- Christopher (6/5): - The room was fine. But the hotel is just a few rooms on the second floor of an apartment complex. There is no clear sign on the hotel. It was hard to find even with Google maps. It's also located right across from a gas station and busy road. The elevator to the second floor is functional but very unattractive and jumpy. The courtyard in which the property is located is dumpy. Also, checking in required elaborate instructions with multiple codes and keys as no one was on staff to greet us. Without data on the phone receiving instructions, we would have been lost.

- Christopher (8/5): - Ett mycket trevligt boende som hade allt som vi behövde. Nära till allt men ändå inte mitt i det mest intensiva samtidigt lätt att ta sig snabbt till olika aktiviteter. Helt perfekt om en är ute och far på dagarna. Minuset var att AC inte fungerade vilket vi kunde sagt till om men vi gick tidigt på morgonen och kom hem sent på kvällen vilket gjorde att det aldrig blev av. Förutom det ett mycket bra boende.

- SILVIA (8/5): Buon compromesso - Buona struttura in una bella posizione, vicinissima alla passeggiata al mare. Struttura esternamente non “interessante” ma internamente di recente ristrutturazione. Camera ampia e seppure su lato strada ben insonorizzata. Ecco forse darei una rinfrescata al bagno, si vede che è’ relativamente nuovo ma alcuni dettagli denotano un po’ di trascuratezza (scarico piatto doccia un po’ rallentato, calcare Sul bordo del box doccia, piano del lavabo da sistemare). Sufficientemente la colazione La differenza la fa sicuramente Claudia presente, cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Sicuramente lo consiglierò e se dovessi tornare a Napoli tornerò qui sicuramente.

- Nicole (4/5): No one is home - We arrived at Savoy Rivera with no communication on how to get into the building. We arrived during hours that online said they were in the office. No one was there. We had to use the call system to call someone else in the building. Then we couldn’t leave again in fear we wouldn’t be able to get in again.
- Luca (8/5): - Struttura collocata in uno stabile storico ma purtroppo non tenuto benissimo. In ogni caso il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Cordialità e pulizia sono fiori all'occhiello. Arredi tenuti benissimo. La sala della colazione è un po' piccola, ma molto carina. Presterei maggiore attenzione proprio per la colazione, giusto qualche piccola accortezza nella varietà dei prodotti offerti. E' comunque una struttura che mi sento di consigliare per chi soggiorna a Napoli.

Alla fine entriamo nel b&b la ragazza che ci accoglie ci da la ricevuta del pagamento Con una somma sulle 60 euro mentre noi abbiamo pagato più di 90 euro su Expedia, chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto che c’e Stato un errore e che 60 euro erano troppo pochi per una camera per tre e che anzi noi dobbiamo dare 7,50 euro per le tasse della regione! Resterà un dilemma quanto dovevamo realmente pagare! Pulizia buona! Colazione ni!

Svårt att hitta hotellet som är gömd och området kring ok att promenera runt. Fin utsikt mot Neapel från hamnpromenaden. Nära till färjor, ta en tur till Ischia, magisk ö.

- Manny (10/5): - Looks are deceiving, however, once inside the B&B, it’s all new and extremely clean. The beautiful young lady that showed me my room told me the the building was built in 1800 and that the Savoy was made back in February. So it’s basically all new. I’d definitely stay there again.
- Murray (10/5): Hidden Gem - This is really a bit of a find. When we checked in, there was some construction going on out front, a new trolley station, and we wondered about the neighborhood. As it turned out, not to worry. The place has double shutter doors so it was absolutely quiet and dark in the room. There are only four rooms, so you get real personal attention. The building is residential, too, and there is a lot of security. Beyond that, the location is a surprise. A couple of short blocks to the Bay of Naples. Or walk the other way to an upscale neighborhood with a pizza chef rated One of Best In Italy by NY Times. Across the street is a fresh market. In front of the hotel is a taxi stand. Breakfast is included, pensione style and the manager is a lovely lady happy to make coffee to order. What's not to like?
