To wake up and sit in a chair looking at the Duomo is amazing. Despite the location, the windows are excellent and blocked almost all the noise. The bed linens were high quality. The owner was gracious and the assistance with the luggage up one flight made it easy. Daily snacks, breakfast in room and beverages available in fridge. Fun to sample the sweet pastry of the day. Larger room over looked piazza with windows that fully opened. Individual heat/air kept a chilly March outside. It was very sound proof and only a few times did I hear muted noise. Bed was very comfortable, and place was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again. The stairs as I have bad knees.

Could be the best view in Florence. Church bells ringing right outside our French doors—moving! The brothers are so very helpful. Eduardo met us in the street where the taxi dropped us off (can’t get in front of the hotel as it’s in the historic district) and carried our bags up the several flights to reach the reception area (steps are many so if that’s a problem, be aware no elevator). Frederico carried them down when we left. Eduardo gave us great tips on where to find the best gelato and lunch on the other side of the Arno. Nothing

• Qinru (10/5): Lovely travel - Excellent property, nice and big room with balcony, fabulous view facing the Basilica. There is no occupied elevator to the property but it’s on the second floor, easy for walking. Owner will confirm arrival time in advance and wait downstairs for luggage help. I am so thankful to both brothers since my luggages with my family are reaaaally heavy. Besides, room is exactly same as the picture showed and the bathroom is clean, commodious and modern facilities provided. I have such wonderful days spent here and highly recommend to all people.

The room was so spacious, with charming detail and the location was like one you’d see in a movie. The balcony steps out to overlook the cathedral, dome, street entertainment or just to enjoy people watching. The room is located near endless options of restaurants, cafes, Ponte Vecchio and a charming record store in the plaza with delicious cocktails and an amazing view. Edoardo made our stay so memorable and tended to us as if we were family. Thank you! The care, pride and details shown running this establishment made our stay even more enjoyable. From the delicious snacks and pastries set on the day table each day under decorative glass domes, meals prepared in to-go bags when he found out our excursions were scheduled early morning, or trays of breakfast options when we were in the room for morning meals. Upon our arrival to Florence, my luggage was lost by the airline, however, Edoardo helped call the airline every day multiple times to find out about my luggage and kept me informed while we were on our scheduled excursions. Above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. If ever in Florence again I would jump at the opportunity to stay here again. N/A
• Laurie (10/5): - It’s all about the location!!! What a PERFECT place to stay in the middle of the magical city of Florence. Edoardo was a strong communicator and assisted with directions as I arrived alone into the city. He graciously carried my bag up to the apartment and even provided me with a welcome drink and snacks. As my traveling companions arrived, Edoardo also met them downstairs and escorted them up, carrying the heavy bags again. He did the same as we sadly left the city. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was timely and hot. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others. Grazie!

We had a great view of the Duomo and entertainment going on in the piazza. The room was large and had Italian furnishings, the bathroom was good-sized, and the entry area had a table with chairs, a small fridge with free soft drinks and bottled water. A good breakfast was delivered to our room each morning with items we had selected. Edoardo took very good care of us! I definitely recommend this place to stay in Florence and would stay here again! • Anqi (10/5): Amazing B&B with prime location and super welcoming staff - Super convenient location (next to Duomo). Spacious, clean room. The staff is very helpful: welcomed us on the first day, left us chilled water in the fridge every day, and saved us some breakfast on the last day when we had to leave early in the morning. Breakfast is great and is sent to room everyday. Air conditioning is awesome and saved our lives from the 38C weather. It can be a little noisy in the morning sometimes from outside of the window. Not every room has Duomo view so just be aware of that.

• Chatrvisah (10/5): Marvellous experience! - Everything was excellent! I’m being honest and B&B Cerretani Palace was listed in the best stay I’ve ever had in my life. All were perfect. Edoardo and his brother were very kind and super helpful. Room was exactly Iike in pictures shown. Located just right next to Il Duomo and in walkable reaches to many important places i.e. Il Palazzo Vecchio, Gil Uffizi, Bogello museum, Il Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Repubblica, Accademia. Breakfast was great, too and had variety. You can choose what you’d Ike to eat for each morning. The bed was comfortable and large. B&B Cerratani Palace. Add my stay at Florence pleasant nd memorable.! Nothing. Everything was great and beyond expectation. Truly recommeded!

• Mathew (10/5): A hidden treasure in the heart of Florence - Everything about our stay at B&B Cerretani Palace was perfect! The location is phenomenal, we were lucky enough to have room 2, which had the best view of the duomo without doubt! Rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and perfect reflection of the city. Edoardo was the perfect host, helping where needed to organise a taxi and also offering advice of the city and restaurant recommendations. You can contact them via WhatsApp which made life so much simpler too. Breakfast was wonderful and on days we were out early we were offered a takeaway breakfast bag. There was a water fountain in the reception so we could refill our water bottles before heading out. The room had air con which helped with the July heat and despite being right above the square it was surprisingly quiet for a great nights sleep. Would recommend without a doubt. A true gem! N/A

It was brutally hot while we were there, and it was nice to go back to our room to cool off periodically. The owner, or man we interacted with, was THE BEST! Very helpful and kind with all our questions. When we left early for a train on our last day, he offered to pack us a lunch. It’s nice to have breakfast delivered to the room every morning. We didn’t dislike this, but the rooms are small, so just be prepared.

• Joseph (10/5): Great location and kind managers. - The location is hard to beat. It was only a 10-15 minute walk from the main train station (S.M. Novella) to the B&B, and less than 50 yards from the beginning of the Florence Duomo plaza or square. The view from our balcony of the Duomo was just outstanding . The two brothers that manage the property were very kind and helpful. Twice they arranged cabs to meet us within 50 feet of the entrance. You do need to be prepared to walk up stairs to what I would say is equivalent to the 2nd or 3rd floor in the USA. When we arrived by train though, they arranged to meet is on the grand floor to assist with luggage (we traveled light though). The property only is 5 suites in a much larger, very old palace building, but this space is renovated and very nice. It felt safe because you are given a code to a strong gate at the building entrance and into the reception room on the level of the rooms. The stairs are well lit with hand railings. We easily walked to the river, Uffizi and Accademia, and other attractions. Scored of great restaurants and shopping are all around. Nothing. If I was super particular, an elevator would have been good, but the stairs were not hard on us.

If you have car, they have an agreement with a garage parking lot and they help you with the bags. Try to maintain in the city to The room needs some details like a full body mirror. It doesn’t have elevator
• Rima (10/5): - Delightful place to stay in Florence. Edouardo is so accommodating and attentive. Fantastic bed, shower and decor. It was a nice retreat from the crowds at all museums. A sanctuary within the hub. 10 minute walk from the train station. I would stay there again.

• Denise (10/5): Absolutely perfect in every way - The location was amazing. The staff was incredibily sweet and helpful. They always brought breakfast with a smile and it was perfect every morning. Our plane was late and our host stayed outside waiting for us for a bit so they could welcome us. It was so appreciated and little details like this was exceptional. One of your favorite places to stay in Italy. Everything was perfect.
• Quiambao (9/5): It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Worth the money. - Eduardo took great care of us. The room had high ceiling, very clean, well equipped. Wish the twin beds were bigger…there is room for 2 doubles. Elevator wasn’t working.
• Arthur (9/5): Everything as prmised. We're glad that we chose this hotel. - Best location in town. Clean everywhere. Very helpful staff. It's expensive; you're paying for the location. We thought it was worthwhile----not just because it's close (very close) to Il Duomo, but because it's centrally located to everything No complaints.
• Rachelle (10/5): Magnificent. Enlightening. Inspiring. Molto bello! - The property and host Edoardo were spectacular. He anticipated our every need and delivered authentic, beautiful service. The view out our window in the historic city center was transporting including the Duomo itself … we loved it! The room was beautiful with the feeling of being in a palace yet with a fully outfitted, lovely modern bathroom. And the room service breakfast was exceptional. Stay here, you’ll love it. Highest recommendations! 🇮🇹🇮🇹 You have to be careful entering the front gate but if you’re mobile, it’s fine.
