• Elena (3/5): À fuir - Pas grand-chose Le petit déjeuner n’était pas vraiment un vrai petit déjeuner comme on l’entend : petit sachets de céréales, on aurait dit des échantillons, le pain moisi. Le couchage est petit pour deux et n’est pas confortable

• Deborah (5/5): Very disappointing to what I’m used to! I’ve stayed in another BnB 1:2 hr from there and it was beautiful! - Close to the Venue I was attending. Grubby and old. The linen had holes in it and wasn’t at all what I expected for the rate charged. Even the owner said ‘not as clean as I would like it’. It wasn’t for sure.

• Sven (8/5): Wonderfully secluded, quiet and comfortable place. Lovely landlady. - The location was just what we wanted - secluded, quiet and away from busy areas. Beautiful nature, a friendly landlady and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was so so, but adequate. Nothing to say here.
• Sven (9/5): Good option close to the 12 Apostels - It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere but therefore very quite and yet fairly close to the 12 Apostels. The room is very nice with what seems a recently renovated bathroom and modern shower. Breakfast provided, all basic kitchen utensils provided Price maybe a bit too high but still ok for one night

• Rick Zabor (7/5): A comfortable clean place to stay in a remote location - The room is an apartment on the back of a farmhouse in the very small town of Simpson. Simpson is not a place you go to to enjoy the location but it is adequate after a long day traveling. Ruby Rose was good value for the price when all we really were looking for was some privacy and a good night's sleep. We got that at Ruby Rose.

• Daniel (10/5): - The host was very welcoming, the room is comfortable and clean. I like the setting, depending on what you want, for me I need a quiet space to myself which this is perfect for me.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien para dar calor. También había mantas eléctricas en la cama. El interior de los cajones y armarios estaba sucio. Había restos de comida en el microondas. Nos dijeron que había tostadas y cereales para desayunar, pero sólo había tostadas y las mantequillas del frigorífico estaban mojadas.

• Chen-Yu (9/5): Good choice for self driving travelers. - The guesthouse owner turned on the heating before we arrived, which was a very thoughtful service in the still chilly November. The room is very nice, clean and quiet, with kitchen stuff and simple breakfast is inclusive. It’s located in the farm area, not convenient for public transportation.

• Nusrat (10/5): A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality - Stayed at Ruby Rose and had an amazing experience. Michelle was a wonderful host - friendly, helpful, and respectful of our space. She checked in with tips to ensure we arrived safely and even pointing us to dinner options for our late check-in. The cookies she left were a lovely touch, and we adored meeting her sweet cat. Highly recommend this charming B&B on the Great Ocean Road!

The owners were very friendly, when we came back the second night, it was around dinner time, it had been raining the lights were turned on as was the heating really appreciated that. Er is een supermarkt in het dorp waar je een fantastische pizza kunt halen. Deze is zo dik belegd dat je best een kleine pizza kunt bestellen. Het ontbijt is erg sober. Geen vers fruit zoals beschreven en er was alleen oploskoffie. Maar de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding klopt wel.

The host offers you a tour to see lots of kangaroos and wallabies, he is so sweet, fun and nice!!! We won't forget that day. There is a supermarket 2' by car. Well located if you are coming or going to 12 Apostols. The breakfast is in your own bedroom and quite variated what is nice! The bed was comfortable and cozy. It was warm as well. The bathroom was extremely clean! Pd. It is not a big deal but if you arrive after sunset pay attention to avoid missing the entrance. Thank you so much, Ronnie!!!! Everything was perfect

We stayed 3 nights & Michelle kept us stocked with supplies for coffee, tea, milk, breakfast etc. Lights & heater were always on when we arrived back usually in the dark, after our day out & about exploring, so nice & welcoming. We found their location a great base for visiting all the neighbouring towns, GOR etc. No issues to mention.

The pantry was full of options for a filling breakfast. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel at home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for, it was lovely to chat with Michelle and Ronnie and wish them the best for the future. Hope we can stay here again soon!

Lovely helpful owners, relaxing view for breakfast of the eucalypts. Tricky to find at night in the rain as the driveway isn't obvious - look for the blue sign.

As there was a group of us friends who took up the five (5) available rooms, would have liked to have more tables and seating outside the rooms to facilitate our gettogether or for the restaurant to be open earlier for breakfast there instead of in our rooms separately.

• Chi (10/5): Calm and comfortable farm stay - The owners Ronnie and Michelle are very helpful and genuine. They shared their lovely house with us and we were forever impressed by their stories. The room is sparkling clean. Got everything you need. Also just viewing the farmland with cows enjoying their lives in stone throw away. Location is 20 mins away from the busy and expensive great ocean road. Thank you for letting us share this beautiful place! It’s located close to a farm so expect some nature visitors - harmless spiders, moths and flies. But the room is very clean and well equipped so it wasn’t bothering us at all

Very friendly hosts, comfortable beds & a nice breakfast. A great stay, thanks! There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like, we just couldn’t get the Netflix to work. Otherwise all was perfect!

Overall the B&B proved a charming accommodation. The location was in an interesting village of Keith. The breakfast was superb. We were cold during the night. We suggest that you leave a blanket on the bed. The guests would also appreciate a rack for their clothes.
