• Rosemary (8/5): Gorgeous and convenient location with dolphins right outside. - Air Con remote in main room didn't seem to work. We were very cold and wanted to use the heater. We asked at reception & were told someone would come to look at it, but they never did.
• Janny (8/5): Clean and spacious - The cleanliness, the view and floor to ceiling windows which gave so much natural lighting. Everything was provided, even toddler plates and cups which was a nice surprise. Bathtub was nice and deep. The pool might’ve been temp controlled so it wasn’t too cold when we hopped in the late afternoon. The reception to pick up and drop off the keys was in a different location to the apartment building which was slightly inconvenient. The smart tv was very old and no wifi to connect to.

Quiet complex and very secure (great as a solo female traveller) Was my second time staying and I will definitely stay again. Please consider replacing the rug in living area, its worn, and a bit sticky in places.

• Elaine (7/5): Fantastic location, lovely apartment - Spacious apartment, spotlessly Clean and fantastic location Unfortunately we weren't told beforehand that the gas cooktop wasn't working. There was a sign above it which we saw upon arrival. We would have planned accordingly had we been told prior to arrival. When we book an apartment we like to cook breakfast, that's why we choose self catering. There was a microwave but there were no microwave cooking utensils provided in the apartment. We were there for five days and we weren't able to cook any of the food we took with us. Apart from that we have no complaints.

Just a curtain to be able to draw over the bathroom window which looks out to main bedroom & balcony , I shared room with my teen daughter so it was a bit tricky for her or I to bath in privacy Everything else was lovely, would love to come back .
• Jane (2/5): Very stressful - We didn’t get to see the property as the fob key didn’t work my husband had to change it 3 times in the end they give us a different apartment which was unsuitable for very young children, it had very steep stairs no Stairgate one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs so once my grandson went to bed on the top floor (he goes to bed at 7pm)I had to stay in the room with him as it was very dangerous to leave him on his own with no stairgate my husband had to stay on the ground floor with my granddaughter as the apartment was not suitable for young children, the gate in the court yard was unsafe as my grandson could climb to the top if unsupervised as the slats was horizontal and not vertical

• Skipper (5/5): Excellent position 👌 but if I was to stay again I hope this problem would be fixed - It was an apartment we did own breakfast in fact there were not any utensils to cook using mirowave for long stay crockery chipped and not enough knives a d forks if you have visitors to dinner. Cleaning overall was good but the lounge smelt and cushions covers smelt rug on floor was dirty needs to be thrown out as shag pile. Place needs some tender care

• Billie-lee (8/5): Perfect spot but negative start. - The apartment is lovely, light and bright, spacious, secure, and in the perfect location for what we needed to access. It was perfect for a family of 4. Unfortunately, the apartment is separate to the rest of the complex making it difficult and inefficient to fix any issues that occurred, especially late at night for international traveller's with kids. The staff at the reception area of the complex were lovely and helped as much as they could though it wasn't their responsibility. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't set up upon our arrival for what we required (2 singles beds were still joined and made as a queen; and only 2 two towels supplied for 4 people). This was fixed properly the next day by property management - thank you. No wifi which caused slight problems for accessing online information.

• Angelique (9/5): Relaxing staycation overlooking Mandurah canals. It was great to walk out to hot spots right at our door step. - Great view and location. Great space, nice and clean. Lots of light too. It was just unfortunate that the dining table is on carpet - which was not accommodating for eating with kids and risking mess on the floor. If it wasn’t for that, I would be booking this place more often for my staycations as the rest of the space was so ideal for us.

• Yvonne (7/5): it was lovely once we got in - We loved the view, and the pool There was an issue with getting a pin for the box and then when we arrived to get the keys the box was empty, we had to call the after hours number on the door and wait for the maintenance man to come and give us the key. He then had to show us where the accommodation was and how to get in. Meanwhile my 82 year old mother was worried about where we going to sleep.

• Damian (10/5): Key/fob - Bonus was having 2 secure car parking spots. We were only given 1 key/fob. This made it hard to access the floor level if some of us wanted to use the pool or go out. We had to get the 1 key holder to come down in the lift to use the lift to return to the room. 2 would have been more convenient.

Receptionist/s very helpful and pleasant to deal with. An extra set of keys would be good, especially if there are two couples staying as you need the keys to enter lift/apartment/pool. Would recommend and will be staying here again! Thank you! A broom and mop would be handy, there was a dustpan and brush together with a vacuum cleaner, nothing major but would be worthwhile having one. Both bathroom showers leak water from the edge and if it was resealed would solve water pooling.

A few minor maintenance issues could be addressed.The main heating fan wouldn't switch to the low setting and was so loud. The 2nd toilet needed a washer replaced and the rangehood switch was faulty.

The security to enter and leave the building was perfect. Apartment luxurious with a very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. A bonus having the coffee machine. Awesome view from the balcony. We will definitely stay again. Whoever installed the dining room mirror should have used a spirit level.......
• Carly (7/5): Good - Location was very central and lots of great amenities in the building. Was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and enjoy the comforts of home with a full size kitchen. The toaster didnt work and we felt the bed in the master was very small (and we arent tall people). The front door handle was starting to come loose and while the apartment was clean overall, it was showing wear and tear. Such as stains on the carpet, rust around the doorframes to the ensuite bathroom, a squealing sound when you turn the master shower on and marks/visible patching on the walls.

• Virginia (8/5): Lovely Mandurah apartmenr - The location was central with lots of eateries within close vicinity. We loved having access to the pool which was handy in the hot weather. Having the spa bathroom was also a real treat! Having one set of keys/remote as this restricted movement and activities esp as we came in 2 cars. Lacking a good knife. There were bread knives but no normal knife.

Beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked - Excellent location close to everything- shops, cafes, beach, playgrounds, restaurants, marina, canals, skatepark. We scootered everywhere. Clean very comfortable. Kids loved the pool! We missed not having wifi. Especially the kids when we’re having “downtime” between our activities during the day. It was a little inconvenient to have to collect the keys from a different location but it wasn’t far from the apartment so not too bad.
