- sonya (10/5): Amazing Apartment with Great Location! - The Check-in delivery of Keys was easy, the Apartment is centrally located near a lot of restaurants, shops and Florence Cathedral. Enjoyed out our 4 night stay The Building does not have an elevator but I knew that when it was reserved.
- Chantelle Simioni (6/5): - Location was excellent, right in the centre of Florence and walking distance to all the major areas. There was also a nice view of a busy street out the windows. The apartment was very spacious, and had a kitchenette including a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer. There was a coffee machine but no coffee or instructions how to use it. There was a split system air conditioner/heater in the bedroom and living area, and the living area had a little loft with 2 single beds upstairs which was really cute. There were a few issues with the apartment. Firstly, there were no doona covers on any of the beds. There were 5 of us staying, and the apartment had 4 beds for up to 6 guests, but there were only 2 blankets in the cupboards which were actually quite dusty and set off my sister's asthma. Only 2 people had blankets and the rest of us were feeling very cold with just a sheet, even with the heater on. There was also a lot of noise travelling through the windows from the street, which can't really be helped, but as it was on a busy street with lots of street performers etc. it was sometimes very hard to get to sleep. Finally the smoke alarm was beeping every 45 seconds when we got there, it sounded like the batteries needed to be replaced. I messaged the hosts on What's App, and they said they were contacting the people who installed it, but after that I never heard back from them, and we had to take the batteries out of the alarm to stop the incessant beeping which was very annoying.

Zimmer ist nur ein Balkon, der mit Vorhängen abgetrennt werden kann. Die Betten kann man nicht zusammen stellen. In der Nacht auf den Sonntag war es etwas laut, aber erträglich, und kann in dieser zentraler Lage akzeptiert werden.
- Sarah (10/5): Beautiful quirky apartment, close to all attractions, - The location was fantastic. Central to everything that we wanted to see. Also Florence’s number 1 gelato shop is next door. There was not anything that we did not like.
- Crossie (9/5): Bang in the middle of bustling Florence. - Right in the middle of bustling Florence. Walking distance to everything you’ve come to see. An abundance of restaurants and bars. Opera and music in the streets at night. We loved it.
- Nicholas (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!!! - DO NOT STAY HERE! You will get about 30mins per night of quiet. About 4am - 430am. Even midweek, it is beyond loud. You need ear plugs. The party goers keep you up until 4am then the street vendors setting up from 430am. Pick somewhere else!

- Michael George (10/5): - Fantastic location within the heart of Florence. The apartment is charming and full of Italian culture, absolutely loved it. Lots of great restaurants near by, the Gelato shop at the bottom is great and turning right from the apartment is a handy shop just 2 minutes away. The coffee shop across the road was amazing as was the restaurant. The apartment is above the shops, so it does have a few flights of stairs to get to it, and with its great location in the center of Florence don't expect it to be quite outside. The outer door at ground level, the key can be a bit of a fiddle, just put it in and pull it back out a couple of millimeters and it works fine. Overall a nice apartment, that has everything you might need, even umbrellas for those odd rainy days and its in a wonderful location. We would stay here again.

- Dee (8/5): Elegant, well appointed apartment in a convenient but noisy location. - Beautiful ceilings and shutters. Efficient kitchen and nice bathrooms. Beautiful light and central location. Our beds were comfortable. It was extremely noisy at night. Minor issue: the kitchen could’ve used another dish towel or two.

- Arpit (9/5): Beautiful stay in the heart of Florence - Location. The gelato shop next to the apartment entrance was amazing. Stairs - It was particularly challenging to climb up the stairs with heavy suitcases and stroller. Tight spaces, especially for tall people. Due to the older design and architecture of the house there were several hazards around the house that we had to be mindful about: - Pinch hazard: My thumb was pinched twice at the entrance door right after the stairs on the second floor. - Stubbed toe .. - Stabbing or punchure hazard: There were long nails near the windows to hold the curtains.
- Rita (10/5): lovely clean apartment. it’s very stylish and lovely to come back to after a long day sightseeing. it can be very noisy - the location and style of the property. it was a comfortable apartment and just a beautiful space to be in . the apartment is not insulated from outside noise . it’s a very noisy location but that’s what you get when you are in the centre of Florence. main bed could be more comfortable.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend aber auch Nachts sehr laut. Die Ausstattung im Wohnbereich ist "abgewohnt". Schöne alte Stühle, aber durchgesessen und mit Metallwinkeln repariert. Die Communication .....ich habe die Mail mit der Handynr. der Vermietung nicht erhalten. An der Tür gibt es keinen Hinweis und nur durch viel Glück haben wir noch jemanden erreicht. Aber auch dort hat es noch 10 Minuten gedauert bis unsere Reservierung gefunden wurde. Zunächst wurde behauptet es liegt keine vor.....
- Harold (6/5): - Florence location perfect. Centre of everything. BUT on Level three. No lift. 60 steps to apartment. Very noisy part of town ... Morning: septic tank pump out in street starts 6 am one day of the week, building work nearby other days, very popular ice cream shop underneath building with noisy tourist traffic all day, bar five doors away and drunken patrons emerge up to 1 am. Apart from this it is wonderful.
