit of spot stain removal and clean would make the apartment even better than what it already is. The only other thing would be upgrading TV so that Guests can hotspot from their phones and access Netflix, Stan and other streaming services
- Tania (8/5): Great location. Great unit for Families. Would def recommend. - Unit needs a bit of an upgrade. Only one TV in the lounge that is not a smart TV. Half the channels don't work. Remote was missing the backing. Furniture is looking a bit tired. Unit could do with a paint. Balcony needs a really good clean.
- Nicola (7/5): good - location mattress was uncomfortable
- Audra (9/5): Great location, walking distance to good restaurants, wonderful views, very quiet, top quality. - Lovely spacious apartment, and pricing when we booked in August similar to the hotel next door where you only get one small bedroom. Plus as the apartment is on a higher level, the views are far more extensive to the hills and a long way up the estuary, great night lights views also. Large balcony. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet as the majority of the building seems to be owners, not short term tenancy. There are quality fixtures throughout and Miele appliances in the kitchen, so you can tell this was built with quality in mind. Will definitely be back for another stay. Communal outdoor spa water temperature wasn't hot or we would have gone for a dip even though the weather was wintry! The website said there was a bbq but there was only a gas connection on the balcony but no bbq. This didn't really bother us as we ate in town but for others it may be an annoyance. If we'd stayed longer we would have enjoyed a bbq.
- Anonymous (9/5): Amazing views, great apartment for families. - Great Views, location and overall fantastic property. The bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable and would highly suggest a new mattress is needed.
