Pulizia impeccabile, tutti i dettagli in camera perfetti, hotel di grande charme curatissimo in ogni minimo angolo, ristorante incantevole e con piatti gourmet appetitosi e stuzzicanti. Spa meravigliosa e rilassante. Solo complimenti alla gestione, abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni di sogno in un angolo di paradiso. Unico appunto il dettaglio dei lettini nella spa, che spiego nello spazio successivo. Non ho veramente nulla da criticare se non un suggerimento per chi gestisce il wellness: molti clienti sono probabilmente convinti che l'angolo con i lettini riscaldati sia occupabile a tempo indefinito; , vi appoggiano borse e asciugamani per poi allontanarsi lasciandoli in definitiva non utilizzabili da parte di altri, anche per ore. Un giorno non li abbiamo potuti usare per niente perchè dalle 16 alle 19 quattro persone ne avevano preso possesso lasciandoci sopra le loro cose quando si allontanavano, o restando sdraiati per delle mezz'ore. Converrebbe mettere un cartello che indichi chiaramente che quei lettini sono un'area wellness da lasciare a disposizione di tutti, e occupare solo per il tempo necessario, al pari della sauna o della piscina.

La spa è nuovissima e molto moderna. Davvero speciale per un hotel. Non tutti gli ospiti hanno il culto del wellness. Consiglierei postazioni per appendere accappatoi e teli.

Les produits proposés étaient frais, variés et de qualité. La présentation soignée mettait en valeur chaque élément du buffet, donnant une impression d’abondance et de raffinement. - Théo-Alex (7/5): Un bel emplacement avec de beaux extérieurs et pourvu d'une chambre "supérieure" décevante. - Le Buffet du petit déjeuner. Bien achalandé, propre et pas excessif. La possibilité de commander des oeufs selon le goût de chacun est un plus. De manière générale, ce buffet est sain, équilibré. Et ce qui nous tient à coeur, il n'encourage pas au gaspillage. La chambre supérieure est bruyante (située côté route) et mal insonorisée. Dès 7h30, 8h le matin, nous avons été réveillés par des gens parlant dans le couloir. Le store électrique couvrant le velux (fenêtre de toit) ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas. La literie n'est pas confortable. La peinture des poutres apparentes était toute craquelée. Payer un tel prix pour dormir moins bien qu'à la maison, ça n'est pas agréable.
- Kay Sch. (8/5): - In general it is a nice hotel with a great restaurant. But there is still room for improvement. The location is a bit off from the hotspots but super quiet with a nice view, garden and architecture. The pool area is nice but one can tell that the adjacent rooms are to be modernized when compared to the stylish hotel and restaurant itself. The wine list is impressive and you should have ld definitely try their own wines. We grabbed a few for our collection at home. The staff is nice, the service super attentive and welcoming. They try to fix everything thar might arise. We stayed a week and enjoyed it a lot. It is also a great place for trips to Asti, Novara, Torino and more. The restaurant has a great quality of products and is super nice interior-wise. The rooms are a bit small, but they have almost everything you need. The spa is small but nice, but I can imagine that in bad weather or winter the space light be too small for all hotel guest plus day spa guests. But we enjoyed the stay, the warmth and professionalism and if we ever come. Back to the region we will for sure drop in and say hi. But there are a few things that we missed or did not like that much. For starters, they had shampoo etc. but no conditioner. That would be an easy win. The air conditioning is a bit weird as you cannot really get below 21 degrees celcius and it seemed to reset to some sort of default settings. This lead to a rather warm climate. Moreover, our air conditioning was pointed towards the bed so we felt the air all the time in bed. Not the ideal setup in my opinion. Another thing we noticed was that the pillows were not ideal. You could put two on top of each other, which would make them to high or only use one which was too low. I know that this is personal preference, but compared to other hotel beds this felt like a miss. On thing we noticed rather late was that our mosquito net at the window was broken at the bottom, which caused an influx of insects unfortunately. And our shower glass wall had a little defect - probably some guest smashed it against a wall or shower hose as the handling requires a bit of "training". The gym is also nice even though finding it wasn't that obvious - maybe set up some signage? And a desinfactant spray or tissue was missing plus a proper indoor bike. The bar has a lot of potential, which I hope the owners see and will lake use of soon. The Internet needs some improvement, but it was working most of the time.
- Harald (8/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frische regionale Produkte, aber die Abwechslung fehlte ein bisschen. Das Abendessen a la carte war sehr gut. Der Spa ist außerordentlich schön und angenehm. Der Pool ist toll mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Parkraum ist genügend vorhanden und auch die EBikes kann man in einer Garage wegsperren Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und es gibt weder Espressomaschine noch Wasserkocher. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir einen Wasserkocher für den abendlichen Tee.

Lovely wine selection. Pool is clean. Table service is a bit slow at lunch or dinner if they are busy. Service could be more professional and accommodating. Check out is at 11, our flight was much later in the day, so we asked if we could stay around, we were initially told to stay by the pool only for 2 hours after check out. We were told this was because the hotel was full and some restaurant guests had a day access at the pool. We stayed there for 3 nights and were consuming at the restaurant every day; our bill was above 1000eur and we are being asked to leave to prioritize restaurant day guest! It is a very poor customer service and non-sense. I have never seen that in any hotel, more especially at this price range. It is a shame as the place is gorgeous. (In the end, seeing that the pool had lots of sunbed available, we stayed longer).
- James (10/5): A perfect place to slow down and recharge. - It was so peaceful with a stunning building and exceptional views. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. Loved the wine that is made from their own vineyard. We had a Jacuzzi bath but not a proper shower, just a hand held one in the bath. But this was only a very minor inconvenience.

The staff, from management, to waiting staff to domestic staff were all polite, professional and friendly at all times. We would definitely return. There was nothing we disliked about the property.
