• Theo (8/5): - Het uitzicht op het meer was geweldig Ik vond het wel jammer dat het zwembad niet open was dat hadden ze naar mijn mening moeten vermelden Voor de rest het waren hele lieve aardige mensen die echt goed voor je zorgden ze staan voor je klaar als het nodig is.

Always eager to help and make your experience incredible The views and pool are some of the best aspects of this property. Especially given how rare a pool can be. The only thing which prevented me from giving a full five stars on everything, was certain parts of the house and facilities are showing sign of wear. All of which can be easily fixed. Some folks who are used to a hotel experience need to reevaluate their expectations. I would put this property on par with a B&B which has grown a "little tired with wear."

Un ottimo posto dove staccare dalla routine, godendo una vista spettacolare sul lago mentre si fa colazione, si pranza e si cena e si fa un bel tuffo in piscina. Unico punto sfavorevole una volta dentro non si vuole più uscire .......anzi non viene nemmeno voglia di andare a guardare in giro!

• Jakob (2/5): Do not book this Hotel in current condition - The place looked deserted, the fence was closed and there was no-one there to greet us. Fortunately the neighbor jumped out of her swimming pool and helped us call the owner. When we met the owner he could not speak english so the neighbor continued helping us, translating and explaining. We walked up to the front of the building, it was messy and filthy. The place looked dirty, the laundry was hanging all over the yard, renovating equipment was everywhere and the pool looked tainted with some kind of yeast. The owner said they were cleaning the pool and thus it could not be used while we were there. A discouraging message after driving for hours in a car looking forward to a refreshing bath in the pool. We were then shown to our room where the first thing we noticed was a strange smell. Next thing was the cleaning gloves on the table and the wires coming out of the walls. We opened the windows expecting a view of the lake as we paid for, but the view was blocked by trees. We took to the bathroom where more cables and electric equipment were dangling from the wall. Finally we laid down on the bed and beside being a 1,5 person bed too short for me (189 cm) it had an unpleasant smell. There we further no way to lock the door to the room or the bathroom. We agreed that we were both too uncomfortable with the place to spend the night there, so we had to go through the trouble of finding another place to stay.

• Rudatis (2/5): - Dieses HOTEL Al Poggio ist in einem Schrecklichen heruntergekommenen Zustand. Die Einrichtung, Möbel, Betten, Fenster, Türen, Beleuchtung sind bestimmt noch von 1962-1969. Die Storen und Volant`s hängen in Fetzen, der Garagenplatz ist zu 30% mit alten Möbeln etc. vollgestopft. Eigentlich sollte es nur noch zum Privatgebrauch benützt werden, Die Zimmer an Touristen zu vermieten ist nicht empfehlenswert.
• Pierre Jérémy (2/5): Catastrophique. une arnaque. à fuir! - Catastrophique. Il s'agit d'une arnaque, en aucun cas il s'agit d'un établissement professionnel. Il est difficile de comprendre commun cet établissement puisse encore accueillir des gens dans ces conditions tant le bâtiment est délabré et semble ne pas être au conforme aux normes (électriques par exemple). Le ménage n'était pas fait lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place alors que l'annonce prévoyait un ménage renforcé. N'imaginez pas utilisé la baignoire balnéo, l'eau y coule jaune. Que dire de la literie et des serviettes de bains... L'hôte nous a accueilli torse-nu et en fumant des cigarettes. Il n'y avait pas de WIFI. Nous n'avons pas pu rester dormir et avons du prendre une nuit d'hôtel en urgence. Notre séjour dans la région a été écourté à cause de cet établissement. Nos vacances ont été gâchées et nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé. Nous recommandons à Hotel.com d'enlever au plus vite cette annonce du site.

• Fred (10/5): - We stayed here for 8 nights and had a great stay. We had the Camino room, which has a large balcony with a stunning view over the lake and the swimmingpool. The hosts Gianmaria and Beppe very nice and invited us to have dinner with the family on one night. Beppe made us a great breakfast in the morning with crossants, capuchinno, fresh fruits, yoghurt and omelettes.

Somit schaut man doch über einiges hinweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig als unser Urlaub zu Ende war. Insgesamt gesehen TOP...
• Benny (10/5): - Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Zeer grote slaapkamer en aparte badkamer ter beschikking gekregen. Ontbijt was tip top in orde, elke ochtend verse croissants van de bakker die ze rondbracht.. Zwembad is zalig om in te vertoeven op een warme dag met uitzicht op de bergen en het meer..
• Michael (8/5): Härlig pool och fantastisk utsikt - Charmigt om än lite slitet. Perfekt för några dagar, och inte alls dåligt även om jag som fastighetsägare såg en rad punkter som enkelt kunde underhållas lite bättre. Peppe som skötte frukost och hjälpte oss med svar på våra frågor var helt underbar. Glad , trevlig, servicevänlig och lyfte hela upplevelsen. Synd bara att han inte var där när vi lämnade. Hoppas han får se detta. Vi skulle absolut bo där igen om vi kommer tillbaka. Härlig pool och fantastisk utsikt.

• Roberta (6/5): - Solo la ottima vista sul Lago che dava la stanza deludente l’aspetto del b&b che dal sito tt un altra cosa nn curato mancanza di luce per rientrare di sera abbiamo dovuto usare torcia smartphone stanza ampia ma con persiana sistemata in una certa maniera per cui aria visto la temperatura esterna calorifero metà che andava e l’altra parte no niente tv nonostante il solletico il bagno fuori dalla stanza e mancanza di luce a portata di mano per cui ogni volta alzarsi per accendere la luce in stanza esperienza nn ottima peccato perché se verrebbe curato sarebbe un ottima posizione

• Christian (4/5): Désinvolture ahurissante ! - Hotel propre qui mériterait d'être un peu rénové mais quelle bizarrerie : sous prétexte qu'il allait fermer le lendemain le petit déjeuner réduit à une tasse de café avec un DEMI croissant...et rien d'autre ni confiture ni pain ni jus ... on a bien verre, mais vide ! C'est la première fois que nous voyons une telle désinvolture ! Donc si la chambre est propre, le reste est foutage de gueule !!

Meget støj fra de omkring liggende vej, samt den meget morgenfriske hane. Der forefindes ikke aircondition på hotellet. Betegnelsen på dette overnatningssted burde ikke være hotel, men B&B

• Lotte (10/5): Fantastik og meget autentisk. - Ualmindelig gæstfrie værter. Tak for alle gode råd til sigthseeing og super fin service. Hotellet er slidt, men der er rent. Morgenmaden er ikke iverdådig, men passende. Udsigten til morgenmaden er det hele værd. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen, hvis vi skal denne vej.

• Marieke (4/5): - The view is the only positive thing. Accomodation is old and no maintenance has been done in many years. Needs a renovation than it can be a nice place. The bathroom was very dirty it had not been cleaned. Last night the place was full with young people partying and using drugs. The owner did nothing. We fled the place in the middle of the night because did not feel save with my children. I made a complaint. I was promised a refund for that night, but even after many messages and promises from the owner, I never received my money back. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place.
• sabine (6/5): Vue magnifique - Propriété en manque d'entretien, les choses sont laissées dans leur état détérioré. La propreté laisse à désirer. Connexion wifi inexistante. Pas de ménage fait entre nos nuits comme il était prévu. La piscine, très agréable et les vues depuis le logement et sa terrasse, magnifiques, nous font oublier le reste. Également très bien situé près du centre.

• Marianne (6/5): Lago Orta - La villa est située sur les hauteurs avec une magnifique vue sur le lac! Le jardin et la piscine (illuminée la nuit) sont bien entretenu. Par contre l'intérieur de la maison nécessiterait un sérieux coup de rénovation, portes/volets qui ferment mal ou pas du tout, ameublement dépareillé et vétuste! Le living qui sert de pièce pour le déjeuner n'est pas très accueillant, à part la vue! Dommage! L'accueil par le propriétaire est très chaleureux et le déjeuner copieux. Merci pour cela.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Prima di iniziare la recensione ci sarebbe da fare una precisazione riguardante il rapporto costo/servizi e devo ammettere che per lo stesso prezzo ho soggiornato in hotel che disponevano di servizi base quali ad esempio: climatizzazione, frigobar, televisore e parcheggio garantito, assenti nell'alloggio in cui ho soggiornato. Considerando che trattasi pur sempre di una formula B&B, di sicuro c'è da segnalare la meravigliosa posizione in cui è collocata la struttura che, dal punto di vista paesaggistico è senza dubbio meravigliosa. La struttura è infatti collocata in su una collina da cui si domina buona parte del Lago d'Orta e della cittadina di Omegna. Si consigli a di essere muniti di autovettura o moto in quanto vi è una bella salita per raggiungere l'ubicazione del B&B. Cosa da notare è che la struttura dispone anche di una piscina di cui non ho purtroppo usufruito visto il breve soggiorno ma di sicuro è un altro punto a favore che vale la pena segnalare. Non sono riuscito, sull'argomento piscina, a verificare le condizioni di pulizia del fondovasca e le procedure di pulizia che, di solito nelle altre strutture, vengono effettuate a fine giornata vietando la balneazione agli ospiti. Qui posso dire soltanto che mi è sembrato che la piscina fosse sempre li a disposizione a qualunque orario del giorno e della notte, un peccato non averla provata.
