- Verified traveler (2/5): lieblos und komplett vernachlässigtes Hotel!! - Das Hotel wirkt komplett vernachlässigt. Es ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum hat die Atmosphäre eine Bahnhofshalle. Das Frühstück bestand meist aus vom Vortag übrig gebliebenen Resten (die am nächsten Morgen noch genauso dort gestanden sind, zB Kuchen und Brot). Es gab ausschließlich Marmelade, auf meine Frage nach Butter meinte die Hausherrin "nein, die hab ich nicht". Die Matratze im Bett war durchgelegen und desolat. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war bereits bei unserer Ankunft verdreckt und wurde ganze 7 Tage kein einziges Mal gesaugt. Das Badezimmer war zum Glück einigermaßen sauber, die Duschkabine zwar sehr klein, aber der Duschstrahl kräftig. Saubere Hand- und Badetücher, die täglich gewechselt wurden (was eigentlich nicht erforderlich gewesen wäre). Der WC-Spülkasten hing schief und nur mehr an einer Schraube und das Waschbecken lose. Die Heizkörper waren total verrostet. Extremer Autolärm - trotz geschlossener Balkontür u Fenster sowie ständige Lärm-Belästigung durch akustischen Bewegungsmelder im Eingansbereich. Das ganze Ambiente des Hotels war lieblos. Keine Möglichkeit, sich unten irgendwo am Abend hinzusetzen (kein Sofa od ähnliches), ebenso war der Außenbereich lieblos u.ungepflegt. Die Hausherrin war einigermaßen freundlich, ihr Mann schaute uns extrem böse und unfreundlich an und grüßte nicht (genauso wie der Sohn, der uns nicht einmal eines Blickes würdigte). Die Toilette neben dem Frühstücksraum: verschmutzt.
- Roman (8/5): Skvělé místo k pobytu - krásné město s historií, v úterý je v v centru města trh, v hotelu milý a ochotný personál. Rádi se vrátíme.
