Ursula (8/5): - Der Blick auf Palinuro ist phantastisch. Einen besseren Frühstücksplatz gibt es kaum. Das Castello ist eindrucksvoll und das Frühstück gut. Leider haben die Zimmer im 2. Stock nur Fenster bis Kniehöhe, so dass Lüften schwer ist. Die Anfahrt mit einem niedrigen Auto plus Fahrradanhänger war etwas abenteuerlich aber machbar. Am Haus selbst war viel Platz zum Parken.

Giulio (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato nel b&b del signor Vincenzo a Centola ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Il b&b è un castello affacciato sul mare, con un panorama fantastico. La stanza era molto curata e pulita, e degna di un castello! Nonostante io sia del luogo le dritte (e l'attitudine!) di Vincenzo hanno fatto la differenza: conosce ogni angolo del posto e ci ha dato consigli preziosi su che spiagge vedere (non solo a Palinuro), quali paesini visitare e che sentieri fare. Se cercate un posto autentico, tranquillo e con un'accoglienza vera, questo è il posto giusto. Torneremo sicuramente! We stayed at Mr. Vincenzo's B&B in Centola and it was a wonderful experience. The b&b is a castle overlooking the sea, with a fantastic view. The room was very well cared for and perfectly clean, worthy of a castle! Even though I'm from the area, Vincenzo's advice (and attitude!) made all the difference: he knows every corner of the place and gave us precious tips on which beaches to visit (not only in Palinuro), which villages to explore, and which trails to hike. If you're looking for an authentic, peaceful place with genuine hospitality, this is the right spot. We'll definitely be back!

Ayfer-emma (10/5): Beautiful and amazing stay! - our stay was simply exceptional, the property is fabulous, the views (from the gardens and from the room) were amazing. we had breakfast in the shared garden and it was delicious and fresh. the castle is a beautiful place furnished with taste. our stay has been exceptional thanks to Vicenzo and his mom. It was a pleasure to talk with this very cultured man! The staff was friendly and really helpful. The location was perfect, the villages around and the beaches were picturesque. Everything was above our expectations.
Lisa (8/5): beautiful location and nice room - it was a beautiful location and view. The road to it was fine and the drive down to Palinuro was easy and quick. Dinner at the nearby (walkable) Agriturisimo San Leonardo was our favorite meal in Italy. Our room at Ill Costello was lovely, with amazing view. The owner was friendly. no tea kettle available, Breakfast was just some pre packaged sweets (and one homemade cake that was too sweet for my taste.) Cappacino was either made with instant coffee or a pod- again, not to my liking.
Bronte (7/5): Unique stay with amazing views - The location is lovely, with stunning views over Palinuro and the ocean from the bedroom. The terrace was a really nice place to sit and relax. The breakfast was nice but all very sweet. Unfortunately they were not serving aperitif and antipasti when we visited in May. We had a nice stay and enjoyed spending time with the cats. The hosts are really nice people. The inside of the castle and our room smelt very strongly of cigarettes which made my partner and I feel sick as non-smokers.
