- LilSun (1/5): Absolut enttäuschend – überteuert, heruntergekommen und unangenehm - Das Einzige, was gut war, war die Lage. Allerdings gibt es viele andere Hostels mit demselben Vorteil, die zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Qualität bieten. Die Unterkunft wirkte insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen und war die 33 € pro Nacht meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht wert. Die Zimmer erinnerten eher an kleine Gefängniszellen, an mehreren Stellen bröckelte der Putz von den Wänden, und die Matratzen hatten gelbliche Flecken. Auch die Sanitäranlagen waren ungepflegt und teilweise defekt. Besonders unangenehm fand ich die Duschen, die – wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt – durchsichtig sind und dadurch kaum Privatsphäre bieten. Leider war auch das Personal nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war das die schlechteste Hostel-Erfahrung, die ich bisher gemacht habe. Für den verlangten Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Ich habe mich dort so unwohl gefühlt, dass ich die zweite Nacht verfallen ließ und mir lieber eine vernünftige Unterkunft gesucht habe.

A corta distancai de la Gran Via y de la plaza de Cibeles.Se puede acceder a los lugares de interés caminando.. El edificio es nuevo y está muy bien conservado y muy limpio.Los baños nuevos y extremadamente limpios.Las camas son cómodas.La cocina compartida también muy limpia y bien equipada. La atención del personal es excelente. Cerre el locker con un candado y sin querer deje la llave adentro del mismo por lo que no podía abrirlo. El señor de recepción me solucionó el problema al instante y con mucha cordialidad,, hecho que le agradezco mucho. Cuando vuelva a Madrid me hospedaré en el Hostel Center Madrid. Nada. Quizas como sugerencia en la cocina podría haber una cocina con fogones y horno ya que tiene un horno microhondas.

Aksi taktirde böyle durumlarda Booking sizin yardımcı olmuyor. Kendi başınızın çaresine hiç bilmediğiniz bir yerde bakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

- Julio David (7/5): Hostel muy bien ubicado y en precio - La ubicación muy buena. Pocos baños porque estaba completo. En el baño de hombres hay 2 baños y no hay mingitorio. Es poco.

Volvería a alojarme allí Quizás lo único el baño que tiene la puerta como transparente y es un poco raro jaja, y que las escaleras para la litera son un poco incómodas pero fuera de eso estuvo bastante bien.

- Hernan Maximiliano (3/5): Hay mejores opciones por ese dinero. - Lo mejor (y único) es la ubicación. Cerca de la Gran Vía y a la vez lejos del ruido. La habitación de 6 personas es demasiado pequeña. No había espacio ni siquiera para abrir las valijas. La puerta de la habitación no tiene seguridad alguna; es una puerta corrediza que puede abrir cualquiera. Los baños son incómodos en todo sentido. No hay ni siquiera donde apoyar los elementos de aseo dentro de la ducha y, lo peor, es la ínfima privacidad. A quien se le ocurre poner ventanas transparentes en las duchas y a la vista de todos? Solo una franja de pintura esmerilada que apenas cubre las partes es la única ínitimidad que te dan. Pésimo.

El tamaño de las habitaciones, muy pequeño para tener 8 camas, no se podía ni caminar con otra persona. Tampoco me gustó que solo tenían 1 baño para 24 personas (solo 1 baño para todas las habitaciones). Mínima la área social del Hostel. No estaba bien climatizada la habitación.
