Jus de fruit, café, petits gateaux, du pain de mie, quelques charcuteries et un peu de fromage, on peut donc déjeuner comme on veut, à l'heure qu'on veut. C'est sommaire mais suffisant. La terrasse est très agréable. Les sanitaires sont impeccables L'immeuble est un peu bruyant, on entend les pas des voisins. Le grincement du lit quand on bouge est un peu désagréable. La chambre n'est pas très lumineuse car on ne peut pas lever les rideaux.

L’hôte est aux petits soins et les équipements sont juste top, le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour se détendre en fin de journée et il n’y a pas d’horaires donc disponible à tout heure. À une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre de Catane et de ce qu’il y a visiter ☺️ A noter simplement l’isolation, comme vous êtes proche du centre et le logement donnant sur la rue, on entend les voitures. Mais ça ne gâche en rien le séjour !

• Daria (9/5): Alloggio perfetto per Catania centro - La struttura è situata in una posizione molto comoda al centro, arrivati Luca ci ha proposto un cambio stanza che abbiamo apprezzato, con un affaccio nel cortile interno, la notte abbiamo dormito benissimo. Sicuramente la disponibilità è cordialità dell'ost, fanno la differenza, sempre presente a fronte di qualsiasi esigenza. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di fare colazione sia in camera che nello spazio comune situato all'ultimo piano, con la possibilità di usufruire del cibo e delle bevande in autonomia e senza limiti. Abbiamo usufruito di una delle proposte fatte da Luca, e uno dei giorni del nostro alloggio a Catania abbiamo fatto un escursione ai piedi dell'Etna, il servizio comodissimo perché la guida ci è venuta a prendere e ci ha riportato al b&b, ed è stato davvero una bellissima esperienza, la guida Carmelo, molto competente e appassionata, un esperienza che consiglio (portatevi delle scarpe da trekking per potervi godere al meglio la camminata). • Michael (10/5): Legendary B&B 4 leggende - B&B 4 leggende is an exceptionally nice place! Our host Luca took care of everything we needed and was always available! Our room was spacious and had a nice terrace (which we couldn't use as much as we wanted as it was raining all the time when we were there). Everything was spotlessly clean. We had everything to have a small (italian) breakfast in our room and there is an upstairs community room/kitchen where we could have an extensive breakfast with everything one can think of! There is a huge terrace attached to the upstairs kitchen which even has a hot tub which we could use anytime we wanted. Thanks again, Luca! We will definitely stay with you again when we come back to Catania!
• Olga (10/5): You have to visit this place! - A rating of 10 is definitely not enough. Luca is an excellent host—the best I’ve ever met so far. He took care of our stay not only on the day we arrived. On the day of departure, my friend and I were also able to leave our backpacks at his place until our flight. The host stayed in touch with us the entire time. We really liked the breakfast option. The jacuzzi is first class. I’ve never encountered accommodation so carefully and thoughtfully prepared before. • Jana (10/5): - Beatifull atmosphere in the hotel, with a spaceous room that has a good view of the street and complimentary breakfast. The best part about it is the upstairs jacuzzi and kitchen that is available during the whole stay.

• Inga (10/5): Brīnišķīgi - saimnieks Luca, vieta, komforts un piedāvājums! - Luca ir fantastisks saimnieks - viesmīlīgs, rūpīgs, pretimnākošs un klātesošs! Istaba ir pietiekami liela, lai diviem cilvēkiem ir ērti. Gultas lielas un ērtas. Istabā ir kafijas kapsulu aparāts un arī kapsulas. Ledusskapī ir dažādi labumi nelielām brokastīm, ieskaitot pienu kafijai. Plus - kopējā virtuvē ir iespējams vēl saņemt gan iespēju pagatavot tēju, kafiju, gan iespējams lietot visu aprīkojumu un traukus - bezgala skaistus traukus! Un - ledusskapja saturs ir pieejams jebkuram šajos apartamentos! Uz terases ir burbuļvanna, kura piejama jebkurā laikā! Mēs izmēģinājām - ļoti labs relakss pēc garas dienas ar ekskursijām un pastaigām. Bijām aprūpētas, atpūtušās un priecīgas par šo izvēli. ja dosimies uz katāniju, tad noteikti paliksim atkal pie Lucas!

• Davide (6/5): - Struttura ottima, ben posizionata. Colazione discreta ma con prodotti confezionati. Scelta per posizione e Jacuzzi che nelle recensioni davano aperta sempre. In realtà era fuori uso per la pioggia dei giorni precedenti. Jacuzzi a parte, nulla. Booking mi ha segnalato che il mio soggiorno era stato annullato dall’esercente. Ho risposto che invece era stato regolarmente effettuato e saldato.

• Waldemar (10/5): Rewelacja. Właściciel Luka super gospodarz !!! !100% polecam !!! - Luca to bardzo dobry gospodarz. Błyskawicznie odpowiada na WhatsApp. We wszystkim pomocny. Bezproblemowy człowiek. Życzliwy. Można na niego liczyć w każdej sytuacji i o każdej porze. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Kuchnia rewelacyjnie wyposażona. Cały sprzęt kuchenny dostępny na miejscu. Kuchenka mikrofalowa, piekarnik, czajnik, toster. Pomieszczenie dostępne całą dobę. Produkty na śniadanie świeże. Taras bardzo urokliwy, jacuzzi na tarasie dostępne cały czas. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko do centrum. Główna ulica Via Etnea przechodząc przesmykiem oddalona od apartamentu 100 metrów. Spacerkiem do targu można dojść w 10 minut. Zdecydowanie polecam obiekt b&b le 4 leggende !!! Luca is a very good host. He responds quickly to WhatsApp messages. He's helpful with everything. He's easy to deal with. He's friendly. You can count on him in any situation and at any time. The breakfast was excellent. The kitchen was superbly equipped. All kitchen appliances were available on site. There was a microwave, oven, kettle, and toaster. The room was open 24 hours a day. Breakfast products were fresh. The terrace was lovely, and the jacuzzi on the terrace was available at all times. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location was excellent, very close to the city center. The main street, Via Etnea, is 100 meters away, passing through an isthmus. The market is a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend the B&B le 4 leggende !!!
• RESSIA COLINO (9/5): - Buena ubicación, tranquilidad. No había papel higiénico de repuesto en el baño, tuvimos que salir a recorrer las instalaciones a buscar. Increíble 🤦🏼‍♀️ Que al pagar el impuesto que eran 14€ no tenía cambio de 20€ y nos quedó debiendo 0,60 €. No es el monto, es la actitud, en mi país no se le queda debiendo al cliente.
• Hanti (10/5): Ajánlom mindenkinek! - Minden nagyon jó volt, a tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész, még transzfert is intéz. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. A tisztaság tökéletes. Nem volt ilyen.

• Cintia (10/5): - Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó. Jó helyen van a szállás séta távolságra megtalálható minden. Luca, külön ajánlott éttermeket, pizzázót és segített is az asztal foglalásban, valamint a transzfert is intézte nekünk a reptérre. Nem tipikus reggeli járt a szobához. A szobánkban volt bekészítés, de egész nap látogatható volt a konyha, ahol bármit ehettél, ihattál amit találtál. Sajnos nagyon későn érkeztünk a szállásra, így Luca telefonon próbálta elmondani, hogy melyik lesz a mi szobánk és hogyan jutunk be, ami így nehézkes volt számunkra a megértés miatt. A foglaláskor azt hittük a lakosztályhoz tartozik a jakuzzi (közös teraszon van egyébként), így mikor este odaértünk és nem találtuk nagyon elkeseredtem. (másnap reggel már jött a szállásadó és minden kérdésre válaszolt, úgyhogy ez nem is okozott gondot később)

• walter (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful room with terrific host. - The location was good and the host was very gracious with his time. He took the time to call several restaurants and get me a reservation. It was a wonderful stay.
• Ana (10/5): Maravilloso - Las instalaciones, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, incluso con su terraza. En la parte superior, otra gran terraza con jacuzzi y muy bonita. Luca ha estado insuperable, ayudándonos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Realmente hemos estado encantadas y si vuelvo por Catania, seguro que volveré a casa de Luca. Gracias por todo.

• Maxim (10/5): Aangenaam verblijf in mooie B&B - Een super locatie. Heel mooi gebouw met hele mooie kamers en een zeer aangenaam terras waar we konden eten en ontspannen. De behulpzaamheid van Luca was super. Gaf ons veel goede tips voor Catania en omstreken en hij was altijd en overal bereikbaar.
• Tamara (7/5): Mit der Unterkunft kann man im allgemeinen nicht viel falsch machen :). - Die Unterkunft war nah am Zentrum. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos und unkompliziert. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Auch die Dachterasse war nett, um z.b. abends dort ein wenig zu entspannen. Es war auch grundsätzlich sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Das Gebäude hatte auch einen gewissen Charme. Ein wenig war noch Luft nach oben im Punkt Sauberkeit. Auch das Frühstück könnte man ohne großen Aufwand hochwertiger gestalten. Und der Whirlpool war auch nicht wirklich sauber genug für meine Bedürfnisse zumindest. Es wurde auch angegeben, dass ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Wir dachten dieser wäre inklusive. Jedoch mussten wir dann an einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz 20€ den Tag zahlen. Was ich schon teuer finde.

• Mizuki (10/5): のんびり快適に過ごせる宿 - Bellini庭園の近くの静かな通りにあり、空港へのバス停も徒歩10分圏内なので観光最終日に便利な場所でした。 ホストのLucaはとても親切で、WhatsAppでのコミュニケーションもとりやすく、おすすめのristoranteの予約を手伝ってくれたり、治安の悪いエリアを教えてくれたり、とても助かりました。 当日タイミング悪く予約していた部屋のトイレの流れが悪くなってしまったらしく、チェックイン時にもともと予約していた部屋と別の部屋を見せてくれて、選ばせてくれました。朝ごはんは部屋で食べるのと上階のテラスで食べるのとその日の気分で選べて、私達はテラスを選んだのですがCataniaの街の音を聞きながらゆっくり過ごせました。 Cataniaは大きな街ですが、のんびり静かに過ごしたい方にはおすすめの宿です。

• Sophie (10/5): - Great b&b! Great location at the top of the main road for the tourist area in Catania, which was about 10-15 min walk down the hill. Clean and comfy bed. Luca was very helpful (including organising our morning trip to mount Etna) and quick to respond to any messages. Plenty of breakfast which was left in the room plus extra in the shared kitchen area.

• Zuzanna (9/5): Pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie, jeśli oferta śniadań zostanie nieco ulepszona. - Pobyt w obiekcie był bardzo udany. Najbardziej podobało nam się świetnie przygotowane jacuzzi, które idealnie sprawdzało się po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dużym plusem był również bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami – szybki, życzliwy i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Obiekt był czysty, a wyposażenie naprawdę dobre, co zdecydowanie podniosło komfort pobytu. Jedynym elementem, który naszym zdaniem wymaga poprawy, są śniadania. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że jedzenie nie było na bieżąco kontrolowane ani uzupełniane – zdarzały się produkty po dacie ważności, a w ostatni dzień nie było już wędlin ani sera, dostępny był tylko chleb tostowy. Ogólnie śniadania wypadały średnio i pozostawiły niedosyt w porównaniu do reszty pobytu.

• Daria (10/5): - Дуже задоволені відпочинком, Лука все розповів і одразу допомогав зі всіма питанням, номер дуже просторий, прибирання кожен день, розташування в самому центрі, вибір авто для оренди великий. Все дуже сподобалося, приїдемо їз задоволенням знову.
• Lukas (10/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. In nur 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig am Domplatz- sehr gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht; Klimaanlage und eigene Kaffemaschine; zudem die Zimmer neu renoviert. Der Jaccuzi ist optimal beheizt und perfekt, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Vermieter Luca ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um alle Anfragen gekümmert. Bei späteren Ankunft sind die Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft meist belegt. Wir haben jedoch immer in den anliegenden Straßen einen Parkplatz gefunden.
• Stefano (10/5): - Struttura eccezionale, appartamento molto ampio ristrutturato a B&B. La camera era davero spaziosa e comoda, pulizia giornaliera e cambio salviette dopo almeno due giorni di soggiorno. All'interno della struttura sono presenti, oltre alle camere, anche aree comuni molto belle con un bagno aggiuntivo, una cucina molto fornita ed una terrazza amplissima con una vasca idromassaggio calda. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'organizzazione della colazione: era possibile effettuare la colazione sia in camera (venivano rimpiazzati quotidianamente, latte, jogurt, brioches, marmellate, ecc), oppure in cucina, a scelta, ove erano presenti anche torte, pane, succhi, affettati, formaggi e tanto altro.
• Grigorova (10/5): Прекрасно място! - С много хубава локация, на пешеходно разстояние от центъра, много чисто, с всякакви удобства. Имотът е много красив, комфортен, има кухня, голяма тераса, ситуиран е на няколко етажа и много добре обзаведен. Лука беше на разположение за всякакви въпроси, по всяко време, съобрази се с нашето ранно настаняване, имаше храна / кафе както в стаята, така и в общата кухня. -
• Slavena (10/5): - Ein super Gastgeber! Er hat wirklich an alles gedacht! Nach unseren langen Tagestrips konnten wir richtig gut entspannen. Es war jedes Mal ein schönes Gefühl, wie „nach Hause“ zu kommen.
• Ali (8/5): Katanya için ideal bir seçim - Luca çok ilgili ve yardımsever bir Evsahibi , iletişim kurmak çok kolay , bize gezilecek yerler ve restaurantlarla ilgili önerilerde bulundu . Ev merkeze 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde , ana cadde via etna’ nın paralelinde . Evin önündeki caddede sokağa ücretli park ediliyor . Gündüz biraz zor olabilir ama gece yer bulunuyor . Ev tarihi bir binanın 2. Katında , triplex. 2 katta odalar ve 3 . Katta kahvaltı salonu ve teras var . Kahvaltınızı ister odanızda ister terasta yapabilirsiniz , self servis. Kahvaltı bizim için çok yeterli değildi , ama genel olarak b&b lerin çoğu benzer şekilde servis sunuyor , beklenti yüksek olmamalı. Oda çok geniş ve temiz , yatak konforlu , banyo temiz ve yeterli idi. Fiyat performans açısından iyi bir yer , kesinlikle tavsiye edilir . Kahvaltı içeriği biraz daha zengin olabilir .
• Laura (10/5): Enjoyed staying here - The owner was very helpful and friendly with suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The mattresses nice and soft/comfy. Small details like a European plug left in the room for us to use was thoughtful. The breakfast was on a top floor terrace and we could access the food in the kitchen at any time. It felt very much like a home from home set up which was great.

Le jacuzzi est parfait pour se délasser après des journées bien chargées L'isolation sonore est un peu juste, donc peut être gênant si, comme nous, vous tombez sur des familles avec bébés dans les chambres voisines
