- Natalia (8/5): - The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very modern however only offers breakfast so we had to have food delivered for lunch and dinner. Not much in the nearby area you will have to take a taxi to get to Krabi town and about 30 mins from the beach. Mostly I was disappointed by the cleanliness of our room. It was not terrible, however certainly not up to par with what I expected from a hotel. When we first checked in the surfaces in the bathroom were dirty and there were hairs in our towels. The pool left a slimy feeling on the skin indicating algae. When we asked for room service around 4pm they told us the cleaning service was done for the day. Overall we didnt mind or complain though I felt the cleanliness could have been better and the location wasnt great.. we have had much worse stays in Thailand and the staff was very kind which made it better.
- Michael C (10/5): Great place - From checkin to checkout. All was swift and with ease. Good location as it’s just far enough away from town but not too far away (a car is needed if you stay here). The pool is perfect for lounging around on the hot days of summer.

The room was big and nice in general but not really clean, glasses and cups were used, there was no soap in the bathroom and the showergel was moldy so it couldn’t be used. Sometimes due to the i guess it smelled really bad in the room. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, you have to tske a taxi to go anywhere.
- Hendrik (6/5): Isolated without food - The Chill is a long way from town and booking a Grab taxi was very challenging with one waiting times. There are no restaurants close by and the hotel restaurant is only open for 2 hours in the morning to serve breakfast. I cannot recommend this otherwise excellent hotel unless you have your own transport.

- Robert (10/5): Outstanding value for money - Outstanding value for money. 120 Bahts/£3 away from Krabi town by Grab taxi. Modern architectural build, well designed and serving a nice mix of families, couples, singles (me) and nationalities. Try and get a poolside room if you can (there are only 4) you cant beat sliding into a cool swimming pool right on your doorstep, just after your morning coffee. Staff are brilliant. Restaurant was closed, methinks they're losing a revenue stream there given the hotel always had a fully booked sign on reception. Food can be ordered and delivered faster than any room service in the more salubrious establishments, and for a quarter of the price, so fear not you will be fed. For less than the price of a Travelodge, Id give this 11/10 if I could.

- 594evettes (8/5): Nice Hotel but... - The hotel is newer and housekeeping does a good job of keeping the place clean. Staff was friendly. The balcony is a nice feature and it's a quiet place. I had two issues. One was the internet which was extremely slow. But, my main problem with hotel was transportation getting to and from the hotel. Grab worked beautifully everywhere I visited in Thailand except Krabi. I would wait an hour for a driver to pick up the fare. One night I had to ask a stranger to drive me back to the hotel because no Grab drivers accepted the fare and I was just 8 minutes from the hotel. I was in a dark and isolated area where I could not flag down a taxi or felt safe enough to walk. If you go to Krabi then get the details of your driver so you can reach out to him/her when you need it. Or, rent a car or scooter to get around.
- KarinDesaru (8/5): Pleasant stay at the Chill@Krabi - I was looking for a hotel conveniently located for the Krabi Trail run in Khao Phanom Bencha National Park, this hotel is about 15 kms from there. I found the rooms to be very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. For the price I paid, this was a very good deal. The hotel is very conveniently located for the airport and has plenty of parking space.

- Filip (8/5): Väldigt bra hotel, totalt fel placerat! - Bodde två nätter på the chill. Hotellet: Det var fräscht Och hade en trevlig pool. Lite för få solstolar, när vi var där så var det lite folk på hotellet men hade det varit fullbokat hade det blivit problem. Det sämsta med hotellet var läget. Det var öde runtomkring (Trotts detta lite oljud från väg och grannar) och det var långt till stan. Det gick en ”buss” från hotellet ner till Krabi town för 50 bath/person tur och retur. Problemet med ”bussen” var att den gick hem så tidigt 20:30. Så tog man en sen middag hann man inte med den hem och fick då ta egen taxi (200 bath) eller tuk tuk (100 bath) hem. Rummet: rummet var i bra storlek. Fräsch och bra toalett. Överlag mycket bra. summan av kardemumman är följande: Väldigt bra hotel, totalt fel placerat!

Un seul regret : l'insonorisation insuffisante car nous avions une famille comme voisins de chambre qui avait décidé de faire de la musique avec ses enfants jusqu'à 22h00. Cela a rendu notre sommeil impossible jusqu'à cette heure là alors que nous avions un vol tôt le lendemain matin.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The Chill is a really nice and modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay here especially the pool! We were on our honeymoon and they covered the bed with petals! The location is quite a long way from anything - 10 minute motorbike drive to Krabi town and 20 minutes from Ao Nang Beach. Breakfast was really terrible sorry! Would have been nice to just have some toast or cereal instead.

- lucyp907 (6/5): Good stay - We stayed here just for the 1 night before flying, we thought this hotel was a lot closer to the airport than it actually is - you still need to pay a 400bht taxi to get to the airport. The hotel was nice enough, we thought the room was nice until we went into the bathroom and it smelt so so bad of urine it was so overpowering. Luckily we knew we weren’t staying in the room for long. It is quite far out from anything so I probably wouldn’t stay here again but they do offer a shuttle into the town and it was ok for 1 night
- Semlan10 (8/5): Comfortable - We found this hotel really good value for money. It's conveniently located for the airport and also the Tiger cave temple, but not very close to the city centre. We only stayed for 1 night, to visit the temple and catch an early flight, so it suited us perfectly. The standard of the rooms was surprisingly high, with the most comfortable beds I've slept in anywhere in Thailand (probably all of Asia). It is very quiet, with lush surroundings. Unfortunately the rooms are not very soundproof. There is a nice little pool, but it's too heavily chlorinated. We had one meal at the hotel, a lunch which was mediocre. The hotel has a cheap shuttle into town a couple of times per day.
- AnaG8271 (2/5): Very Disappointed - We selected hotel base on Trip Advisor in the weekend but found many points no value for money. Hotel offered special 15% discount if paid directly and decided to pay for breakfast because hotel is far from everywhere. Check in was very fast and self service, lobby nice and clean but room was many dust with hair on floor and garbage from previous guests leave on. Luckily, Front desk was very helpful to bring Housekeepers to clean the specific area. Morning breakfast was total bad presentation and wrong communication that we did offer. American breakfast, really!!!! Hotel charged overpriced that we paid. I suggested to stay in the difference if compared in Krabi town.

It’s out of the way but not completely removed from the action, Krabi town is about 10 minutes and Ao Nang is about 15-20 by cab. Those costs do add up but it the property was quiet and the view of the jungle and cliffs was breathtaking, and that’s not something you can get from a city hotel. The breakfast was good but I can see it getting old if you’re staying for an extended period of time. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet little nook for their tropical getaway.

- mjmartin122395 (8/5): Very good - Nice and cozy resort. Nice location not in the loud area of krabi, it’s quite but not far from everything you want to see in krabi town. Can also drive to the night market approximately 10 minutes away from the resort. Choose pool access room they’re lovely.
- paultQ4278BL (8/5): Pleasant stay - Overall the hotel was clean and the room was a good size with modern fixtures and fittings. We had a room that overlooked the pool. The pool area was pleasant and clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not central, you will need to rent a scooter, the hotel does run a shuttle to the centre, at a fee and with no return later than 8:30pm. Bare this in mind! Hire a scooter from the hotel, it is roughly the same price as those in the town and is convenient. Disappointing that the hotel didn't have a bar, but that is personal preference.

It’s slightly further out of Krabi Town than expected but it was pure bliss, it was so quiet and so easy to relax and the pool was lovely to come back to after we did the hike up Dragon Crest Mountain and 1,260 steps up to Tiger Cave Temple (which the hotel organised taxis for both there and back)!

- kenco2021 (8/5): Good overall! Pool makes it worth while - Overall it was a great hotel and I’d definitely recommend it. It was clean, comfortable, VERY good value for money with a great pool. We stayed knowing it was far out from Krabi Town and so the daily evening shuttle was helpful although it would have also been helpful to have one in the morning - even if it was only 1 way. Wi-fi was great. There were a few small things that would have made it excellent. There were only 4 pool loungers, which for a hotel with room for 50+ guests isn’t enough. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful. -My boyfriend attempted to have breakfast one morning: he was told to sit in the restaurant and was then ignored by the staff until he asked for a menu, at which point he was offered a breakfast given to another family 15 minutes earlier and had been sitting there untouched since. He ended up leaving without eating and we went into town instead. - Twice we pre-ordered taxis for a specific time the next day, and both times they weren’t actually booked until we came down at the agreed time. The second time was to catch our flight from Krabi Airport and we ended up getting a lift from a staff member as they couldn’t find a cab. Download Grab and order the taxis yourself using the Wi-fi instead.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a relatively new hotel so is therefore modern and extremely clean. It’s not in the heart of the Krabi tourist area, but if you have a car or a bike it’s only a 5 minute ride to the waterfront area. What you lose in terms of being a bit further away is more than offset by the quality of the room and the peaceful surroundings (except for the door alarms, but more on that later). The room rates represent Exceptional value. I recall from memory that my room was only around $45AUD (via Expedia) and that was in peak season. The rooms are a good size, nice and bright and the a/c works well. The hot water unit in the shower is instantaneous so you won’t get a long hot shower, but it’s enough. The bed was easily the best I slept in for my whole three weeks of travel. Not hard as a rock, well padded and super comfortable without being too soft. The friendly reception team gave me a warm welcome every time I walked through reception and were always helpful. The only downside? Noisy hallways and door alarms that echoed down the hall when inconsiderate people deliberately left their doors open. Why not ask for a second key card? I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to people who want a clean modern hotel at very affordable rates.

Abendessen im Restaurant günstig und sehr lecker - nur zum Empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, fast ein "Design-Hotel". Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Hotel, das darauf ausgerichtet ist, dass der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Und einen Pool hat in der Preisklasse auch kaum ein Hotel. Neutral: Privater Transfer zum Flughafen zu jeder Uhrzeit in einem schönen Auto. (ca 20 Minuten / 350 THB) Nicht ganz so positiv: Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Innenstadt, in der Umgebung ist nicht so viel los. Das leckere Restaurant schließt recht früh (ca. 20:30 Uhr) und ist im Gegensatz zum restlichen Hotel nicht ganz so gemütlich (Kantine/Mensa). Aber das Essen war super.

- Eetu (8/5): Nice hotel - Hyvä ja siisti hotelli. Huone erittäin hyvä ja siisti. Erittäin mukava henkilökunta.Ainut miinus on se, että tämä sijaitsee keskellä ei mitään, mutta kävele 500 metriä ja vuokraa skootteri, niin sitten kaikki on kunnossa. On todellakin hintansa väärti.

- Gabriele (10/5): Super Hotel für Motorisierte - Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, die Mädels am Empfang sind super, haben immer den Überblick und organisierten Ausflüge und den sehr preiswerten Wäscheservice, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem, z.T. toller Ausblick nach Südwesten auf Plantagen und Berge, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, guter Ausgangsort zur Erkundung von Krabi und Umgebung, Restauranttip in der Nähe „Ruen Mai“, wir würden „The Chill“ wieder auswählen, jedoch etwas ausserhalb, wir waren motorisiert, Taxi vom Fährhafen ca. 250 Baht.

- SukiC216 (10/5): Great Hotel - Very clean hotel. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Stay there for 3 nights, very enjoy and relax, have a swimming pool, nice view from the room. The hotel serves food, very delicious. A bit far from Krabi town / Ao Nang, but You can rent a bike (250baht) or car (1100 baht) from the hotel.

- Hebert (10/5): New and clean Hotel with very good staff - Very good hotel in general , excellent stay, very friendly staff, limited English but they would do everything to help you, the room was new and clean, the pool was a plus
- VICTORIA (10/5): - Brand new place everything was very clean and comfy. Its not walking distance to everything but i actually liked that it was a bit secluded. And krabi walking town is only 5 min car ride, and the airport was only 15 min car ride. Only thing is because it is a new and small hotel. The staff doesnr have mich knowldege of the tours, if you want to find a tour with tour pamphlets this isht the place.

- Kelly (10/5): Quiet and clean - Nice hotel, not much withing walking distance but staff are happy to help you get where you need to. Staff on reception where lovely. Good food in the restaurant. Would be nice to half some shelves for putting chlothes away though. Only one rail with a few hangers

- 814drakew (8/5): Great hitel - Very clean and chic hotel. The service was great, though their English was limited. Everything was well maintained. The food (both breakfast and restaurant) was pretty bad tasting. It’s a little ways from town but close to hikes and sites in the jungle. You can take a Grab into town (290 baht each way) or rent a scooter for a day (250 baht). Would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): nice hotel in quiet part of Krabi town - great stay BUT I would recommend anti slip mats in entrance way as we slipped over quite a few times. would hate for someone to get injured this way. Also the breakfast was a little bit lacking in selection. overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you.
