• 20192019ALI (6/5): Ameri Plaza Tbilisi is a good and suitable hotel - The hotel was clean and good. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel's access to the supermarket, currency exchange, restaurant and SIM card store is also good. It has free Wi-Fi with good speed. The rooms facing the main street have a balcony with a beautiful view, especially from the top floor... the behavior of the staff was polite. Access is also one of the best streets in Tbilisi called Pekini, near the hotel, where you can get off and go there, and there are representatives of famous clothing brands, including Elsie Waikiki and Coton. In general, there is a good street for shopping and there are famous fast food restaurants, including McDonald's, around the hotel.
• Kathy (10/5): - We have been returning to this hotel many times, it’s convenient, parking is a big plus,personnel are always there for you, love the restaurant on site.
• Giorgi (2/5): - If you are seeking a 4 star hotel, don't even look at this one. It’s not an hotel, but a hybrid building, with hotel rooms only on the top floors, the last floor being accessible only by external stairs. No amenities exist, the bed is of poor quality, the floor is so dirty that it's disgusting. The towels are of poor quality and of strange color instead of being white. We didn't stay there even one night and were obliged to find another hotel in the night. The only positive point is the reception staff: friendly and nice.

Customer service was poor as well as we complained about the breakfast and we never received compensation for it.

• Mariam (8/5): - The best thing about this hotel was perhaps the staff who answered all our questions before our arrival and during our stay. They were kindly able to offer early check-in, although I understand this is rare. It's also quite modern, clean, and well-maintained. Very happy with the room sizes, furniture, and cleanliness. What can be improved: the breakfast is very basic, some food was cold, not great quality, and some items felt/looked not fresh. Linen was not changed during our stay (5 days), and at least one change would be expected from a 4* hotel. All in all, it's great value for a 4* hotel and the prices in Tbilisi, given the location as well (10 mins drive into the city). Thanks again to all the reception and cleaning staff!

• fatimabutch (10/5): Nice clean family Hotel in the middle of the city - Very nice spacious family room, have a coffee machine, washing machine and microwave, gave us free upgrade as we requested to have a city view thank to the front office Manager, buffet breakfast was ok, with little selection but enough for a good breakfast to start the day, staff are all accommodating and helpful, location is very nice in the city since it is next to all the kinds of restaurants, pharmacies, money changer and shopping area.

Is clean, silent, amazing view, Breakfast is excellent and various, rooms are big, clean is done every day. All the staff are very nice, helpfull 24/24 english talkers. • amit_sabby (8/5): Very friendly & professional Staff - Ameri plaza is in the center of Tblisi with very new looking building and rooms, All amenities in the rooms were good. We had a triple occupancy room with separate kitchen shelf having special coffee/tea machine. tea/coffee/sugar and water is topped up every day. Rooms were clean. Balcony view towards main road and mountains were cool. Staff was very friendly and professional. they themselves offered us charger sockets for our devices.WIFi was excelen. Morning breakfast have enough spread having veg/non veg options. Considering we were group of 40 people of Indian origin chef/restaurant management could have added more veg and Indian options.(a suggestion for them)

I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!
• Brad (10/5): - Check-in was fast and easy. The room was a good size and it was clean. The breakfast served every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 14th floor and my favorite part was the balcony, it gave you a beautiful view of Tbilisi and opportunity to smoke if you're a smoker.
• 620dheerajs (2/5): 3 night stay without AC - One of the new properties in town with excellent room space. However be prepared for rooms with no AC and staff’s inability to understand the complaint. Value for money property for foreigners but be prepared for following issues - AC is horrible, shower cubicle gets clogged, balconies not clean, thick pillows to give you neck/ back pain. I do not recommend this property for other leisure travellers.

• giovannimarias2017 (10/5): "A nice week" - Modern and central hotel in a lively and central area of ​​Tbilisi, very close to Pekini avenue, a very long street where you can make excellent shopping at a much more advantageous cost than the tourist center. With a few lars, taxis take you to old Tbilisi in just a few minutes. If one evening you don't feel like moving, there are some of the best restaurants in the city at a very short distance. The breakfast buffet (for a fee, around 8 euros) is rich and with top quality products. I rented a lovely apartment with bedroom and living room with kitchen. Excellent daily cleaning, comfortable and warm bed, cable television and kitchen equipped with everything in case you want to cook at home. In short, if we add the kind availability of the owner Tsira who is always present and ready to solve any problems or to advise her customers for the best, you can easily say: All perfect.

The hotel is location is good.. very close to good restaurants, supermarket, stores and metro. The staff is very courteous and the breakfast spread is decent. Overall I have no complaints as my family had a comfortable stay here.

The room was nice, the bathroom and walk-in shower were large, the staff was nice, arranged transport to and from airport, gave me a lunch as I left for the airport. The included breakfast every morning was a large spread. Very nice experience, I would stay there again.

The building was new and had all the amenities of a new property, such as a tiled walk in shower and everything in the room was new and the mattress was very nice as well. Do not go to Tbilisi and stay in an old building. Stay here in a new property. The staff was very helpful and even prepared a lunch for me to take to the airport. Very nice. They also prepare transport from the airport and to the airport which is nice and you don’t have to haggle with taxis.

Location is central, you have everything around, as well as nice views. Rooms are big and well furnished, kitchen area was also very cozy and food very tasty. The hotel is new built and everything is super fresh there, you feel that the things are very high quality and nice designed.

The rooms are fine and staff are friendly and they speak good English. The hotel provides airport transfers for reasonable charges. It is recommended to use this service to avoid drivers’ scams at the airport (I have been charged by a local driver triple the price charged by the hotel for transfer from the airport to the hotel). The food is fine, but not great. I would stay there again if I ever visit Tbilisi.

• lichin (8/5): Very nice and centrally located - Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Absolutely lovely place as it’s extremely clean and basic facilities are provided, including the cooking utensils. Even a washing machine. However it would be even better if dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent is provided. It’s near to supermarkets and some eateries, so food isn’t a problem. The supermarket just below the apartment carries good range of bread, butter etc, good for breakfast if you chose not to have the hotel breakfast. There is also a bakery down the road as well as some money changers. McDonald’s and Wendy’s are also down the road as well. Will definitely stay here again should we visit Georgia.
• L4802OWchristianb (8/5): Very nice Hotel - We werde there for 13 dass and got an upgrade to a so called studio, a big room with a living room and an amazing view from the 14 th floor over Tbilisi. The staff was very kind and the room very clean and the beds were just about perfect. The breakfast was good although it cold be much better with more bread types and also a bigger tea selection. We had dinner there three times and always very good. The hotel is well located and we will come back for sure.
• elimeiri (6/5): Far from the city's main sites. Do not take a room on high floors - 4 star hotel in Amari Plaza Square. Relatively new, clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. Breakfast basic plus with a regular menu. And repeated the same menu every day. And after the second day it was already routine. Customer service was reasonable. The receptionists were nice, patient, and cooperative and could offer to recommend everything we wanted to know and see. The main problem was the frequent electrical power outages that occurred daily. And in one of them, my wife and I had to go down and go up 15 stories !!! This should be taken into consideration when accepting the room. a room on a lower floor should be requested. Another problem was the distance of the hotel from the Old City and all the major sites of Tbilisi, which required taxi and bus travel. For those looking for shopping, the hotel is close to a central shopping street with modern clothing stores Opposite the hotel is an excellent local restaurant serving typical Georgian food - highly recommended.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Hotel with Great Staff - The staff at Ameri Plaza were very helpful with arranging transportation for us both from the airport and also into the countryside. They were quick and thorough in answering questions prior to our arrival and also kept us informed during our stay. We received an upgrade to one of our rooms, but both rooms for our family were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options, including a few different choices each morning. Though the hotel is located a bit farther away from the Old Town, it is very conveniently located near a metro station and it is very easy to access the metro system. There are food/coffee options nearby and the neighborhood feels busy enough to be comfortable, but also quiet enough to be enjoyable in the evenings.
