- Ntjie (2/5): BAD SERVICE AT LALANI HOTEL & CONFERENCE HALL - It was horrible just to say the least. I arrived late at night and nothing was appealing to the eye. In the morning I went for breakfast and I regret the thought of eating from their dining hall. Left for meetings and came back to a room that was not cleaned or made. Went to complain on day 3 and they just sent their cleaners to clean and prepare bed. No Wifi as advertised. No clear TV channels.

Where do I start. - They did not have rooms for us, even though the booking was confirmed days in advance. - We then had to go sleep in a "Guesthouse" away from the actual hotel which was not good at all, my colleague had a complaint about his bed that was filled with ants and could not sleep well. - The restaurant was not prepared for guests that actually wanted to eat, waited nearly 3 hours for a meal, which we had to change our order for as they realized that they did not have the menu items we originally ordered. - The breakfast the following morning was not great either

There was a glitch with the WiFi access for the first 2 days but once this was sorted out, everything was honky dorry
