They also took great care of all parking arrangements, which made everything much easier. The room itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Michele ( l’host) impagabile per disponibilità attenzione agli ospiti e gentilezza. É venuto personalmente a salvarci da un’imprevista ZTL indicandoci come raggiungere in auto. Thomas (10/5): Exceptional experience. - Excellent location. At the heart of Trani, but very quiet. The hotel is designed and furnished at a very high standard. Taste and attention to detail can be experienced throughout the hotel. Michele, the manager, is an excellent host who takes care about the guests. The breakfast was well-above standard of what I’ve experienced in Italy so far. The internet was a bit slow and not entirely reliable.

Otiima colazione varia servita in meraviglioso terrazzo da cui si vede la meravigliosa città vecchia. Parcheggio a due passi presso la capiteneria di porto. Il B&B si trova a due passi a piedi da tutto, super consigliato niente

Nuestra habitación no tenia lugar donde guardar la ropa, solo perchas para colgar. El espacio de la ducha es muy reducido. No tiene caja de seguridad. Cantidad escasa de los productos del desayuno. El último día pedimos el café y se olvidaron de servirlo.

Le sue lampade artigianali, la comodità del materasso, l'ampiezza della doccia, il calore del parquet, l'eleganza degli elementi d'arredo: ogni dettaglio è una piacevole sorpresa e regala una sensazione di benessere e comfort. Personale super disponibile, pulizia perfetta, check in e check out super easy; posizione perfetta vicinissimo ad un ampio parcheggio ed a pochissimi passi di distanza dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche del luogo (Castello Svevo e Cattedrale).

Vincent (8/5): Facilité à trouver l’endroit, à l’aide de Google Maps. Aucun accueil et réception à 17h, l’heure de notre check in. Le l - -la localisation -le jet de la douche! Points à améliorer : -les oreillers sont beaucoup trop gros -le lit fait du bruit (grince), ce qui peut réveiller mon partenaire en milieu de nuit (chambre 6) -les rideaux ne sont pas opaques, alors le matin le matin la lumière rentrait et nous réveillait -bruit fait par le personnel le matin (balayeuse à 8h30) -dans le domaine de l’hébergement, la langue de communication devrait être l’anglais, et non l’italien

Ciro (8/5): Bella struttura, pulita e confortevole. Ottima posizione per esplorare Trani. - Bellissima la struttura e camera molto confortevole e pulita. Posizione strategica per visitare a piedi il bellissimo centro storico di Trani e il porto. Molto comodo il parcheggio libero a breve distanza (presso il porto) molto capiente. Terrazza per la colazione molto bella! Direi che l'esperienza è positiva ed era tutto ok. Forse per il prezzo non proprio basso si potrebbe pensare di offrire qualche servizio in più ed ampliare l'offerta della colazione.

regine (8/5): Belle bâtisse - La grande chambre,l'accueil avec une personne physique.le super petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur le port . propreté des lieux. Parking payant pas cher très proche de l Hôtel Pas d' eau chaude le soir nous avons été informés que la matin d une panne.qui a été réglé dans les 10mn mais un minimum c'est d'informer les clients.
