Le calme, la beauté du lieu, les bruits de la jungle, l accueil... la piscine, le jacuzzi, les conseils de Manuel qui s occupe de vous organiser les excursions , toujours présent pour vous. On va chercher les œufs frais chez le voisin, les citrons chez un autre. Et tous, sont heureux de vous voir. Des fruits et légumes frais pour une cuisine goûteuse. Pour un séjour au plus près de la culture sri lankaise avec Manuel l Espagnol qui vous guide dans cette expérience. Je recommande à 100% .

• Kim Emilia (8/5): - Die Anlage war sehr hübsch, die eigene kleine Terrasse lud zum Entspannen ein und der Pool/Jacuzzi waren perfekt zum Abkühlen und Relaxen. Das Essen war köstlich, die Karte war eine Mischung aus spanischen und sri lankischen Gerichten. Es gab viele Aktivitäten, welche angeboten wurden (traditionelle Tanz-Show, Safari, Kochkurs, TukTuk Fahrten, etc.). Es wurde darauf geachtet, viel aus unseren Aufenthalt rauszuholen. Das Zimmer war etwas schimmelig, was an der tropischen Luft liegen könnte und nahezu oft in Sri Lanka auftaucht.

Quel bonheur de plonger dans la piscine en rentrant d une chaude journée de visite, ou dans le jacuzzi après le repas du soir! Nous avons fait une ballade en vélo dans la campagne et autour des lacs de Sigiriya avec vue sur le rock lion et Pidurangala, c etait incroyable ! The water in the shower only turned warm with extremely low water pressure. Everything was quite moldy, especially the walls in the bathroom, the walls at the wardrobe and even the toilet seat. La localisation est très pratique pour un safari où nous avons vu des familles d’éléphants. La nourriture est excellente avec des spécialités espagnoles comme srilankaises. Manuel a le souci de nous faciliter la vie, il nous a accompagné jusqu’au bus pour être sûr de prendre le bon, tout comme il nous trouve des tuktuks à des prix tout à fait corrects, pas besoin de passer par pickme. On peut facilement visiter Dambulla en prenant le bus. Et puis le soir il y a jacuzzi et piscine. C’était parfait.

Big living area, big bathroom, well designed closets and hangers. We really enjoyed in our stay that we could go back to the hotel and have some time in the pool and jacuzzi between the hikings. The spanish cuisine what the hotel offers is also excellent. Manuel has been a really good host as well he helped a lot in the bike renting and was always there to help us. Hope to return again to Sri Lanka and this hotel soon, Sat Nam Village made our last days remarkable. Thanks again Sometimes the Wifi was not really working

• Stef (7/5): Good stay - Sat Nam looks exactly like the images. It's a small space with 3-4 cabanas. The staff are very communicative and polite and very helpful when it comes to finding drivers to accommodate us. While the room was spacious and generally comfortable, it was very damp and had an unpleasant musty smell that lingered even on our clothes.

• Argento (7/5): - Struttura buona, non eccezionale, la camera puzza un po’ di muffa e umido, e non è molto confortevole e avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata, la struttura invece da fuori si presenta bene con una piscina ed una vasca idromassaggio, il cibo è buono, abbiamo sia cenato che fatto colazione. La camera ha bisogno di una sistemata, le stanze puzzano di umido talmente tanto che anche le robe si impregnano della stessa puzza. Si è immersi nella giungla e diciamo che è “capibile” ma poco accettabile.

Il y avait un super jacuzzi et la carte du restaurant proposait plusieurs variétés de cuisine (sri lankais/espagnole). La chambre était super et le lit était très confortable. • Viktoria Hoffensetz (8/5): Sat Nat Villige Hotel var super hyggeligt, men en rigtig sød værtinde, som var meget gæstfri. Hun hjalp os også med tran - Super sød værtinde, som var meget hjælpsom og fik os til at føle os meget trygge. Det lå en smule væk fra byen, så det krævede transport at komme til byen.

• Danielle (10/5): Perfect stay for our family - My husband and I stayed here with our 3 year old and 4 month old baby. We had such a lovely stay for 6 nights. Alba is so lovely and was so great with our kids. She’d hold our baby so we could eat dinner, play with our toddler etc. She gave us a toddler seat so he could sit higher at the table, the pool was lovely and so was the jacuzzi. It’s so peaceful there and amazing being surrounded by nature. It’s about 20 mins to get to Sigiriya but Alba always arranged a tuktuk for us which was nice and easy. Was great having free water too. We’re also vegan and Alba cooked us some great food which was appreciated! The beds are comfy, air con is good, towels are provided, cot was provided, mosquito nets, hot water. Would definitely stay again!

La piscina esta super limpia y el agua fresca que te ayuda a resfrescarte y luego el jacuzzi te deja nuevo. Pero lo mejor es el Alma del Hotel, su proprietaries Alba una leonesa que como una Leona se preocupes por sis huespedes como si Ferran’s su familia. Nuestra experiencia en Sigiriya sin ella no hubiera sido lo mismo.

La propietaria nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos: alquiler de moto, autobuses, recomendaciones turísticas, etc. La comida estaba muy rica y la atención fue muy buena, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa. Great food both Sri Lankan and Spanish... especially the potatas bravas. Little touches like the jacuzzi, oil burner in rooms, and Kharma the cat just added to the chilled and home from home feel of this little oasis! • Annemieke (9/5): Oase van rust - De omgeving en locatie is echt prachtig. Je ervaarde er een rust. Tuin word goed onderhouden. Huisjes zijn heel prettig, ook dat je je eigen zitje erbij hebt. De Spaanse eigenaresse heeft veel passie voor haar werk en heeft veel tips voor je. Er is ook heerlijk voor ons gekookt! -

Es ist eine ruhige Oase in der Nähe des Dschungels. Alba, die Besitzerin, ist eine wunderbare, sehr lebensfrohe und fürsorgliche Person. Sie hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert und uns in allen Fragen und der weiteren Organisation der Reise unterstützt! Nach jedem erlebnisreichen Tag hat uns Alba den Jacuzzi vorbereitet und wir durften entspannen! Die Häuser sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank Alba! /

• lorenzo (10/5): - Abbiamo passato due notti indimenticabili al Sat Nam Village Hotel. Siamo stati accolti da Alba, la proprietaria, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Grande cuoca e gentilissima nell'aiutarci ad organizzare il nostro soggiorno. La zona è perfetta per visitare i siti di interesse ed è immersa nella natura. • Annick (9/5): Fantastisch en echt even tot rust komen - Het huisje, het zwembad, de rust. Het personeel was zorgzaam en lief! Er werd toen we aankwamen binnen een half uur een safari voor ons geboekt. En dat was echt de moeite waard. Het is iets uit de richting, dus je moet een tuk tuk of bus nemen om ergens heen te gaan. Maar dat vonden wij niet erg, want deze werd voor ons geregeld!
• Michael (10/5): Perfekt - Fie Gastgeberin (Alba) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist super, Essen ist super, Pool und Jacuzzi sind super, Zimmer sind super!! Bleibt mind. 2 Nächte, es gibt mehr zu sehen als die bekannten Hügel
• Christoph (10/5): Perfekt zum Entspannen - Toller Ort zum Runterkommen, sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und Whirlpool und einer Gastgeberin, die alles macht, um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Lions Rock und Pidurangala (?) sind gut zu erreichen. Alles ist bereits etwas abgewohnt, was bei dem Klima aber auch normal ist. Man sollte halt keinen Luxus erwarten, was bei dem Preis auch überzogen wäre. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
• Vanessa (10/5): - Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Sat Nam village hotel. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Alba qui était pleine de bons conseils pour visiter le coin. L hôtel était très bien situé pour visiter le triangle culturel, au calme. La piscine est appréciable après une journée de visite. Nous avons dîné tous les soirs, la cuisine est variée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le tartare de thon, le poulet à l ajillo et le rice and curry. Notre fils a fêté ses 4 ans et Alba nous a organisé une petite fête: gâteau au chocolat et ballons au programme. On s est senti à la maison.

• Javier (10/5): - Un paraíso en medio de “la nada”! El jardín, la piscina y las cabañas son geniales, lo convierten en un espacio de paz, tranquilidad. Solo hay que sentarse a disfrutar y relajarse. La comida, espectacular, con menú de cocina local y española. ¡Obligatorio probar la ensaladilla rusa y la tortilla! Lo mejor para el final, Alba, cercana y servicial, dispuesta a hacer todo lo posible para que no nos faltara de nada. Nos ayuda con los transportes, las actividades, nuestra estancia… gracias! Alba is one of the best hosts and a very kind, friendly and generous human. She will make you feel right at home. Tip: use the adress on booking to enter in Google maps. When searching for the hotel name in maps, you will have the wrong address.
• Estefania (10/5): Sat Nam Village, oasis para descansar y sentirte como en casa. - A la llegada nos atendió Manu, siempre muy atento y nos dio unos consejos muy buenos para visitar la zona de una forma fácil y cómoda. La piscina y el jacuzzi son maravillosos. También la comida estaba muy rica. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La ubicación es buena para conocer todo el triangulo cultural y también para organizar un Safari e ir en búsqueda de elefantes. Gracias. Nada.

Easy to go to all sightseengs, lovely pool, peaceful location surrounded by greenery, comfortable beds. We had absolutely delicious pizza for dinner:) Manuel is amazing host, he helped us with all issues. wi-fi a bit weak

• Jonas (9/5): Kein großer Luxus, aber maximal chillig - Sehr schöne Außenanlage, sehr schöner Pool und sehr ruhig. Optimal um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein günstiges TukTuk zu bekommen ist etwas schwierig, da die Apps (Pickme und Uber) kaum Fahrer finden und man mit den TukTuk Fahrern immer handeln muss, man ist schon etwas abgelegen. Der Nachbar direkt gegenüber ist aber super nett, ein sehr guter Fahrer und auch preislich fair; sehr zu empfehlen. Natürlich hat man keinen großen Luxus und auch Kleintiere (Gekko, Kakerlaken, Ameisen) im Zimmer, aber das ist im Dschungel so. Wer das nicht mag, sollte da einfach nicht hin.

• Thelma (10/5): Amazing - We have two beautiful nights in Sat Nam Village hotel. The owner is very helpful. Room is comfy and clean. Breakfast is good. Pool and garden are cool to relax and refresh. There is a local bus from the hotel to Kandy.
• Pace (8/5): - Hotel is basic, but clean and the staff are great. Breakfast and food offerings were really good for the price and it’s easy enough to take a tuk tuk to visit local sights.
