- Stephanie (6/5): - The room was 23C and had no AC, for 2 Canadians that is way too hot ! We opened the window but the traffic noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep plus bugs got inside the room . There were only 2 pillows and we wanted another one but that was not possible , the tv remote batteries didn’t work and it took 2 days to get some replacements , the only contact with someone from the property is through what’s app, they reply fairly fast but can’t do anything to help until the next day ( if the message gets passed along , which it didn’t ) I would look for somewhere else to stay next time I’m in Munich .

- Kaan (2/5): Poor Online Check-In, Dirty Room, Delayed Support, - My experience at this hotel was disappointing and stressful from the start. I never received an online check-in email, so the check-in process took over two hours and required me to walk around several buildings while trying to reach support—calls went unanswered for long periods. The initial room was dirty and smelled bad, and I had to request a room change. After the first night, I developed a severe skin reaction that required medical attention, likely due to the bedding—all support was slow and most solutions required extra effort on my part. The combination of poor communication, bad room conditions, and health issues made this stay very unpleasant for both myself and my family. I cannot recommend this hotel or the booking experience.
- Leander (8/5): Gut aber Klimaanlage fehlt - Es war OK, aber kein Klimanlage und es war 31 Grad draussen und seeeeehr heiss. Ausser davon war es ganz gut. Sehr gute Anbindung und Preise ist definitiv gut. Es gab kein Handtucher im Handtuchlager obwohl es versprochen war.

There was no AC so it was really warm at some point of the day, window wouldn't open and both on corridors and in the room there was a bad smell. We added breakfast as well but then they said they don't have it so we got a refund. The communication with the structure needs to be improved. I wouldn't come back here.

- ELENA (10/5): Bella struttura in zona tranquilla - Struttura ben tenuta, aree comuni molto ampie e pulite. Camera insonorizzata, ampia, pulita, con cucina accessoriata il giusto. Un paio di piccole pecche però a mio avviso ci sono: la mancanza di un paio di asciugamani piccoli, il corredo era di due asciugamani bagno e due viso; manca la cappa e c'è tanto di indicazione di aprire la finestra se si cucina che se non si fa e scatta l'allarme antincendio NUMA appioppa all'ospite una sanzione di €. 2.500,00, quindi prima di cucinare all' interno del monolocale ci pensi due volte, non solo per il rischio dell'allarme ma soprattutto per il fatto che senza cappa il rischio è anche di fare puzzare tutto l'ambiente. Per il resto tutto perfetto e preciso.

Das Bad ist doch sehr eng - insbesondere der seitliche Platz links und rechts vom WC Dies hat mir zwar nichts ausgemacht, jedoch robuster gebaute Personen konnten dies als unangenehm empfinden. ÖPNV -Anbindung war gut Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen.

- Dany (8/5): - Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! The beds were comfortable but the bedding was a bit smelly. The only real issue we had was the central heating, which made the room very warm despite having the windows open to compensate.

Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking.

- Stefan (10/5): - Das beste Hotel, was ich in München bisher hatte: • Richtiges kleines Apartment • Küche mit ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr • Es gab sogar Spülutensilien für die Küche! • Im Haus sehr ruhig; die Gebäude liegen zwar an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, von der man bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings nichts hört (sehr gute Fenster). • Supermarkt bis 7-20 Uhr in ca. 300 m Entfernung, außerdem Tankstelle mit vielfältigem Angebot direkt an der Kreuzung • Kontaktloser Check-In und -Out • Sehr gutes WLAN Besonders empfehlenswert finde ich das Hotel, wenn man im / Nähe Olympiapark etwas zu erledigen hat. Bis zur U-Bahn sind es etwa 400 m, bis in die Innenstadt benötigte ich mit ÖPNV insgesamt etwa 25 Minuten. Ich komme gerne wieder!

İletisim konusunda cok hizlilar. Tek kotu tarafi yattigim yatak rahat degildi. Yatak çökmüş artik. Degismesi gerekiyor.

Dank der kleinen Einbauküche kann man sich auch schnell man eine Kleinigkeit zu essen im Hotel machen und muss nicht immer essen gehen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Da dies ein Hotel ohne Personal ist gibt es eine App in der alles genau beschrieben und erklär ist, falls man doch noch eine Frage hat kann man sich per WhatsApp an die zuständige Verwaltung wenden und bekommt Direkt eine Antwort.

The main tourist points are about a 15-20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend staying here while traveling to Munich.

Luckily they have free WIFI so I was able to message the Numa team and they were able to help. It took almost a half an hour to figure out but they were extremely communicative and did eventually figure out the issue. Otherwise, the space is very comfortable, spacous and clean. Would definitely stay with Numa again!

The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc.

The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended.

- Selcan (8/5): - Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir hatten eine kleine kochniesche, in der alles zur Verfügung stand für zwei Personen. Mit Kaffee und Tee wird man auch versorgt, hat uns sehr begeistert. Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die große ist super. Wir sind immer noch begeistert von dem drehbaren TV. Evtl. Sollte hier noch ein Vermerk oder Hinweis stehen, dass dieser drehbar ist. Einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Klima gibt und im Sommer ist das ziemlich schwer auszuhalten. Wir hatten zwar einen Ventilator, aber dennoch würde ich eine Klima empfehlen. Der andere minimal Kritikpunkt ist (meckern auf hohen Niveau), größere Müsli Schalen wären super und ein anderer Föhn (bei längeren Haaren ist dieser überhaupt nicht funktional). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.

- Fritjof (8/5): Satisfactory Stay in the North of Munich - Access to the building and to the room are via keypad. The number needed was relayed by email. As I had booked via Hotels.com I had to contact customer services to be able to register with numa. From then on registration and other communication was flawless. Customer service by email during the stay was responsive. However, don't stay without bringing a device with access to email and internet. The appartment was comfortable. There were minor maintenance issues, such as a broken shower fixing and a dislodged seal on a dishwasher, but the accommodation was otherwise in good repair and clean. Local public transport links are excellent. I would book this accommodation again if the need arises.

- Nicole (8/5): - Super ist die Nähe zum Olympiapark. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber umd top ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln :) Trotz der Anonymität werden Fragen per WhatsApp beantwortet und tagsüber trifft man in der Lobby auch jemanden an. Parkplatz ist sicher und nicht so teuer.., insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

- Riccardo (10/5): Nice place to stay - Apartment was nice, just I would have loved to have a microwave in kitchenette. Apart that, everything was fine, the buinding and the room were new and comfortable, and the place even if a bit far from the center has bus stop just in front of entrance and u-bahn 5 mins walk, so in 25-30 mins you can be in the center. Communication with customer service by whatsapp was easy and helpful.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nur Online - Nur online Abfertigung. Es wird erwartet dass man WhatsApp hat. Einchecken hat eine Stunde gedauert. Dokumente werden überprüft und als Antwort kommt dann, dass es bis zu 24 h dauern kann. Ohne Handy hat man in diesem Hotel nix zu suchen . Es gibt eine Lobby und da bekommt man eine Visitenkarte mit Telefonnummer. Draussen vor der Tür ist dunkel und das macht alles schwierig mit einscannen und so weiter. Koffe r muss man die Stufen hochschleppen. Die Strasse ist stark befahren und Laut. Zimmer war gross und modern eingerichtet. Im ganzem sehr nett, Küchenzeile auch gut eingerichtet, aber den Ärger mit Einchecken konnte ich nicht vergessen. Wenn es eine Möglichkeit gegeben hätte, hätte ich stoniert und was anderes gesucht. Und wenn ich noch mit fertigen Sätzen für meine Geduld bedankt werde, ist es nicht hilfreich. Wer keine persönliche Kontakte mag und sehr gerne Online ist, ist hier richtig. QR Code für Check out hat nicht funktioniert, musste von mir noch mehrmals bestätigt werden. Erst kommt man nicht rein und dann nicht mehr raus. Für mich eine Erfahrung, aber wiederholen muss ich nicht.

It was loud with street traffic with the windows open- but we liked watching the activity happening around us as we drank coffee in the morning or sat in the window at the end of the day. The mini kitchen was handy and the treats left to start were nice! Lots of storage and seating.
- Matthew (6/5): No regular cleaning service, Very rude cleaners - OK hotel for the price but the cleaners at the hotel were extremely lazy. This hotel has limited cleaning which is as advertised but every time the cleaned my room the refused to take out my garbage. One time after they cleaned my room i placed the garbage outside my room only to get woken up the next morning to an angry woman cleaner demanding I take my own garbage out to the street. THIS IS NOT ON, there is no signs in the room or in my booking condition telling me this. GET YOUR STAFF IN LINE. I stayed at this hotel for almost 1 month and my room was cleaned twice. Very poor effort and when my room was cleaned the cleaners didn’t even finish the job.

- Matthias (6/5): price / quality not working at all! - Send me for my 3 days stay to the rooftop on west wing, very long way to get there, right under the roof, extreme hot, no aircon. No chance to open windows becuse noise level so bad! The promoted serviced room with dishes was only the 2nd day available, not even a coffee maker or a cup was available. The price sold over the counter for similar room like mine was € 51,- per night, while I had to pay with hotel.com apr. € 85,- !!! This kind of price / quality level does not fit at all!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not ideal if you want a comfortable stay. - It says ‘JOYN serviced living’ outside the hotel which makes it very confusing when you drive there and you’re not sure if you’ve arrived at the right place. There’s also no room service / cleaning. the hotel is divided into west and east wings that only connect on 2 levels making it a nuisance if you’re staying on the higher floors.

- Martin (10/5): Very spacious room, easy check-in and check-out - Room was very spacey, quiet with sound proof windows, parking was easy and considerably cheap. Little kitchen was present just with a basic equipment. Shower was nice and clean, sheets also.

- Rong (10/5): - Staff were very good! Though we arrived after 6 p.m. at night there was somebody able to help us with checking in. The staff were available to provide a travel adaptor and kettle which we needed. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was a lack of adequate cooking utensils (had a large saucepan and frying pan, only one wine glass). The buffet breakfast was the same each day but sufficient. we did not feel hungry again until the evening!

Couch.. Heated floor in the bathroom... Breakfast buffet is awesome and only 8.50 euros. There s a bar. Playground outside. Very good place. I would definitely go back next time around...
- Champs (4/5): - Good hotel next to the subway station but far from the attractions of the city, the staff very rude, they gave me a hotel room where there was no hot Water, they were very strict even that they had rooms available that you only can get the hotel room at 3 PM or after. The staff is not friendly at all or helpful, they made me wait one hour in the lobby and couldn't leave because they were trying to turn on the hot water, but they did not wanted to change me to another room instead.
