They were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing detailed explanations and guidance about everything. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to respond. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures! It has a large, clean pool that made our stay extra enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, each with a stunning view, balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The elevator inside the villa is a great touch, especially helpful for elderly guests. The kitchen was well-maintained and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and there’s a BBQ area next to the pool, which was perfect. The villa is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarket. For visiting the beach and local attractions, it’s best to arrange a taxi. Overall, this villa is a relaxing and beautiful place, perfect for a family or group of friends. We are deeply thankful to Atakan and his lovely family, and we will definitely rent this villa again when we return to Fethiye. Highly recommended!

The attention to detail to make your stay 100% comfortable and convenient is unbelievable. It’s exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and utilises space beautifully. Honestly it’s fabulous! There’s nothing not to like. Everything is pristine and immaculate.

• Lidwien (9/5): Amazing - Lovely location and family running this hotel. It is so peaceful and serene , close to Fethiye or smaller shops , very comfortable and exactly what you see on photos. We were allowed to check in 3 hours earlier because of our flight arrival time, which was absolutely amazing and appreciated after a broken night. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from even if it was served. Nothing. Everything was great.

• JJ (10/5): Wonderful with outstanding breakfasts - I am a bit sceptical about places with top rated reviews but this luxury BnB fully deserves them. The owners live in the property and take considerable pride and enjoyment in doing what they do. They are very friendly and keep an impeccably clean house. The breakfasts are outstanding and the hosts can provide food during the day. The downside is the location as the villa is on the edge of town. However, we were quite content holidaying there over 4 nights despite not having a car. Taxis to Kalis beach are £5 and £10 to the town centre. There is a nice bakery within walking distance. Likewise there are a couple of local eateries which are interesting as an experience rather than a culinary delight. With this proviso I'd strongly recommend.

• Tparchi3 (10/5): Amazing Stay! - Everything! It is a perfect family run hotel. All beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast, fantastic pool. The hosts are so kind and helpful. It's a place you don't want to ever leave. The location is close to Calis Beach but a bit far from the center of Fethiye. You need a car to drive around.

• Yi (10/5): Wonderful fantastic experience in the villa - My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. We kept saying that this is the best place we've stayed at in Turkey during our entire trip! Everything was perfect, and there was not a single thing to complain about. The room and swimming pool were extremely clean and nice, and the breakfast was very tasty, with the owner even cooking it themselves. Every detail in the hotel showed how carefully the owner took good care of the property. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We hope that we will have the chance to meet again in the future. It’s not in the Fethiye center, 20-30 mins commute depends on the traffic.

• Ineke (10/5): Best stay, best owners and most memorable stay in Turkey! - THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL PLACE. We had the large suite on the top floor and everything was amazing. The Villa is absolutely beutiful and everything is super neat and clean! The pool area is also amazing- it was very clean and the owners even brought us cake and tea at the pool. The owners were absolutey amazing!! They made this one of the most memorable stays in Turkey! We were there for our honeymoon and upon arrival, they gave us a bottle of wine on the house. They were so warm and welcoming and they made us feel so at home. The breakfast was lovely and they honestly went out of their way to give us an amazing experience! We had a beutiful view over the mountains and the sea (in the distance) We LOVED the spa bath in the room as well. We also enjoyed that it is situated in the quieter part of Fetiye. We had a rental car so could easily drive to Calis Beach (10min drive) or to any other place when needed. WE LOVED EVERY MOMENT!! EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Son derece temiz, bakimli ve aranilan herseyin eksiksiz yer oldugu cok guzel bir villa otel konsepti. Aile isletmesi olarak sahiplerine tesekkur etmek az kalir. Kahvaltisi son derece lezzetliydi. Otopark sorunu yok. Fethiye merkeze araciniz var ise ulasim rahat. Odalar son derece konforluydu. Tatilden beklentinizi karsilayacak her olanak var. Temizligi ozelikle covid 19 doneminde tercih edilebilecek nadir özen gosterilen yerler arasinda tutabilirim.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Das Hotel/die Villa ist neu gebaut worden. Demnach alles in einem Neuzustand. Man fühlt sich in der ersten Minute einfach nur wohl und will nicht weg. Die Eheleute sind so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einfach nur unbeschreiblich. Wir wollten gar nicht weg. Jedes Detail in der Villa wurde überlegt. Wir kommen wieder- ganz sicher... • Emre (10/5): Güzel ve hoş bir tatildi. - Otelin temizliği muazzam, her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, havuzu temiz, odaları ferah, iletişim çok iyi, gerçekten bundan sonra gideceğimiz her yeri bu yerle kıyaslayacağız. Otel Çiftlik tarafında kalıyor. Sessiz, sakin, karmaşadan uzak, araba koyacak yer sıkıntısı yok. Sahipleri oldukça güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı. Çok memnun kaldık. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

• Yusuf (10/5): Harika bir ortam - Harika bir ortam, ev sıcaklığında ama tüm ayrıntılar kusursuzca işlenmiş ve size her konuda kaliteli ve özel hissettiren bir işletmede olduğunuzu da hissettiriyor, işletenler karı koca emekli öğretmenler ve çok tatlı insanlar özellikle Nagihan hanımın naifliğini söylemeden geçemeyeceğim balayımızın ilk iki gününün muhteşem geçmesini sağladılar. Dekorasyon çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıda mükemmel kaliteli ürünler kullanıyorlar. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.

Kaynak suyundan beslenen ph ve klor dengesi mukemmel ayarlanmis bir havuz!
• Gökhan (10/5): Müthiş Bir Butik Otel Deneyimi. - Tayyar Bey ve Nağahan Hanım, müthiş evsahipleri. Kendimizi tam bir konuk olarak hissettirdiler. Fethiye'de özene bezene hazırlanmış müthiş bir villa. Ziyaretimiz sırasında, havuz suyu istedikleri kalitede olmadığından içleri rahat etmedi ve tüm havuzu boşaltıp tekrar suyunu bizzat elleri ile ayarladılar. Akşam 17:00'de ev poğaçası ve keki ile çay ikramı çok inceydi. Kahvaltı mükellef ve gayet lezzetliydi. Oda çok zevkli döşenmiş, çok rahat bir odaydı. Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaretlerine gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir mekan ve ev sahipleri. Tanışmaktan büyük keyif aldık.

Çok samimi bi şekilde karşılayıp rahat etmemiz için ellerinden gelen herşeyi yaptılar. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. kahvaltıları da beklentimizin çok üstündeydi. Ev yapımı reçelleri ve incirli tarçınlı keki çok özleyeceğiz. Arabayla bölgedeki heryere çok yakın mesafede, aynı zamanda fethiyenin kalabalık havasından uzak sessiz sakin bir yer. Seneye tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
