Four-Bedroom Holiday Home - Pelicans Perch

This 4-bedroom holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen and water views from all rooms in the house. It also includes a wrap-around deck with a BBQ. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 all have queen-sized beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 single-sized beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Linen, towels and bedding are provided for all beds except for the 2 futon beds. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Amanda (4/5): Nice for a weekend but not a week - Location was great , beds were clean and comfortable, 3 showers and toilets which was awesome for a large family and all showers can be going at the same time with no pressure change or temp issues Down stairs floor was always hot like there was heating and it could not be turned off it made down stairs extremely hot on a hot day , lots of cracked tiles in kitchen and family area so no good for kiddies that are still crawling, carpet dirty and needs to be up graded , deck is old and quite unsafe , pool table falling apart and equipment for pool table broken, no wifi and for 3,500 for 2 nights I would expect wifi and an amazing property
Mahika (9/5): had a wonderful holiday with family and freinds inspite of bad weather - great view and spacious house all amenities were available windows and doors could do with a cleanup. lot of spider webs
Dalji (9/5): It was great - We cooked our own food, location was great for walks. Grocery stores were like 12 minutes drive and I believe it was fair. The views from house were incredibly beautiful and the beach was like 5 minutes walk. The house left the empty gas bottle and we had to replace it with new one. We were ready to do bbq, went out and found empty gas bottle. Had to run to get the gas bottle. I believe; house should notify to bring your own gas bottle. I think the house should leave things to do around information as well.

Quen (4/5): Disappointing - Location and view 1. I booked for 16 but the beds can only sleep 14 2. No air-cond in the rooms, especially the room with dbl decker - it's very stuffy 3. Got insects- not clean 4. Rubbish is not cleared 5. No WiFi 6. No extended check out time

Donnamst (10/5): The home was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed. - Was able to obtain the key in the lockbox with no fuss. Pelecan Perch was clean and had everything we needed so you don't need to lug everything you own on your holiday. Clean bedding, linen, and kitchen utensils, a dishwasher and fully functional laundry. Was not advised on the location of the lockbox but took little effort to find it.
