- Gary (2/5): Dirty Dirty - Nothing like it's photos rooms are dirty ,broken glass lampshades bedding dirty and mouldy,bathroom cockroaches ,rats rounding on lower balconiesstaff rude and unhelpful didn't even stay he first nite WE have been to Goa a few times an never seen a place this bad

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Most affordable and nearest to beach. Comfortable enough. But they don't provide personal tv or fridge or even phone and other facilities.
- Shrinal (8/5): Cool - As a location,in Candolim area its a very, calm and cool place. I didn't listen vehicular noise... The room decorrum was also maintained when I was alloted, very comfortable in every way... Regular room services by maids ensures like cleaning room, washing toilet, laundry etc...on daily basis. Food is also awesome either in dinner or in lunch...breakfast is also tastier and healthy... Swimming Pool is ok ok... Reception persons Navdeep and Yogesh very much co-operative...They are always ready to help their customers...make them happy. The vehicles 4-or 2-wheelers are available on rent with genuine rates I must recommend Ave Maria to solo or Family or friends. Very economical rates as a room rent or for food I didn't book the room had TV, FRIDGE. The hot water was not available for bathing.
