• ALI (2/5): STOP DONT GO - I’m a frequent traveler to istanbul This hotel by far was the worst I’ve ever stayed. Dirty, everything broken, damp, no buggy or disabled access. Toilet broken, AC broken, curtains not been washed ever. The only positive it’s location.

Otel sahibleri efendi insanlar, dürüst ve yardımcılar. Kahvaltıyı pek begenmedik. Sunuldugu kahvaltı ve alındıgı ücret pahalı geldi. Gar karşısında oldugu için seçtik. Yürüme mesafesi 5 dk. Ukaşım rahat. Marmaraya bin avrupa yakasına geç.

• Sabooh (8/5): Good stay at an ordinary place! - It was a simple bed and breakfast. The entrance was terrible with lots of stairs to go to the reception. But the attitude of the B&B owners was wonderful that made the stay more welcoming.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - During the reservation the hotel only is showing pictures of the room which was modernly designed but with poor quality in reality. The hotel entrance is terrible. First, the door of the hotel was too small people would barely notice it. Second, the reception was up the stairs from the entrance door with no Left can be used. Then there is a left on the reception floor that goes up to the other floors. Third, the hallway between each room is so scary and dark because it had a sensor lamps. I was like in a horror movie where the hallways are small and it opened to the outside, because the "hotel" has two buildings that each floor is connected to it through a metal step way. Lastly, the air conditioner was not working and the staff knew that it wasn't working because he told us we should open the window and sleep with sheets rather than a blanket. Also, the room sheets was not clean. The towels was not clean. Both beds sheet and towels were torn. The electric water heater is not clean and can transmit diseases from the amount of dirt inside it. We have seen a lots of bugs and insects. I wrote a long reviw because this facility should not be called suits nor a hotel, other wise it will fool people like me.

• Kahraman (2/5): Don’t waste your money - I made reservation at this hotel based on photos of the rooms posted by the hotel. Unfortunately though, the rooms were very dark, smelly and dirty. The staff was unwilling to help us move into another room when we notified them that the window of the room they gave us was broken. As a local traveler I have learned not to underestimate or overestimate the hotels I stay in. And so have stayed in at a lot of hotels. This one was my worst experience in terms of what I expected and what I actually found. I don’t recommend it. Unless you don’t mind cigarette smoking, dark, dirty rooms and unfriendly staff.

Daha sonra bir rezervasyonunu iptal edip bizi aldı ancak resepsiyondaki görevli gençlere yardımcı olalım biz de genç olduk gibi muhabbetlere girmeye başladı. Ne demeye çalışıyorsunuz hayırdır diyince işte yaşlandık falan diye kıvırmaya çalıştı. Çalışan kalitesi beş para etmez. Otel eski. Resimlerdeki gibi bir yer beklemeyin. Gereksiz samimi olma çabalarına diyecek tek laf yok. Arkadaşımın yanında saçma muhabbetlere girmeye çalıştı. Ne diyorsun sen diyince hemen kıvırmaya başladılar. Beş para etmez bir yer. Verilen paranın 10 lirası bile değmez.
• hisanossi (8/5): - Expediaで予約した時、そこそこ大きなホテルをイメージしていたので、タクシーがナビを頼りにホテル前に付いたときには、私もドライバーも、住所を間違えたかと思いました。しかし、ホテルはそこの雑居ビルの２階にロビーを持つこじんまりとしたホテルでした。 入口のドアが施錠されていたけど、深夜でもチェックインできたし、室内は写真通り広くキレイだったし、スタッフは親切＆フレンドリーだったので、結果的には全く文句ないです。ただし、客が迷わないように外観の写真も出しておいた方が良いと思います（予約数が減るかも知れないが！）。
• kazim volkan (2/5): Fotoğraflarda olduğu gibi değil. - Manzaralı olduğu belirtilen odanın manzarası yoktu, fotoğrafta gördüğümüz delux oda bizim kaldığımız oda değildi. ayrıca odamıza geçebilmemiz için yangın merdivenlerinden başka bir binaya geçiş yapmak zorunda kaldık ve odamızı bulmakta zorlandık.

• Emi (8/5): It was fine but dirty - Overall the hotel is nice. Staff is helpful and friendly, people I've spoke to knew English pretty well there was also a bellboy who knew Russian. Hotel has a tiny elevator. Tea and coffee available for free 24/7 at the reception desk. The location is acceptable if you are willing to use a public bus or a taxi, taxi to the main places of Kadikoy are pretty cheap. We booked a suit suitable for 4 people. It had a big couch bed and a king size bed. The room was big and spacious. However, the cleanliness was to the poorest. They really need to hire new cleaning personnel, because the room was dirty for a hotel standard. Especially the bathroom, I was using the shower with slippers on, because I couldn't really trust that the inside was washed properly. We stayed for 2 nights and did not make a complaint about the cleanliness, I'm not sure if they would do a deep clean even if we complained. I have not seen any of the maids or genitors in the hotel throughout our stay. Besides that, air conditioning was working good. All the electronics were working. The sleeping places were comfortable. Tip: take your own hairdryer, the one in the room is hardly blowing... In conclusion, it was an ok experience. I would rate it 6/10. I would not stay at this hotel next time, but for its price it was acceptable.
