The private outdoor bath facing the cliff is a real highlight, and the timing was perfect as two plum trees: a white one and a one in pink, were in full bloom right in the courtyard. The hotel is surrounded by plum orchards of various species, all of which were blooming during our visit. Both the shower and the indoor bath in the room are of the highest standard. The traditional dinner was one of the best we’ve had, and the plum wine that accompanied it was superb. The breakfast was equally excellent.

Onsen: The hotel features an outstanding onsen situated in a serene environment. Room: The room was impeccably clean and newly furnished. The decor is simple yet contemporary, equipped with all necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and designed for comfort, making the stay very enjoyable. Hospitality: The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly. They provided detailed explanations about the onsen facilities and other services available, along with excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. Their warm welcome made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at this hotel was unforgettable, thanks to its excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the soothing onsen experience. I highly recommend visiting this place for a delightful stay! We were disappointed with the service at the restaurant. We politely requested our snacks be warmed, a simple request, but were unfortunately refused. This detracted from our overall experience.

Dinner and breakfast are sophisticated and delicious. The food was nice and fresh. There was a private room for both meals. Breakfast with a mountain view was spectacular. Communication was a little obstacle but we can solve the problem by using technology, such as Google Translate.

- NG CHEE (8/5): - quite remote area and my rental car GPS fail to find the place via japan mapcode. Room was very clean , immaculate and beautiful despite over 5 years old. The view of the valley from our level two rooms are breathtaking.The main hiccup is that the hotel onsen was not available during our stay. However the smart tv , room balcony onsen n jaccuzi bath make up for their absent. We are not use to the Kaiseki dinner and japanese breakfast despite their varieties and beautiful dishes.

- Rosette (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed the good view from our private onsen in room and good ceramic sauna. - Breakfast is good and we enjoy. We love the ceramic sauna. Very special and relax. Feeling very good and less body sore after spending 30 minutes in it. The free drinks in the fridge is also a bonus.

Cost 10mins get the bugs and 30min wait to change the room under my request at 22:00 o’clock ruin the night,and found another cockroach in the new room.disgusting!!
