We needed a cheap place to stay before departing Thailand and this served the purpose! Unfortunately, the shower did not provide hot water and there were little amenities. Only two pillows on the bed. Very, very loud noise all day/night which is to be expected being near a busy road. Plus side - very convenient to get to the train stations and nearby malls.

Expedia said 24/7 reception which is deceiving. But no fault of hotel. Girl at the front counter was excellent. Next time I would just move up to a 4 or 5 star. Depending on the price u get the hotel for it could work for you.

They provide ear plugs so they are aware of it. Can walk to all the major shopping centres within 10-15 minutes.

- Verified traveler (4/5): a bit suprice - The hotel is in a good location, however, there is no service from the hotel as there is no reception, you do your self-check-in and check-out, also there is no lift in the hotel, so it would be not convenient for the family if they got large luggage as you need to bring them all up yourself (so heavy).
- Tania (2/5): Do not stay here! - Brutal!!! I would never have imagined this hotel to be on your site. There is no one working in the hotel for any assistance at all. I reserved a double queen room with a sofa bed but was denied bedding for the sofa bed and told by someone on the phone I needed to pay extra for sheets or call Expedia. We had no one to cal for a taxi to the airport. My daughter had to sleep without a blanket or sheet on a dirty sofa bed. This ruined our night in Bangkok and I expect a full or partial refund .

Paid for a room for 3 people, hotel forced us to pay extra for the 3rd person in order to add the extra bed that was supposed to be there already. They added a child mattress on top a sofa bed. The WORST ever. DO NOT STAY here.
- Clive (2/5): - passes off as a boutique hotel. do me a favour.... it's an old house with zero charm. no staff on site, no reception, no kettle in room, no hot water in shower. I left early and wasn't refunded
- LAP HONG (2/5): - For entire 4 nights stay, there's no staff in sight. Only 1 cleaner appeared in the morning. To enter the premise, we use a password to key in and auto door open. But if someone is smart, he/she can guess the password from the door front's stickers. Room not in good condition, paint on wall and ceiling falling off. First and last time for my family.
- Kasemsant (2/5): Cheap but not safe - I booked this place for late night stay . When I arrived 1 am. I found out they lock the properly. No one in the hotel. Even security or house keeper. I phoned them from number which showing outside that any problem just phone that number. But nobody answer . Do not stay this place if you want somewhere to stay safe . At night they just leave guest stay on their own . If anything happen. They not gonna help or you cannot contact them . Cheap but not safe.

The locks on the doors did not function. I booked another hotel immediately and I am currently fighting Expedia for a refund. - Pye (6/5): - It is too much too call the property as a "boutique hotel" where you expect a beautiful & culture hotel with fance facilities, this is more like a motel or homestay. It is recommended for budget traveler, this is where you can leave you luggage & hang out for whole day, it also situated at the central area and variety of street food stalls around. However, it is a "no" for me this round, I didn't really enjoy the stay because I expected more from its title: "Boutique hotel", the walls are not acoustically done, so it is damn noisy at night due to the train & surroundings.

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. No a single writing desk, must use a tiny coffee table. No room service for the 4 days, we had to clear the garbage ourselves as the bin overflowed with rubbish. Half a roll of toilet paper given for 5 people to share, must go to the main building to get more toilet paper. No phone in the room as well, so when we need anything, must make a trip to the next building. Room is not sound proof, it was extremely noisy when another room had a wild party until 3am. Security issues; twice when we came back, the main door to our building was left ajar, meaning anyone could have come up, and human traffic is haevy because it is a shophouse. Also, past patrons could also use the password to enter the building.

Our family have a wonderful stay. The reception and host are very warm welcome and very responsive. .The place was great. Just 5 mins walk to BTS, close to everything. Will definitely come back!

Walking distance to Siam Paragon, MBK and Pratunam area is awesome. BTS was definitely closer than I thought and this made travelling so much easier! The reception is very responsive and constantly texted me of the weather condition/things to take note of before I arrive at his place. Wonderful boutique hotel with a touchful care!

Walking distance to Siam Square & nx to BTS Station. Staff was helpful & helped us log out of the Netflix account after we checked out & forgot to do so. Not the best for family with young kids as the surroundings were a bit dark. Downside was no daily housekeeping. Otherwise, if you only need a place to lay your head, it’s highly recommended as the location & price is good.
- Andrew (8/5): Shower - The main problem was the shower. The water didn't freely drained. It was backed up. Need to fix that because for us it is an important thing. It's disgusting to stand on water that backed up when you are showering.
- Riccardo (4/5): Deceiving, noisy, bad smell of humidity - The room or A/C smell bad. A stale, Humidity smell. This can and must be fixed. Poor service overall. Hotel and room are siding a busy street so it is noisy. Bathroom is small, shower not comfortable. overall expensive for the quality, not a good bang for the buck ! Only good thing, really fast wifi, internet.
