• Michael Juul (4/5): This is not a Hotel - We visited Zeno during vacation and expected a “apartment hotel” but is not a hotel - it is a privately owned nursery home who rent out empty apartments. You pick up your breakfast in the nursery home dining room, and are asked to eat in your room. Our room was dirty. Reception lady was very friendly trying to help. Not at all what we expected and we were embarrassed to enter “other people’s” home and feel a kind of disrespect just walking in/out privacy of older and not healthy residents.

Einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert, da der Zahlungsterminal nicht funktionierte und die Warteschlange immer länger wurde. Das Frühstück war eine grosse Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war äusserst mangelhaft und überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Uns taten die Senioren leid, welche dort wohnen und selbst an einem Sonntag ein solch karges, liebloses Frühstück vorgesetzt bekommen. Obwohl wir zwei Übernachtungen gebucht haben, verliessen wir gerne diese nicht ansprechende Unterkunft nach der ersten Nacht. Die Fotos auf der Homepage versprachen ein ganz anderes Ambiente. Wir waren enttäuscht!
• Reinhard (8/5): - Wir haben die Unterkunft bereits vor zwei Jahren besucht und wissen die Großzügigkeit der Appartements zu schätzen. Auch die zentrale Lage ist von Vorteil, die Altstadt leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider sind die Räumlichkeiten geringfügig in die Jahre gekommen.

Windowless hallways and depressing clinical looking rooms. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through but yeah, probably look elsewhere...

Première expérience dans le domaine, demande de l'aide.... la receptionniste et ses reflexions désagréables après une journée de travail... - lisez les instructions sur la fiche.... tout est inscrit... - ah bah madame, le pass sanitaire était indiqué à la réservation... - toujours des problèmes avec le dernier client... (reste chez toi si tu veux pas bosser....) - je vous ai appelé car j'allais partir.... (20h - réception indiquée jusqu'à 21h sur la réservation... Après m'être transformée en laborantine, et m'avoir triturée le nez, au bout de 15mn, résultat negatif... je peux avoir ma chambre... J'ai réservé dans cet hôtel tous les jeudis pendant plus d un an de 2018 à mi 2020... le service a bien changé... je pense que j'y retournerai quand le personnel pas du tout agréable, aura changé...

Voor ons zeker een aanrader en bij een volgende doorreis of bezoek aan Mulhouse zeker opnieuw te boeken. Oude centrum ligt op wandelafstand.

Et c'est également inscrit sur les feuillets que l'on nous donne à notre arrivée. Je ne comprend pas le lien entre le covid, les mesures sanitaires et l'absence de petits déjeuners. Il n'y a aucunes justification pour arrêter les petits déjeuners. Il n'y avait pas non plus de produits vaisselle dans la kitchenette. Donc clairement en tant sue commerciale, j'ai le droit de dormir et c'est tout. C'est bien triste. Le covid et ses extrapolations sont épuisantes.je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement
• Scott (8/5): Great staff, free parking, convenient to town - Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. Terribly uncomfortable bed and bedding and the room could use a proper clean. The furniture is stained and the floor needed sweeping. Nevertheless, the property offered free parking and was close to the center of town. We did enjoy three peaceful nights there with no street noise or noise from neighboring units which is appreciated. The kitchenette is a nice addition though remember to wash the dishes before use. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable price in the heart of Mulhouse.

Kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment wieder buchen.

Les studios sont propres, joliment décorés et bien équipés. Le personnel d'accueil et bienveillant et disponible. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Bref une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.
• Peter (10/5): - Ein etwas anderes Konzept, Apartments in einer Alten-Resident zu vermieten. Warum nicht. Die Apartments sind sehr groß, mit einem großen Balkon. Es ist alles da, war man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Alle in dem Hotel waren sehr freundlich. Top ist die Lage. Man ist in 5 Minuten direkt im Zentrum von Mulhouse. Das Frühstück, in Corona Zeiten etwas eingeschränkt, haben wir nicht mitgebucht. Man kann sich hier in der Stadt, das Frühstück leicht selber kaufen. Trotz des Konzepts, war das Publikum vom Alter gemischt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt auf alle Fälle.

• GHISLAINE (6/5): Room for improvement by GB (UK) - The hotel is quite central, and the closest tram stop is the "Grand Rex". We stayed in the standard studio which was, effectively as advertised, spacious with access to a private balcony. Staffs and residents were all friendly. The place is overall fresh and clean. However, there are a few points which needs addressing and they are as followed: 1. The bed wasn't comfortable. A bit cranky with a thin mattress which made it uncomfortable. I have noticed a few poor reviews related to the beds, therefore I think that management owe to be looking into this as sleeping comfort is a bare necessity for any guest. 2. The room was unpleasantly warm during the nights, we were hoping for some sort of mobile or ceiling fan, to be available in the room. 3. As this hotel is central, please be mindful of the constant hustle and bustle noise, especially if you keep the balcony door open, there is a lot of chances for sleepless nights. 4. The kitchen amenities were very limited. It is acceptable for guests who won't bother to eat in. More over, the dining table is on the very small size. Another table on the Balcony would be great as an additional table. 5. The shower and area is badly designed. The lack of shower enclosure will make the bathroom an hazard after each shower. Besides there was no mop in the room for us to wipe the floor after each shower. This is not acceptable as the management is aware of this issue which has been addressed by other guests.

Like sleeping in the bottom of a boat. We reported it to reception in the morning. Hopefully it will be replaced. Will definitely return as everything else Was spot on.
