A menos de dos minutos andando tienes la pizzería "Botánica" con pizzas riquísimas y el personal super atento, el restaurante "Sin Nombre" donde puedes almorzar a buen precio, y una cafetería para desayunar.

Al llegar no había recepcionista, estuvimos llamando al timbre 20 min, tuvimos que llamar para que nos diesen un código para poder entrar a recepción y coger nosotros mismos las llaves. En cuanto a la habitación, la cisterna soltaba agua todo el rato y era molesto al dormir porque se escuchaba. El lavabo tenía pelos.

- Linda (3/5): I would refer the hotel as a D I Y hotel. Great beds, great shower but your on your own after that. - Beds and shower, plenty of hot water, clean towels every day. No staff, Sunday no staff at reception all day. Reception manned 08.00 till midday then 5.00pm till 10.00pm. No mini bar, no tea and coffee facilities, coffee machine at main door not working. We made staff aware, still not working when we left. It only worked for our first day. No up to date information about local open restaurant's. There was a telephone in the room but no help either on how to use it or phone numbers in case of emergencies. No room service.

- Tomas (6/5): Sin más - La atención y amabilidad en recepción. Detalle de botella de agua, infusiones y posibilidad de aparcamiento en el hotel. Precio que no se ajusta a lo que ofrece La Suite. Lo único a destacar es que estaba limpia, el colchón cómodo pero necesita una buena puesta a punto. No tiene enchufes en cabecera, hilo musical que ya no tiene utilidad, TV normal no inteligente y muy mal olor que desprende el WC. El modo de calor del AA no funcionaba. En definitiva, el apelativo de Suite en los tiempos corrientes le viene grande. Obsoleta.

I took my car a Renault Megane (normal size) and was told it was too big and to find parking somewhere on the street. I parked in the supermarket and bought myself breakfast.

- Hellen (6/5): Good little find. - This was a good stop while we were property hunting. Although the room was smaller than we expected, it was clean and comfortable. I loved the sofa! We hoped the restaurant would be open, but must be more for the busy season. We found old town and the architecture was wonderful, then a good walk up to the fortress. If you do nothing else, go to the fortress. They said to allow an hour and half but we were there for almost 3hrs!

- Alison (2/5): Not worth the money and false advertising!!! - The location was decent and the staff were nice. The description of the hotel on booking does not match the reality. There is no spa and the bar and restaurant were permanently closed. I had booked a room with breakfast and on arrival was give a token to use at a local cafe/bar which was an 8 minute walk from the hotel. Had I been informed when I booked the room I would not have selected a room and paid extra for breakfast. As we never used the token. Moreover the reception is only manned from 1400 until 2200. Out with these timings there are no staff members on the premises. My husband and I had travelled for over 16 hours and despite informing the hotel of the time we would be arriving, we still had to call and wait outside the hotel before gaining entry to our room.
