If you like to stay away for the tourist or expat areas, that’s your place to be Price was ok, but you can get definitely get more central and modern apartments for the same price.

Abbiamo amato il fatto che ci fosse in condivisione nel pianerottolo un frigorifero da poter usare e potevamo usufruire di acqua, asciugami e carta igienica gratuitamente ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno, perché era vicino al frigorifero. Servizio lavanderia yourself gratuito. Letto comodo e grande. La posizione non era un granché perché situa in una zona periferica a nostro avviso non ben collegata anche se non è stato un grosso problema. Siamo stati 5 notti e nonostante ci fossero delle cose gratuite di cui usufruire, avremmo apprezzato almeno un cambio di lenzuola e un riciclo di cestini della spazzatura che abbiamo dovuto provvedere a buttare.

Так же на этаже есть стиральная машинка( можно пользоваться бесплатно), холодильник и микроволновка. В номере тихо, можно хорошо выспаться. Очень не хватало шкафа или тумбы для вещей. И в ванной хоть одной полочки для принадлежностей, только бортик раковины

Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank für alle und man kann sich selber Wasser nehmen, außerdem darf man die Waschmaschine benutzen. Eine der besten Unterkünfte meiner Thailandreise, die in einer absolut authentischen Wohngegend liegt. Mit dem Grab Bike, der Fähre oder der Skytrain ist man schnell in Touristengebieten.
• Enrique (9/5): Simple, clean, confortable in an authentic tourist-free neighbourhood with great food and lovely people. - The House didn’t bring me direct happiness, it did something better: it made me reflect on what happiness is and can be. The building is located in an authentic tourist-free neighborhood that asks you to live at its rhythm from the early mornings to the buzzing night food market that takes place three times a week. What they call apartments are in reality normal rooms situated on the seventh floor above six floors hosting local residents. I liked the simplicity of the place, the feeling of immersion in the culture and the very « leave me alone » nature of the residence. It’s safe, it’s clean, all basic needs are covered and the staff are lovely human beings, even if you don’t see them much. Every morning, I was out at 6am to eat delicious food while humbly watching the street vendors, the monks and all the vibrant daily life. It took only a few days for some people to start recognizing me and remembering my food preferences, which was always a heart warming feeling. If you are a person who wakes up late, you will be missing out. Don’t stay here to go and visit other parts of the city by taxi. Stay here to live here for a while and learn about the culture. All in all, I simply loved my stay, this place made me happy and I will certainly return. I have only two minor comments about my stay. First, housekeeping left me a bit too much alone, because my room was taken care of only once in my first two weeks. Management acknowledged that there was some organization issues, we had a friendly and constructive conversation and everything went smoothly from then. The second detail is that the desk was tiny and the chair very uncomfortable. So I ended up often moving my digital nomad work sessions to the bed, which was okay, but far from ideal over the weeks I spent. The WiFi, however, was very good.

Man zahlt 4 Bath für das Ferry zwischen Tha Din Daeng Cross River Ferry Pier und Ratchawong Pier (Chinatown). Diese Ferry-Strecke kennt Google Maps leider nicht. Das meiste Personal kann leider kein Englisch.

Mais la chambre et la salle de bain etaient plus que corrects, dans un quartier populaire qui permettait de savourer une tres bonne cuisine de rue, un marché de nuit près du bac et à 10 minutes à pieds d'un bac qui permettait de se retrouver à Chinatown, de l'autre côté du fleuve. Probably not the best location for a first timer though as some roads are too isolated to walk especially at night. They surprised everyone with a yummy cake. Such a kind gesture. I enjoyed it! Check in and check out was easy and the host is very responsive to messages. Laundry and detergent free and can be done anytime. Allowed me to store my luggage with them before leaving to my next place. Laundry is free. All supplies: water, towels, tissues kept at the hallway incase they run out A place can be provided for throwing trash and getting new trash bags especially for a long stay since there was no room service. Occasional room service would be good to clean the room especially because there are some ants. Too many buddhist pictures on the walls. Even if it is the local religion, it can feel too much and in your face.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The location is a big plus — it truly shows the real Bangkok, lively and authentic, which was really cool and not too touristy. There is also a free laundry service, which is very convenient while traveling. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Также в шаговой доступности несколько магазинов 7/11, банк и банкоматы. Очень атмосферно и контрастно вокруг, нам очень понравилось. Номера чистые, очень уютные! Уборка при вывешивании таблички чтобы убрали, без нее никто не зайдет в номер. На этаже есть стиральная машинка, холодильник, вода в бутылках и туалетная бумага - бесплатно. В номере есть телевизор, чайник, две бутылочки воды, две кружки с маленькими ложечками, фен, кондиционер. Милый букетик цветов на чайном столике. Есть стол и стул - можно поработать и пообедать при желании. В уборной большие гель для душа и шампунь - понравились. На балконе можно посидеть с чудесным видом на Бангкок, и там же есть небольшой столик и стульчики. Отличный wi-fi. Персонал всегда очень приятный, приветливый. Очень было приятно когда нас поздравили при въезде с Новым годом подарив нам два обалденно вкусных шоколадных пирожных - восторг! А также поздравили нас в новогоднюю ночь - подарив нам тайский чай с овсяным молоком и тайский бисквитный кекс. Очень очень приятно и неожиданно!

• Dirk (9/5): - Apartment and facilities are very clean. There are washing machines located on site. No dryer, but there are racks and hangers. Free drinking water is also provided for by the owners. The apartment is quite noisy, it's easy to hear neighbours talking etc. Also there can be a lot of noise from outside, depending on which floor you are staying. I had a room on the top floor, so the music of the clubs located around the harbor reached my room all day until 12 at night. Neither of these were a problem for me, since I brought earplugs. But it ought to be mentioned.

An Silvester habe es sogar eine kleien Überraschung, die allen an die Türe gehangen wurde. Die Lage ist gut. Mit Grab kommt man sehr gut auf die andere Seite des Flusses.

• Zucker (10/5): Waren rundum zufrieden - Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung , in einem familiären Viertel 7/11 nur 200 Meter entfernt dazu viele kleine Lokale zum Essen nicht weit kann man den Boot Service nutzen, von dem man überall hin kommen kann! Zimmer sehr sauber , plus einer Wäscherei im Hotel für die selbst Bedingung.
