• Samantha (10/5): Lovely peaceful break away for a couple, still in the main part of the city. Absolutely would book again. - Part of the hotel but away from the main hotel building g offering privacy and comfort. Could figure out how to open the internal door to access outside seating area.
• Cliff Haerden (8/5): Een goede locatie met rust en kort aan het centrum alsook het water, veel in de buurt. - Het is een leuk appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. De toegang was eenvoudig en je was op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum zonder in de drukte te zitten. Erg vriendelijk personeel en proper. De keuken had wat dingen die opgefrist moeten worden, loshangende deurtjes, weinig inhoud, stomme dingen als een flesopener en dergelijke zouden het direct een andere ervaring maken. De badkamer was OK maar ook niet meer dan dat. Douchegordijn is niet echt van deze tijd, koud witte led lampen zonder beschermglaasjes en een los zittende WC bril ... het is het zo net niet maar voor ons maakte het allemaal niet zo veel uit.

Noi eravamo in sette e abbiamo soggiornato abbastanza comodamente. Nulla a parte il fatto che sarebbe stato gradito far trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in camera.

It’s not the worst but at least owner need to show real pictures and also to do small tweaks to the room. Basically pictures of that exact room were non existent on booking. We got room on the ground floor so no balcony and light room as in the pictures. Host declared soundproof room, but we heard all the cars and pedestrians passing together with their conversations. There were a bathtub but no shower curtain however there been hangers for that. Easy to fix but not comfy. Also because of the tiles it’s cold for feet so better have slippers or warm socks.

• Elena (7/5): Apartamento céntrico sin comodidades - Estaba cerca del centro Éramos 7 personas (4 adultos y 3 niños de 3,3 y 5 años) pero únicamente había 6 camas, no había cuna ni nada más, no teníamos espacio para dormir. El sofá del apartamento era una cama por lo que no pudimos usarlo como tal. Pagamos por 7 personas pero no nos avisaron que únicamente había 6 camas. Mi hijo tiene 3 años y cumplirá 4 en unos meses, no podíamos dormir bien en una cama de 80cm. Les pedimos desde antes de llegar a Verona un taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto porque el vuelo era a las 06.15am y después de anotarlo todo, tuvimos que ir otro día y esperar allí a que llamaran ya que nos daban una respuesta, nosotros no pudimos localizarlo porque eran las olimpiadas. La calefacción no funcionaba, hacía frío, ni siquiera había más ropa después cama. Lavabos y bañera estaban atascados. Todo esto es objetivo. Subjetivamente, la almohada era un folio, los muelles se clavaban, la mampara de la bañera era arcaica y sucia. La alfombra estaba muy muy sucia

• Beatriz (8/5): Ubicación perfecta. Habitación terrible - La ubicación. Fácil acceso a pie al centro. El apartamento no tenía NADA que ver con las fotos publicadas en el anuncio, y lo peor de todo, la cama. Habíamos reservado una cama doble y lo que había eran dos camas individuales juntas, tapadas por una sabana doble para que pareciera que era solo una. Los colchones eran también más grandes que los somieres por lo que se abrían, se separaban por el centro y si te acercabas al borde de la cama, el colchón no tenía soporte. La sábana tenía una mancha de sangre.

• Brenda (8/5): - La ubicación de está buena para estar relativamente cerca del centro, pero no en pleno bullicio de gente. Al hacer el check in en el hotel, te ofrecen llevarte en una van. La cocina no esta bien equipada, utensilios de cocina casi inexistentes. Si queres tomar vino o cerveza olvidate que tenga un destapador. No no habían dejado esponja, repasador ni trapo para la cocina.

Hade lite krångel men vi löste det och fick kompensation för det så det var smidigt och super bra. Såg inte lika ljust ut som på bilderna. Tror rummen ser lite olika ut så vore bättre om man kunde se det när man bokar.

• Calum (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t return - The property was a great location. The only good thing about it. You are provided with a driver who takes you from the hotel to where you check-in to the apartment. On arrival we were provided with transport and the driver was not the most pleasant of people, he seemed to be in a rush and this left the experience to feel extremely rushed. On entering the property we were met with a very unpleasant smell and the apartment was poorly lit. Neither of these things improved throughout the duration of our stay. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean with squashed bugs in the shower, mould on the upper part of the wall, and the shower curtain was a bit filthy too. The shower was also very difficult to navigate with it not really functioning i.e. the shower curtain had to be dragged all the way around and even then it made the floor extremely wet. The cabinet handle/knob for the glasses came straight off in my hand and so we were unable to access this cupboard. All of this was compounded by the staff being extremely defensive when these issues were raised. They denied the apartment was dimly lit and the shower did not function. Not sure how they were able to make these statements without having been to the apartment. They advised that they would come and investigate the smell and the shower but given their defensive and quite frankly aggravated tone in their response, we didn’t feel comfortable having anyone coming to the apartment to address these issues. They did not respond to the glasses cabinet not being accessible.

Calefacción ok Salón comedor un poco estrecho, sofá algo gastado y cojo y sin elementos de cocina tan esenciales como un sacacorchos. Nevera pequeña y microondas encima de un mueble herrumbroso.
• Maddalena (4/5): Non benissimo. - Posizione ottima per vedere tutto il centro a piedi. Soggiorno dotato di divano letto non richiudibile composto da due materassi ad altezza diversa, scomodissimo. Caldaia di fianco al letto rumorosa che andava in stallo. Temperatura esterna 2 gradi. Contattata la struttura per il problema si sono offerti di portarci delle coperte dopo la mezzanotte. Con noi c’erano tre bambini. Infine impianto elettrico di fortuna e pericoloso dai piedi del letto che abbiamo dovuto rendere inaccessibile spostando il mobilio. La camera matrimoniale ed il bagno una ghiacciaia. Per il freddo abbiamo optato per non lavarci ! Infine avevamo chiesto telefonicamente per il parcheggio ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto cercarne uno privato nelle vicinanze dell’albergo che faceva il check in, struttura che rimane lontana dall’alloggio.

Ground floor, so one small step, extremely safe to sleep with the bedroom window open also. *I can't sleep in a hot room. A really nice bath to soak in with a shower. Plenty of towels and free products Soap, shampoo, and conditioner, along with shower caps. I highly recommend the apartments It would have been nice to have a full big fridge and freezer and a bigger chopping board. However, neither of those things elaffected my stay. It was a perfect location and stay.

• Anna (10/5): - Czysty i przyjemny apartament, wystarczajacy dla dwóch osób. Usytuowany nad rzeką Adygą w spokojnej okolicy, w pobliżu starego miasta. Aneks kuchenny w stylowej szafie i wygodny salon, sypialnia, łazienka. Zameldowanie odbywa się w hotelu Mastino, stamtąd zostaliśmy przewiezieni samochodem do apartamentu przez miłego asystenta, który pokazał nam mieszkanie i wyjaśnił, jak wszystko działa. Przydałoby się więcej naczyń. Były tylko trzy kubki.

Resposta: apenas 1. Corrigindo: há 1 degrau para entrar no prédio e 3 degraus para entrar no apartamento.

• Ludovica (7/5): Piacevole soggiorno in zona tranquilla nel centro storico di Verona - Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente Doccia con la tenda, assenza di balcone, assenza di un piccolo stendino per gli asciugamani.
• Katharina (1/5): Das Apartment kann ich nicht empfehlen. Die gute Lage stimmt genau, aber das ist schon alles - Die Anmeldung in Hotel Mastino war gut. Auch die Fahrt mit dem Gepäck zum Apartment hat gut geklappt. Pünktlich und sehr höflich hat der Fahrer mich abgeholt. Dann kam die böse Überraschung. Das Apartment Cavor Nr. 809 befndet sich im Erdgeschoss eines alten Hauses. Von der Haustür gelangt man üblicherweise in den Treppenaufgang. Hier war man gleich in der sogenannten Küche, mit einen hohen Schrank. Darin befand sich eine Herdplatte, Spülbecken und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Es roch alles muffig , was sich dann im Bad fortsetzte. In der Flurküche stand noch ein rotes Sofa, ein kleiner Sessel , ein sehr kleiner Tisch mit einer Mikrowelle. Als ich um einen zweiten Tisch bat, wurde empfohlen, die Mikrowelle auf die Erde zu stellen. Das Apartment war insgesamt kalt und nach meiner 2. Bitte wurde wenigstens die Heizung angestellt. Die Badheizung ging jedoch nicht. Nun hatte ich die Wahl zwischen Wärme und einem lautstarken Anspringen der Heizung. Dutch die hohen Wände ca. 4.50 Meter ist es im Oktober sicher schwer das Apartment warm zu bekommen. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder von J. Sromek sind nicht irreführend. Genau so abgewohnt und schäbig sah es aus. Die Wohnung hatte nur in der Beschreibung eine andere Nummer.

(Nearby resatuant "Il Punto Rosa" is a good mid-range restaurant) This is a two room apartment ("Porto Basarno"), the rooms were very dark and gloomy. It was very poorly equipped and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable.

• James (10/5): Comfortable, Very Clean, Central Location - We loved how unique the property is. We would certainly recommend for a few nights in Verona, very central location. Could use an iron and ironing board, also no washing machine so wouldn’t stay for any longer than a few days without fatalities

• Francesco (5/5): La Carmen di Bizet.....strepitosa!! - La posizione abbastanza vicina al centro Il bagno è stato ristrutturato ma anche l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato. Mobilia raccogliticcia. È stato molto scomodo fare il check in all'hotel Mastino.

• Noelia (9/5): Lugar acogedor y céntrico donde te sentirás en casa - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento es lo céntrico que estaba. Verona me ha conquistado así que si regreso alguna vez lo haré de nuevo aquí.

• Jane (10/5): - The staff were amazing, so helpful and beyond kind. Our room was cozy and perfect for 3. No elevator, hard with large luggage going up many flights of stairs, but doable slowly.
