• francoise (6/5): Bonne situation mais prestations insuffisantes - Très bien situé entre le Duomo et la mer. Le petit déjeuner servi au B&B maison Ortigia était très bien,bon ,varié et copieux et la dame qui servait était super avenante Le coin cuisine fait vraiment vétuste et est équipé au minimum.et l escalier,raide et étroit pour monter à la chambre est dangereux surtout avec des valises.Cela devrait être plus signalé. Nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude,juste un simple filet d eau froide donc pas pu prendre de douche ... La literie de la chambre était défoncée...mal de dos au réveil

• DEBORAH LOUVET (9/5): Une belle résidence cosy et agréable. - L'appartement est situé au fond d'une court tout proche d'une petite plage et du centre et toutes les attractions. La court sert de terrasse d'un restaurant mais ce n'est pas bruyant. Chaque appartement disponible d'une petite table extérieure qui permet de prendre ses repas au soleil. Le personnel est serviable et aux petits soins. Ils sont réactifs en cas de besoin et ont a cœur d'apporter un service de qualité. Le manque de pression d'eau mais c'est général dans la ville et pas lié aux propriétaires

• Simon Vogrin (7/5): - Lokacija apartmaja je odlična za ogled znamenitosti po otoku, saj omogoča enostaven dostop do različnih krajev. Apartma je dobro služil svojemu namenu kot prostor za prespati ter uporabo sanitarij in tuša, kljub težavam s pritiskom vode. Zgornje nadstropje je lesene konstrukcije, zato se v spodnjo etažo sliši skoraj vsak korak in premik. Postelje so zelo škripajoče, kar dodatno moti udobje in mir. Poleg tega je bil pritisk vode zelo slab. Apartma je dokaj dotrajan in bi mu počasi koristila prenova.

• Dailin (5/5): OK - The location is perfect and very convenient, yet tucked away in a relatively quiet area which allowed for a great night's sleep. It is incredibly close to the seaside, so we could enjoy the sea breeze and the stunning views with just a short walk. A great base to explore this beautiful city! The soundproofing is decent, as we didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. However, our experience was marred by several issues. The reception is located 200m away at a different site, which we were not informed of via email in advance, making luggage storage quite a hassle. Communication via email was also very slow. Even though check-in is strictly after 2 PM, our room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 2:20 PM. We had to wait in the courtyard, which looked like an abandoned restaurant. At night, there were many stray cats making loud noises. The facilities are outdated, and the mattress was far too soft with no support. Additionally, the duplex layout (two-floor setup) was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations given the lack of communication and maintenance.

La gentilezza del personale e la cordialità nel fornire tutte le informazioni per un rapido e comodo check in Non mi è piaciuto il livello di pulizia davvero basso. Il fatto che fosse chiamato Deluxe e invece dalla doccia l'acqua esce col contagocce. Non c'è una scopa o uno scottex per poter pulire sommariamente. Le foto non corrispondono alle reali e attuali condizioni dell' appartamento

Historical building with a nice flavour The smell of cat in the yard outside of the apartment (but this is common throughout Ortigia…). But overall this was a small issue

Hot and cold water in the shower not much more than a trickle. Step stairs to the bedroom. Tried the wi-fi but rejected the password. Flickering light in the main room. No kettle.

• Křižanová (10/5): - Ubytovaní jsme si moc užili. Před dveřmi je příjemný dvůr k posezení. Kuchyň je vybavená, takže jsme si dokázali udělat i lehké jídlo. Majitel byl milý a mohli jsme využít snídaně v nedalekém hotelu, i když jsme ji neměli v ceně, děkujeme.
• Chris (8/5): Ήταν καλή Η εξυπηρέτησε το σκοπο μας - Η καθαριότητα Ο σκοτεινός διάδρομος που οδηγούσε σε μία αυλή η οποία δεν ήταν καθαρή και ήταν ατακτοποίητη. Είδαμε ότι την καθάρισαν την επόμενη μέρα και την τακτοποιούσαν.

• Adriana Alice (4/5): Ortigia stupenda da rivedere ma non in quella struttura - Posizione buona, vicino al duomo e vicino e alla fonte aretina Lo scarafaggio che camminava nella doccia spaventato dall'acqua, le scale pericolante e sporche, le dotazioni (sapone etc..) molto anni 80 (c'era la saponetta!!) Il materasso da mal di schiena per quanto era duro, i guanciali molli., lo scovolino del wc sporco, le tende rotte ai lati dalle quali entrava luce, il rubinetto e il saliscendi della dpccia arrugginiti. Abbiamo fatto presente alcune cose quando siamo andati in reception nell'altra struttura e ci è stato "ok prendiamo nota"

• Cristina (1/5): Sucio y descuidado - No merece la pena. Insalubre. Lugar sucio. Cocina llena de grasa, estropajo viejísimo, insectos en el baño... Además de colchones totalmente deformados y sin fundas. Varias conexiones eléctricas hacen mal contacto y algunas luces a veces dejan de funcionar. Añado que la entrada se realiza a través de un patio que apestaba a orín de gato, al menos en temporada baja. El desayuno se ofrece en otro edificio al que también te tienes que desplazar para pagar el impuesto local en efectivo, un despropósito. Por muy económico que sea un establecimiento, la limpieza es una cuestión de salubridad y respeto. Este alojamiento podría estar cerrado.

• Christine (9/5): Ortigia was a great place to visit and stay. We were there in March so it was not too crowded. - The location, in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Ortigia was great. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the courtyard very nice. There was nothing to complain about - everything worked. Water pressure in the shower was not high but adequate and there was enough hot water for at least three showers.

• Jason Kerman (7/5): - Cozy, and the location was good, close to restaurants. They offered us free breakfast on the first day, which was nice of them. It was not cleaned properly, an open can of coke was left in the fridge, other people's food items in the kitchen, sink and bidet drain could not be opened, stairs make lots of noise. The apartment was nice but it needs a good renovation and some upkeep.

• Monika (10/5): - I loved everything about it! The apartment is in the very center, 2 minutes from the cathedral and 2 minutes from the sea, yet offers peace and quiet. It's located on the second line in a courtyard. The apartment has everything you need – an equipped kitchen, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and even an iron. I recommend it!

A seguito di alcuni problemi riscontrati la segreteria ci ha offerto la colazione, presso altra struttura. Siamo arrivati presso la struttura e non c'era nessuno ad attenderci, non era arrivato il messaggio di benvenuto con relative istruzioni. Il palazzo era in restauro e non so notava dove fosse l'ingresso, abbiamo cercato di contattare la reception 4 volte ricevendo solo risposte a mezzo messaggio. Ci hanno dovuto cambiare l'appartamento perché non funzionava il gas al piano cottura. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la TV , non funzionava a causa del vento, nessuno però é intervenuto per cercare la soluzione.

The staff at Residence Ortigia were amazing even offering free breakfast in their other b&b.. tku guys and gals for how u treated my 2 huskies and yes i highly recommend this residence. All went super smooth.. nothing not to like.

The food is very fresh and there are many excellent restaurants, osterias, trattoria, gellateria and cafetteria where you can enjoy delicious Sicilian food and desserts 🍨

• Ivana Eugenia (8/5): - Innanzitutto vorrei partite col ringraziare lo staff della struttura che è stato caloroso, accogliente e soprattutto disponibile. Vogliamo dare un particolare ringraziamento a Giorgia per aver mantenuto in ordine e pulito il nostro alloggio.
• Antonio (4/5): Brutta esperienza purtroppo, casa carina ma cucina un disastro e un po sporca - La posizione per un turista é centrale e il prezzo è buono. La cucina un disastro, apparte bottiglie di olio vuote e cose aperte in giro, la cucina era sporca, senza forchette o coltelli e il gas era chiuso, avendo già fatto la spesa per cucinare abbiamo dovuto buttare molte cose, essendo cose fresche, e ordinare qualcosa. Microonde idem, sporco e appiccicoso. Anche le scale per salire erano abbastanza sporche e il problema é che si affacciano sulla cucina. Purtroppo pur essendo un appartamento carino, la cucina é un disastro. Contattando l’host su whatsapp inoltre non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Bisogna mettere in chiaro certe cose
