• Bryant (8/5): The room was terrible. Super 8 would’ve been better. - We love the pool and the location. Our room was terrible. Not only was it not clean, the ceiling was falling in the hall way (literally pieces of the ceiling on the ground). None of the beds were comfortable at all and the twin under the bunkbed was stuck and wouldn’t pull out. None of our tvs worked the entire time we were there and all of the dishes were dirty. Our experience last year was a million times better last year. Very disappointing when you save hard earned money to come there.
• Nikki (1/5): My vacation with family was amazing, the Shores of Panama needs a lot of work. - Beside pineapple Willy's Not enough elevators, it was horrible. I should have been able to park in the parking garage in the spots assigned to the condo. The toilets didn't flush good at all, stains in shower tubs, stains on sheets and mattress. TV didn't work. Ceiling had a bad leak and done of the ceiling was falls down. Pictures was sent

• Jasmin (4/5): Although the views and condo were great my family and I won’t be recommending this place to others. - The condo and views were great! Mostly Everything in the resort was closed. An hour before my check in time I was notified the outside pool was going to be closed. I was not notified about everything else in the resort being closed. There is no concierge desk. No one was ever at the desk when I had a question. Bring extra toilet paper. The inside pool was dirty. The outside pool was closed. Mostly everything in the resort was closed.

• Jody (5/5): Room was great, but due to elevator and parking issues we will not return to this location. - The pool and beach area is great. The elevator’s were awful!! Not enough elevator’s on the property and there was always at least one out of order. Having to wait over 45 minutes for an elevator is ridiculous. And the parking garage is horrendous.

The river/pool was amazing and the atmosphere was very fun and relaxed. The proximity to the sand was very good as well. I didn't expect it to be so crowded, especially when looking out the balcony and seeing all the other rooms. I also did not like the prices of the beach chair rentals.

• Blanton (8/5): It was good but the spring breakers were just too much - The amount of space in the condo There were cigarette butts and marijuana on the balcony outside, and a hole in the wall. The spring breakers were obnoxious surrounding us
• Shaniqua (5/5): Okay - Pool was nice, and room was comfortable There could definitely more storage where the twin bunks are, and maybe a little trunk in the living room. TVs in the bedrooms didn’t have any service so we couldn’t watch anything. It took a couple days for the ice machine to start working and for the fridge and freezer to get cold. More towels and wash rags along with extra blankets and pillows are something we needed. The elevators are terrible and take long to pickup. Appreciate the surveillance around the pool and hot tub, but multiple kids in are group were questioned on why they didn’t have wristbands WITHOUT us being next to them, and that we don’t appreciate. Elevators need a worker to monitor to make sure they are not overloaded for safety!

• Renee (3/5): Disappointing - The condo was very clean, the layout was very nice—very spacious and convenient—the view of the pool was beautiful. We had never been to this property before so we didn’t know all the procedures. When I asked a question they gave me a look of impatience. We were on the far end of the 15th floor, but we had to go down to the ground floor yo get a luggage cart, leave a drivers license, then back to the car, then to the 15th floor., back to the ground floor “guard shack” to turn in the cart and get our license, then back to the room. Just inconvenient, especially considering how far all these places were from each other. And the attitude of the employees was not helpful—every bit of information we finally pieced together was like pulling teeth. The overall property maintenance was bad. Large pieces gone from the side of the parking garage, floors not clean, prevalent smell of tobacco and pot on the premises, condo doors looked smudged and dirty, just a negative impression. While our condo was very clean upon our arrival, I heard several other guests complaining that there was terrible. The pool area was lovely, but it was off season and pretty crowded. I can imagine how crowded it would be mid summer. The rules weren’t enforced on the property—we couldn’t enjoy our balcony for the overpowering smell of pot and cigarettes. The property layout was very spread out and took a long time to maneuver with long walks from condo to pool, to garage, to beach. The garage was extremely tight and hard to maneuver, especially for larger pickups and SUVs. Inside our condo, the bed was very hard, signs of wear and tear, scrawled handwritten note telling us to empty the dehumidifier, shower curtain hanging off, curtain not working, broken furniture, etc. The property was on the end of the beach in a very busy intersection which was high traffic and no left turn, which resulted in drivers turning left anyway, or turning right a and making u turns down the road.
• Kayla (9/5): Amazing place to stay with your family. - The location was amazing! Pool area was impressive! Beach entrance/exit was conveniently located right off of the pool. Half of the elevators didn’t work & with a group of 8, we ended up using the stairs on some occasions to get back to our room or to the ground floor.
