• Mátyás (9/5): Kiemelkedő ár-értékarányú szállás, kedves vendéglátók. - A szállásadó upgrade-elt minket egy nagyobb szobába, így tökéletesen elfértünk, az ágy nagy volt és kényelmes, külön kiemelendő az ingyenes kávé és tea fogyasztás, ami kellemessé tette a reggeleinket. Összességében a szállás pozitív élmény volt. Wifi kiválóan működött. Kicsit kiesik a központból, de ezt tudtuk a foglalásnál, jobb lenne privát fürdőszoba, de ez sem okozott gondot. alapvetően nem volt negatív tapasztalatunk.

The property is centrally located, making it very easy to explore Reykjavík and nearby attractions. Free parking was a huge advantage, especially in Iceland where parking can be expensive. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Smooth self check-in process, great facilities, and everything needed for a pleasant stay was available. Honestly, nothing major to complain about. The overall experience was excellent for the price.

• Ciska (9/5): Lovely homely hostel! - The owner and staff were kind and generous. The owner showed interest in our travel plans and gave useful tips. The coffee and tea was free which made us super happy, also a bunch of other utilities free to use or borrow, truly a homely feel and we haven't felt as welcome in any of our other stays as here!

El mobiliari de l'habitació era millorable. La taula estava una mica unflada de la humitat i a l'armari hi he trobat a faltar alguna lleixa. La cortina deixava passar una mica de llum però això darrer espot resoldre fàcilment.

• Merrylane (10/5): - Réservation pour 4 jours le temps de découvrir la ville, le secteur et faire le golden circle. Emplacement parfait, stationnement très facile en face et départ sur voie rapide. Le centre est accessible en 20-30 minutes, l'église en 15. Localisation top pour le prix. Le personnel est fort sympathique, agréable et à l'écoute. Les installations sont propres et tous l'essentiel est à disposition en cuisine. Les portes des chambres sont équipées d'un système qui les referme dès qu'on lâche la poignée, ce qui amène des claquages de portes assez réguliers. Mon conjoint n'a pas été dérangé et personnellement je dors avec des boules quies donc ça n'a pas altéré mon sommeil.

All well-labelled, easy to find things. Clean and comfortable. Hairdryers, books etc. The property was not far from Perlan. One of the showers only had a curtain. It would be better to have a door. Otherwise, everything was great.

• Charlotte (8/5): Studio provides a comfortable and practical place to stay for a visit to Reykjavík - Private studio with own kitchen Great heating - nice and warm Comfy bed No shower gel in shower, only hand wash that was watered down so just remember to bring your own :) The door to studio 1A appears like it’s the main door, we had lots and lots of people knock at all times thinking our front door was the reception area and had to keep telling people to go to the other side of the building. A sign on the door would be helpful and stop this problem.

Having a place to store a few snacks (shared kitchen), was really helpful for days when we were doing long tours. It is a great value accommodation, especially being an 8-10 minute walk from activities in town. For larger bodies, the shower stall was a little tight with the doors fully closed.

Thank you for everything 🙂 The only thing that we would change was the light in the room, it was a little bit too dark. But we asked for a table lamp and it was better.
• Catherine (9/5): It was a good value, people were considerate, and the guesthouse was clean & useful. - The place was really clean, I could tell the WC was cleaned/reset multiple times a night. The people who I checked in with were friendly and considerate. It was a nice touch to have free coffee and tea. Because food in Reykjavik is so expensive ($20 for a soup at a cafe, $20 for a sandwich), I mostly went grocery shopping, so it was great to have access to a kitchen/fridge. Also, it was convenient to be close by to the BSI Bus Terminal and still walkable to the city center. My room (203) was spacious and had a great view and access to a shared balcony too! Sound carries a bit, but I didn't notice it once I put in earplugs. The shower water pressure could be stronger.

The staff was great in keeping my bike bag for 20 days. A huge thank you to Ingi and its team. The location was perfect. 10 minutes walking distance from the main bus station, as well as from the city centre. On my second stay I was in a detached facility, which conditions were fairly old. The room was great with the balcony. The shared bathroom clean, but poor. The shower did not have any containment walls and no matter how cautious, water will get everywhere. The shared kitchen old but ok, I still used the kitchen in the main building which was more furnished.
