• Cristina (4/5): No me ha gustado - Según las fotos de internet parecía otra cosa. La habitación muy pequeña y el armario también. Según se entra la impresión no es buena y la terraza que sale en internet no está en funcionamiento

• fariña (5/5): - La ubicación y la limpieza, las camas son cómodas y el trato bueno No había agua caliente. entiendo que fue por una avería pero llamamos sobre las 9 de la mañana y no nos cogieron el teléfono, no nos contestaron mas allá de las 11:30 que ya nos habíamos ido. La intencion de la reserva era descansar, darnos una ducha e irnos y no pudimos ducharnos, Supongo que el problema fue algo puntual, pero si algo no funciona y se intenta arreglar no hay problema pero no fue asi. Si no fuera por eso el resto de la estancia fue perfecta

• José Antonio (9/5): Un estupendo día en Úbeda - Habitación muy acogedora, con buen gusto, limpia y en una calle silenciosa. Cama doble, que eso se valora también. El propietario nos explicó muchas cosas sobre Úbeda y la atención fue exquisita. Se oía a los vecinos de otra habitación. Quizás las paredes no estén bien aisladas o no son muy gruesas.

• Sara (8/5): - La ubicación ,el edificio , el entorno , la decoración de la habitación , el que hubiera un pequeño lugar para poder tomarte un café o una infusión a tu disposición . el patio que tienen está ,muy bonito , aunque no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarlo La cama es mejorable con un colchón mas firme y yo ya no pondría mantas, un nórdico pesa menos y resulta mas cálido , por otro lado las toallas resultan un poco pequeñas ,

• Antonio (6/5): Magnífico alojamiento que falla en la atención y los detalles. - El propio edificio, hermoso, la habitación, grande y luminosa, lla ubicación insuperable y las instalaciones, modestas pero suficientes y bien cuidadas. La mala gestión del check in. No te atienden personalmente, se concierta cita pero no es puntual y tampoco implantan un sistema de check in a distancia con código. Ni una cosa ni otra. Te sientes un poco abandonado. Tampoco los servicios de bienvenida en recepción tienen sentido si hay tetera pero no agua. Lástima porque un alojamiento que merecería un 5 sobre 5 se queda en 3 por estos fallos.

Preis war zu hoch für das Ganze - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt unterhalb der Kathedrale und Parkplätze vor dem Haus ist eher Glücksache, aber wurde darauf hingewiesen . Mit etwas Geschick findet man ab 18:30 entlang der Redonda de Miradores kostenlos Parkplätze.😊 Der Hinweis, das man keine Fenster öffnen kann aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit in der Jahreszeit war spannend. Ist im Badezimmer am Waschbecken Schimmel dadurch. Ein Tischler sollte mal die Holzfenster abschleifen, dann geht alles prima und die Feuchtigkeit ist dann auch kein Thema mehr.

• Lucía (8/5): - La ubicación, la comodidad de la cama y la almohada y la ducha amplia y agua con potencia. Las ventanas no podían abrirse debido a que son de madera y estaban hinchadas por las lluvias, y de poderse abrir, la del baño estaba dentro de la ducha.
• edu197204 (9/5): escapada - la verdad es que el hostal estaba limpio, creemos que fuimos los únicos hospedados ya que el finde daba mal tiempo...y no había mucho turismo por Úbeda, la cama cómodo y encima aparcamos en la misma puerta, también está muy céntrico y relación calidad-precio muy bien, ya que se encuentra en pleno centro histórico pero sin paso de gente ni coches...así que muy bien. nada que reseñar

Desayuno inexistente: por la ciudad a tu libre elección.Muy bien ubicada, junto a zona monumental. Información y trato del gerente en la recepción. Limpieza mala. Camas horribles. Mal sistema de calefacción: sólo con bomba de calor del aire acondicionado que no dá a basto para el frio que hace.

La chambre, la salle et les parties communes sont très propres, bouilloire et thé à disposition. Tôt le matin, impossible d'allumer la lumière dans le salon pour se préparer la boisson chaude, il y a juste un eclairage indirect et faible, c'etait ennuyeux.

• David (7/5): Lovely location but unfortunately not what I expected. - The location is great both for access to the old town but also for getting there by car. The place was a disappointment. I chose it because it seemed to be nice and light but also with some life with friendly staff and things like the courtyard mentioned. It wasn’t though like this. It was dark and echoey, courtyard was closed and I saw staff on checkin and that was about it over three days. While you can open your window, not all rooms have balconies and any view is pretty limited. I know that I was there in a quieter time and that’s not a fault of the hotel but it just wasn’t what was expected. The rooms do have character and toilet and shower were clean, the room itself also really did need a bit of a scrub. The walls and doors were a bit “grotty”. Maybe again an end of season thing but different to all other hotels on this trip.

It’s very well located , just a shortwalk up - The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the historical sights and good eateries . Overall a fairly spacious and comfortable room . No staff on site which makes it a little awkward when you arrive at the door but they came very quickly when I phoned and were very helpful . No fridge was available for guests to use

From the beginning was great, because we could park in front of the hotel and someone was there to help us with the check-in. The hotel is in the central history of Ubeda. So, we left the hotel and found the most beautiful views of the city. Also, many restaurants/bars with delicious tapas. The room was perfect for us, with AC, a pleasant shower and a comfortable bed. The owner of the hotel was so helpful over the phone and when we met him, giving us information about the city.
• Sarah (9/5): Great Location - Fantastic location in the historic heart of Ubeda, with the advantage of having parking outside the property. The reception wasn't manned and apart from check-in, when we called the number on the door and a receptionist arrived, we never saw any staff. Simplistic, clean rooms and ensuite bathroom. Bed was comfy and location was quiet ensuring a good night's sleep. It would have been nice to have a staff presence. Sheets and towels were a little thin, but not a problem.

• Trail1998 (6/5): Central hotel - The owner was warm and kind and the hotel is in an absolutely beautiful and historic area. The bed squeaked every time a hair on your head moved. It squeaked so much that we did not get any sleep at all. The sheets had stains on them. The shower was decent and the heater worked well. There is parking close by and there is an elevator up to the room. No breakfast was offered and there was no coffee in the room.

Un peu cher pour les services offerts. Aussi les draps sont tellement usés qu’ils sont effilochés sur le haut.

• Alejandrina (9/5): Great stay for our first night in Spain! - The breakfast was basic but good. I had a cafe con leche with toast, ham and cheese, which is very typical for Spain. It was a 3 min walk to the main square and public parking was about a 5 min walk.

• Sandy (9/5): Nice reasonably priced place to stay in the old city - All went well. On arrival we were given a map, restaurant recommendations, and an idea of sites to visit and things to do.. The only problem was that the room needed a little desk where we could use our computer. The very nice guy who served breakfast, however, said that we could use the breakfast area during the day or evening so that was good. The complimentary breakfast included tea or coffee, bread or toast and muffins with fresh ground tomatoes, sliced ham, cheese, jam and butter in a cute breakfast room. The breakfast server was super hospitable and even made my husband a sandwich for the road as most stores and bakeries were closed the day we left which was a Sunday. A small desk or writing surface in the room, but as I said we could use the breakfast room later in the day.

• Ellen (6/5): - De aankomst was erg fijn. De eigenaar gaf vele tips van de omgeving en restaurants. Hij wilde zelfs zijn auto verzetten voor ons omdat er vanwege festiviteiten geen parking was. Schoonmaak redelijk kan beter. Bed was hard en als de een bewoog ging de ander mee. Ontbijt is een stuk stokbrood wat onder de grill is geweest met beleg naar keuze en thee of koffie. Alles is op loopafstand je zit bij het centrum. Erg leuk.
