La proprietaria molto accogliente , ricca di preziosi consigli per una vacanza top ed il figlio una guida straordinaria . Non potevamo trovare di meglio La colazione . Avrei preferito un piccolo buffet anziché lo spettacolare assortimento di dolci proposti . Meravigliosi ma per chi non se li può permettere per problemi di salute o se preferisce il salato , ho trovato la proposta troppo condizionante .

It’s a bit of a walk over stone and cobble pathways though you can arrange for luggage transfers

• Andrea (5/5): - La mia esperienza in questo B&B non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Gli ambienti comuni risultano freddi e poco accoglienti. La stanza era fredda al mattino e solo di notte diventava calda, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole. La struttura non dispone di ascensore, un dettaglio, seppur segnalato, può pesare soprattutto per chi ha bagagli o difficoltà motorie. La colazione, servita e non a buffet, è assolutamente da rivedere: proposta molto scarsa, con un panino salato ai pomodori e funghi e un mini tramezzino al cotto. Nessuna scelta di cereali, marmellate o salse, elementi che ci si aspetta in una colazione di qualità. Il prezzo richiesto, 200 € a notte,appare decisamente esagerato rispetto ai servizi offerti e alla struttura, che risulta datata e poco curata. In sintesi, un soggiorno deludente, con diversi aspetti da migliorare per giustificare il costo e rendere l’esperienza più piacevole. Colazione, calore stanza

Desde la atención de todo el personal hasta la decoración, comodidad y equipamiento de la habitación. Fue incluso mejor que lo que habíamos previsto según la descripción y fotos del anuncio. 100% recomendable. Nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar al alojamiento pero hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso es sólo peatonal y las calles son de piedra y con cuestas. Si viajas con grandes maletas puede ser algo incómodo.

La nostra grande camera era dotata di un meraviglioso terrazzo ad uso esclusivo, con una vista mozzafiato sul sasso Barisano, talmente bello che avremmo dormito fuori per non abbandonare mai quello spettacolo.. Tutto pulitissimo, profumato, studiato in ogni dettaglio, difficile trovare un difetto. La signora Maria Carmela ci ha accolti con un entusiasmo e un amore per la sua città e la sua struttura commoventi, raccontandoci la storia dei vari ambienti e servendoci una buonissima colazione da pasticceria nella suggestiva sala colazioni. Che dire? Matera e i Giardini di Pietra resteranno nel nostro cuore! Niente.

• Ronald (10/5): Great 2 nights in Matera with the only regret that we didn't arrange a third ahead of time. - The facility is beautiful and the staff very helpful. We travelled by car and the parking arrangement with the local garage / shuttle mad things very easy. There are steps to reach the the building but Matera is all about steps. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms comfortable and as described. It is a beautiful Sassi and the location is convenient to all the sites. The weather could've been better as it rained our first night. However, the staff recommended a restaurant that was wonderful and we had an excellent dinner which made for nice evening.

It was a wonderful experience to be able to stay in the cave. ( a very elegant cave though as it is stylishly renovated with a large bathroom and spacious bedroom.) We had a lovely time. No coffee and tea facility in our room We were not welcome to stay in the hotel reception before check in time although it was pouring rain.

Google Maps can be a bit deceiving when walking around because of the multiple levels and stairs, but the place is near the church square and easy to find. Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, com banheiro muito bom. Está tudo muito novo, limpo e bem cuidado. Tem até uma vista bem boa da cidade. A gente até se sente culpado de falar, pois o ponto que achamos negativo na verdade se origina de um cuidado e simpatia da dona do hotel, que faz questão de cuidar do café da manhã, só que ela acaba servindo coisas que aprecia e não necessariamente são apreciadas pelo hóspede... dai a gente fica chateado de não comer... enfim, foi uma coisa super querida, mas um aproach mais direcionado para o gosto do hóspede poderia funcionar melhor...

Un petit déjeuner avec pâtisseries locales très bonnes la propriétaire nous a même offert un plateau de pâtisserie le jour 1.Trés appréciable !!!La serveuse très agréable La réservation du parking en arrivant. Certes cher!!!!! Mais appréciable En plus du parking 20€/jour.La distance pour accéder au logement rude.Lorsque vous êtes chargés pas facile!!!!Sauf si vous payez en plus 10€ de navette aller et idem retour. Ce qui s'ajoute au prix de la location !!!Le jeune homme qui nous a reçu ne nous a même pas aidé à notre arrivée pour nos bagages pas très cool!!!! 2 bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo et 1 seul verre.Aucun produits de toilette (échantillons) il a fallutt les demander ainsi qu'un adaptateur également !! Et !attention au bruit de l'aération du sassi certe nécessaire mais très très désagréable car très soutenu et 2 nuits pas top!!!! Dommage car beaucoup d'inconvénients!!!!! Le sassi est d'une extrême beauté mais....
