• Morley (3/5): Poor - The location and view were excellent. Convenient for restaurants, etc. Private parking was good The weekly clean/replacement of linen, etc, was ok, but the hard floors should have been washed and the carpets vacuumed each week.. This was queried as to why it was not done, as would normally be expected, but were informed that there would be an extra charge for this which we considered unacceptable as we had paid over Aud17,000 (£9,500) for our 4 week stay. The general condition of the apartment was not very good with dirty soft furnishings and badly worn carpets. There was a problem with the main light switch in one of the bedrooms, and the cable to the alarm radio was damaged and did not work. These were reported early on in our stay, and someone visited to have a look, but no one ever came back to fix the problems. This is very bad as electrical problems can be dangerous. The fridge was wobbly and did not have any lower trays for salads, fruit, etc. Generally, the apartment needs refurbishment. It's a shame there were these bad points, as the location is excellent.
• Hayleigh (8/5): Very good - The location and the view were exceptional. We will definitely return for another family holiday. It is a great spot for young kids. Plenty to do and mostly all within walking distance. Loved having the pool and the beach at the doorstep. Decor and carpets are a little tired. However fairly typical for holiday houses. And all still clean and tidy and comfortable.

• Heila (10/5): The perfect place to unwind and recharge. - The location, view, spacious apartment, sheltered balcony, listening to the waves breaking from our bedroom. We extended our stay and booked another weekend in October! Next time we’ll ask for two access keys.

Clean & comfortable apartment. Easy to find property, plenty private parking with easy access to apartment. No corkscrew bottle opener for champagne😅 Unfortunately Nextdoor apartment occupants were very rowdy but thankfully only for one night!

• Amanda (2/5): Very poor - Was dirty as soon as we walked in the door, we had to call up to get the cleaner to come back through and still wasn’t great. Bird poo all over furniture on the balcony and floor covered in it. The fans had thick dust to them all. The chairs had dust covered on them. Would never stay again.

• Julie (10/5): See above - We’ve stayed here a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The outlook is exceptional and the proximity to cafes and restaurants is great. It’s always clean and comfortable and staff are always friendly and helpful.
• Darren (5/5): Passable - the location is amazing this room needs some serious maintenance the dryer didn’t work half the lights don’t work some pretty funky stains on the carpet showers are full of mould air vent that full of dust it’s disgusting

Main concern was the unsecured blind cords - these should be secured to the wall.

Had requested twin beds to be joined into queen- not done. No wifi at location. Fridge needs a light and a crisper for fruit/ vegetables to last. No pool towels provided.

• Jan (9/5): Perfect - Location was great. View was amazing. Facilities were good, everything you need. The bathroom drain was blocked creating a slight smell and the water didn’t drain from the shower. My husband lifted the drain in the showers and cleared it if hair/soap etc
