• Elizabeth (1/5): The worst place to stay ever! E mailed company that refused to acknowledge my complaints. Would not stay there for free! - Good location. Awful smell in building. Sheets had dried blood in them. Was not able to open the window because of huge pile of pigeon poop that smell awful. Not cleaned properly prior to moving in. The worst experience ever!

Pierwszego dnia dostałem od pracownika kod do skrzynki z kluczem do pokoju nr 4, po 3 neclegach (z czterech) poinformowano mnie telefonicznie że moje rzeczy zostały spakowane i przeniesione do biura firmy. Podobno jest jakiś błąd i powinienem mieszkać w pokoju nr 5. Sytuacja niezrozumiała dla mnie, dlaczego z powodu pomyłki pracownika moje rzeczy spakowała bez mojej zgody i wiedzy obca osoba i przeniosła do biura. Otrzymałem w biurze kod do pokoju nr 5 i moje rzeczy, NIE otrzymałem zawartości lodówki, w związku z czym oprócz niedogodności poniosłem stratę.
• Kristina (8/5): - Lokacija je izjemna. Izjemno prijazno in odzivno osebje recepcije. Enostaven vstop v apartma z kodo. Izjemno malo dnevne svetlobe, saj je le eno malo okno, ki pa je zasenčeno in se odpira na hodnik notranjega dvorišča. Stanovanje je težko prezračiti.
• Mathilde (6/5): Auf gar keinen Fall länger als eine Nacht - Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich gut. Der Eingang liegt direkt am belebten Platz. Vom Lärm draußen hört man nachts nichts. Die Küche funktionierte, allerdings gab es keine Pfanne. Spülmittel und ein frischer Schwamm waren bereit. Die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos über WhatsApp und die Abgabe war ebenfalls sehr entspannt. Der Spar Supermarkt war sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement 4 hat faktisch keine Fenster. Die Wohnung roch wie ein Aquarium und es trocknete nix. Der Duschvorleger bekam viel Wasser ab, da der Vorhäng wenig schützte. Diesen zu trocknen war unmöglich. Man sollte sich wirklich gut überlegen, ob man mehr als eine Nacht ohne Fenster verbringen möchte. Das vorhandene Mini Fenster führte auf einen überglasten Flur, frische Luft war unmöglich. Des Weiteren war die Tür zum Flur so dünn, dass man den Eindruck hatte Andere stünden im Schlafzimmer und nicht hinter der Wohnungstür. Die Herdplatten waren so nah aneinander dass man ständig Gefahr lief dass Wasser in das Bratöl überschwappte. In der Wohnung gab es lediglich Schiebetüren. Für eine Nacht kein Problem, für eine Woche nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 2km, da Rijeka nicht viel zu bieten hat, sollte man sich überlegen, ob man lieber bei den Fast Food Ketten oder am Strand wohnen will.

Staff also very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the shower the was someone who can by straight away to fix it. There was no window into the outside meaning there was never natural lighting in the room.

• Linda (7/5): Apartment lovely , location great , close to restaurants . - Room was modern , nicely decorated and well equipped . The building itself a little hard to find and the stairs and corridors were a little run down but the room itself was very modern and clean. .

• Jovana (2/5): Very small place, no windows or ventination and no parking - The location is on the main street which is a very central location and great to see the urban part of the city The place is a lot smaller than it looks on the photos and there are no windows for ventilation! The window that you see on the photos is pretty much a fake window in a hallway that's looking at a wall. There is no ventilation in the whole place since there is a double hallway and no windows and the whole place smells very bad and very intensely. The smell was really awful and it grossed us out. Also, I would recommend taking a closer look to what's included when booking stays not trust the filters. I was tricked into thinking that there is parking since I filtered to see only places with parking, but if you take a closer look and read the text below it you will see that they say that street parking is available (it was not of course due to it's central location on the square) and paid parking is available with a couple of minutes of walking. So we ended up paying parking for the whole stay.

• Alessandra (1/5): Horrible stay - The only good thing is the central location. Claustrophobic apartment that felt like a prison cell. There are no courtside views as advertised, and it's certainly not soundproof. We didn't sleep because the apartment next door kept kicking something against our wall, and then proceeded to stand outside our door, shouting threats at us. To top it off, everything was dirty. There's mould growing on the wall by the toilet, which floods when you try and have a shower. We asked for a refund but the host refused and stopped answering our messages.
• Angela (7/5): Enjoyable - Location was brilliant. Both apartments were well fitted out. The smell of pigeon faeces from Apartment 8, when the only window was open. Window in Apartment 5 was onto a corridor/landing that got flooded on 2nd floor. It took 2 days to be cleaned despite telling agents 3 times and the smell was appalling even before the flooding of the corridor The stairs could be a problem for people with mobility issues . We were on the second floor.

• Sanna (7/5): Good - I had to switch apartments due to some problem with the first one. The staff took me seriously from the start and were very accommodating. I was quickly allowed to switch to a larger apartment without any extra charge. It was very clean and well furnished. Very nice staff as well. Well it was kind of annoying that I had to switch but the staff made it as easy as possible so it was not that much of an issue in the end.
• Karmen (6/5): Okay for a 2-night stay - Location is perfect, apartment is in the center of Rijeka. It has all the amenities that are needed. Cheap room price. Nice staff. The apartment was not very clean, you can see dust everywhere. The most dissapointing thing was view from the window. There are many pigeons, therefore many pigeon droppings infront of the window which is not being cleaned at all. Poor air circulation because of it.

Perfect for a 1-2 day stay Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable , had a feeling that the air conditioner didn't work properly. The shower has barely any splash protection. Don't be surprised if you create a huge puddle in the bathroom. Also the sound isolation is very poor, the sounds from surrounding neighbours were very noticeable.

In the shower stall there was no self or caddy provided. We had to place our soap and shampoo on the floor. Did not like this at all. Also on main floor and first floor, after asking we were told that there were light switches - it was very dark and we could not see. Maybe they can place some bright (neo)sign that points to the lights.

• Demel (9/5): Good downtown location. - Excellent location in downtown. Functional kitchen. Nice shower. The keyless entry is convenient. Rug by bed was grungy looking. Calling the view a courtyard view is deceptive. The space is very small between end of bed and wall -- feels cramped.

• Verified traveler (6/5): top location, fair condition, won't fit families - top location right next to McDonald's/Burger King, however the condition of the property is fair. here and there you can see many signs that this apartment is being heavily used while not getting proper maintenance - spots on the walls, cracks on furniture, malfunctioning door handles, poor paint works, entrance condition etc. this apartment must be totally fine for a short stay for a single person (or with a boyfriend/girlfriend) but one would feel uncomfortable staying longer with a family

They sent me to WhatsApp detailed instruction with codes and pictures and the access was easy. The appartment is small, but very good equipped kitchen. It was clean. There is no window to the open air. It is open to the corridor.

No windows, not much space, very tight, 150 for the night…value for money very bad (I stayed in like 4 star hotels with all inclusive for less money)
• Claudia Di (6/5): - Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und etwas gruselig mit Kindern ein Türcode welchen man vorher geschickt bekommt dann von außen und Treppenhaus ziemlich gruselig noch ein schloß innen welches man mit einem weiteren Code öffnen muss um an seinen schlüssel zu gelangen. Dann noch eine weitere gesicherte Tür.kamen uns ein wenig vor wie bei einem exit game.appartment innen sehr gepflegt aber sehr laut und alles voller duft sogar aus der klima

• Daria (8/5): - The street view from the appointment was amazing we really enjoyed it. The AC in the room didn’t work so it was to hot to sleep. We tried to open the windows at night to cool down the room but the street noise was very loud. Also, the bathroom plumbing wasn’t done well, I guess, so the bathroom smelled terrible. We kept spraying the air refreshment all the time.
• Thomas (2/5): Good location, poor stay overall. - Very good location in Rijeka, however was meant to be 3 bed and was only 2. The pull out airbed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work either, which meant little sleep.
• Barbara (8/5): Allo stesso prezzo trovate di meglio - La posizione è ottima in pieno centro, peccato che all' ingresso c'era odore di topo morto, le chiavi non funzionano benissimo e la luce delle scale è scomoda, l'appartamento è piccolo ma pulito la doccia rialzata fatta malissimo allaga la camera solo con la tenda a protezione e' bocciata in più abbiamo dovuto sistemare la doccetta che sparava acqua ovunque .
• Verified traveler (6/5): n buchetto al centro - Un appartamento molto piccolo, una camera angusta e senza finestra. Riscaldamento poco efficiente e odore di fogna. Ottima la localizzazione sul corso e ottima l’accoglienza al poco distante centro integrato. Insomma: un buchetto al centro.
• Alexa (8/5): - dieses Appartement war extrem klein, hatte kein Fenster - zum Kochen also ungeeignet. Wir sind dann in ein anderes Appartement umgezogen, das ging reibungslos und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. uns wurde sogar das Taxi in das neue Appartement bezahlt. Wirklich sehr entgegenkommen, da wir viel Gepäck hatten. Das andere Appartement war viel besser, aber nur mit Heizstrahler beheizbar. Wenn gekocht und geheizt wurde, dann war es zuviel. Sromzufuhr war nicht geeignet.
