Guest Reviews
- Lorenzo (8/5): Very good - Location Air con so noisy
No toilette paper in the room
500 pesos for additional bed without towel
- Yoshabel (10/5): It was a very fun stay. I would love to return to the same inn if ever we got the chance again to visit Anda. - The staff was very accommodating. It was also clean and very accessible— near the beach, restaurants, convenient stores, atm machine, and market. The AC needs a little cleaning.
- Anna (6/5): - The water system did not work properly, my bathroom floor regularly flooded. However if this doesn't matter to you then the location is excellent for the beach access and dining.
Limited English from owner, often miscommunicating.
- Derek (6/5): Centrally located - Shower head missing, low water pressure in sink, good AC and internet. Was ok to use as base to explore the area, bus station and good food close.
- Arreba (1/5): Bad - NADA Horrible
- Jl (8/5): Very good -
- Allen (8/5): Very good -
- Caromath (7/5): Good for a short stay - Good location, nice staff, good for one night Noisy AC
- Clemente (7/5): I can Zenith - The property was situated nearby the market, beach and other establishments and I love it that way. The closet lacked hangers, and there were no basic amenities such as bath soap or shampoo, despite their minimal cost. The shower had very low water pressure, and the bathroom was not thoroughly clean, with stained steel fixtures and a yellowish toilet bowl. Additionally, the reception area is inconveniently located on the third floor, while the accommodations are on the second, requiring guests to go upstairs first before heading down to their rooms. Moreover, the staff openly discussed unfavorable comments about previous guests in my presence, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable place to stay for few days in Anda.Taras on the top with good food and drinks 👍 All staff friendly and helpful. Specially great thank you for Sara and her friend (she is the best in the kitchen) .I hope see you next year guys 😊
- Delmarie (7/5): Good -
- Timothy (6/5): - Don’t like to be negative with my reviews but don’t wish to disservice fellow travels either.
This place is poorly managed and every room features a gigantic, ancient armoire that literally takes up about 20% of the square footage while adding nothing to the room. Bathrooms are so tiny they’re physically difficult to use—for anything (I won’t be more specific).
Visited by a large and scarily intelligent cockroach on my final night, whom I was sadly unable to kill. Even by budget hotel standards this place needs to be avoided.
- Timothy (4/5): - Really wanted to give three stars here but just couldn’t do it in good faith. This place badly needs new management and some very basic maintenance.
- Cathleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stéphanie (10/5): - Thanks to Maddy and Pia! We were the only guests at the Zentih Resto Bar & Inn, which made it possible to have great conversations on local life in the Philippines. All the food was fresh and deliciously made. The room was clean and there was air conditioning. All you need is at walking distance, from the beach to other nice restaurants and the Anda Food Park. If you are looking for a more local experience and not an expensive resort, go here! Thank you!
- Richard (5/5): Passable -
- Ray (3/5): Wouldn’t stay there too noisy - It was clean Noise from barking dogs and motor vehicles all night
Room was too small
- Carlos (8/5): 3 noches.
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Eugene (6/5): - The hotel was clean an food was good. Hotel staff were excellent.
- Augie (9/5): Superb -
- Lauren (7/5): Good -
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harold (10/5): - Very quiet place
- Simon (8/5): Spot on. - Second time stay for me now ,still cheap and cheerful. The mattress on the beds could do with be replaced ,as you sink into them and have to crawl out of the them.
A mini fridge would be nice touch.
- Sylwester (10/5): Ok - Good value for the price, very nice staff! Some noices from the street
- Tura (8/5): Very good - The staff is very approachable. I like the staff only. The room and location are below our expectations.
- Kieran (9/5): Solid stay - Awesome staff, good location, resto had nice food too. Not far from the beach & many spots to eat. Really decent budget stay for the area. Cant complain much about this property.
AC was noisy which wasnt too much of an issue for me anyway BUT the staff offered me a change of room without me even asking but this wasn't necessary
- Tania (10/5): - Great location next to market and cafes. Short walk to the beach. Right next to bus pick up / drop off from Tagbilaran. Staff offered kettle and cups in room for morning coffee. Staff also took me to tourist sites for just the cost of petrol.
- Dave (8/5): Very good -
- Klara (9/5): Superb - loved this place, lovely staff, perfect location, clean ac was very loud
- Simon (8/5): Very good - A spot on place, good access to surrounding areas and friendly helpful staff The AC was a little noisy, they did offer to transfer me to a new room, but I turned down the offer.
- Tom (8/5): Very good - The staff was amazing! Facilities in the room are very mweh
- Biammm (9/5): Superb -
- Davide (8/5): all ok, but too much stairs - good and very friendly staff nothing
- Stephen (10/5): Anda is paradise. Zenith Inn is perfect for the beaches restaurant church and also the attractions of falls and caves mo - Miarable a friend of mine and also extremely hard worker
So friendly and was only to egar to help with any request friendly staff
central to location of where I need to be
very clean and always asked if I needed clean towels
- Krzysztof (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Irina (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and cosy, it had a balcony with a street view.
Nice staff, very quick check-in.
And a very soft bed, so amazing Not much space in front of the toilet.
Noisy cafe outside
- Ciaran (8/5): Very good - In the center of town . Has some restaurants nearby.
Friendly staff . The roads outside can be wet and muddy .
Traffic just outside.
- Ciaran (9/5): Superb -
- Rosalind (4/5): would not stay again here, needs major overhaul. - the two staff were very nice the biting ants all over the room, the price for the room, very old, doors and locks very worn out, bed worn out, pillows worn out
- Eduardo (6/5): Pleasant - Good bed
air conditioning was working noise out because there is 24 h Burger
shower and toilet in the same area
- Ben (6/5): Pleasant - The two ladies running the place were lovely and very kind. The room was generally clean and functional. The central location in Anda is handy but the building is right in the middle of the main junction so it's not quiet or pretty. The rooms are pokey and nothing special but they do the job.
There is a rooftop restobar which could be quite cool but it was pretty much nonfunctional when we were there. No food. The drinks fridge was unplugged. And sadly the pool table is a joke, the balls orbit the tabletop like rogue asteroids.
- Ropert (10/5): Well done. I’ll come back the soonest - The owner has been very accommodating. I really suggest this place for this would be a perfect staycation of unwinding yourself from a busy environment. None
- Estefanía (7/5): Good - No breakfast in the property
- Aisha (8/5): Very good -
- Wilfred (10/5): Great value for money - Location
Rooms cleanliness
Maribel❤️
- Rolando (6/5): - Not enough water flowing in shower
Hinta-laatusuhde 6/5! Suosittelemme!
- AS (10/5): - Super Unterkunft in guter Lage mit Restaurant und Bar. Die Zimmer wirken relativ neu und nicht abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker.
- Carla (8/5): OK - The place is ok compared to the offer there is in Anda, but it could improve. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom is tiny and the wifi in the room is very poor. Though the people that work there are very kind, there isn’t much feedback on what to do, see or go around. The restaurant is good, you can eat very well and breakfast is ok, they have many choices.
- Thomas (10/5): Basic but good. Best value for your dollar - First off this is advertised as basic accommodation so don’t expect more then you pay for. Check in was easy and quick, room as described and I enjoyed the area. 3 minute walk to the beach, a few good bars close by. For around $20 usd a night it’s well worth it. If your on vacation and want a nice beach resort then look elsewhere. Good for backpackers, locals, travellers on a budget. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of choices for free, I really liked that. Staff there seem nice.
- Verified traveler (2/5): online its near the beach but its not. Decieving - Using google map its so hard to find coz it points close to the beach while it is not. It points to anda de borcay beach while it is 500 meters away using the road. Omg
