- Martijn (6/5): No luggage storage possible! Watch out! - Location was good, very central. No option to store luggage upon check-out! This was only communicated very late. Room wasn't very clean 😕 Communication via WhatsApp was ok, although the cleaning lady doesn't speak English and we didnt see anyone else around.

- KETRY Cristina (10/5): Todos os detalhes encantam ❤️❤️ - Letícia é uma ótima anfitriã. Me forneceu todos os dados para chegada e ainda me acompanhou durante o percurso. Localização ótima, peguei metrô no aeroporto, desci na Alameda e peguei a linha verde até Martin Moniz. Caminhei 500 metros e estava no local. No centro de Lisboa próximo de tudo. Fiquei somente uma noite entre um Vôo e outro. Mas não excitarei em voltar uma próxima vez. Quando você abre a porta do apartamento recebe uma grande surpresa. Quarto lindo, de muito bom gosto, limpo e organizado. Fiquei impressionada com o que uma pessoa pode realizar com tao bom gosto. Roupas de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade, noite silenciosa, cama boa. E a delicadeza de me receber com um vinho. Cantinho do café …. Todos os detalhes encantam. Não estou exagerando.

Se devo trovare una pecca, il check-in tardivo dalle 15 senza la possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima e stessa problematica post check-out. Hanno comunque ovviato al problema proponendo un locker a pagamento a pochi centinaio di metri dal B&B.

- Mirca (8/5): Prima geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub in Lissabon für ein Paar - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll und wenn man für 2-3 Tage Lissabon erkunden möchte, reicht das kleine Zimmer - zumindest für ein Paar - aus, da man ja meistens unterwegs ist. Für Nicht-Paare ist das das Bett unserer Meinung nach zu schmal. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, daher war es für uns- zwei Freundinnen - etwas schwierig. Obwohl zwei unterschiedliche Zimmergrößen und Ausstattungen angegeben sind, hatten wir kein größeres Zimmer als andere, obwohl es bei der Buchung so angegeben wurde. Man darf keine helles Zimmer erwarten, da die dem Fenster gegenüber liegende Wand sehr nah ist und kein Licht ins Zimmer lässt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir ganztags unterwegs waren. Es waren Tee, Kaffee, Wein und Käse als nette Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer vorhanden als wir angereist sind. Es war alles sauber und das Bett war - für eine Person - bequem. Kein nutzbares Schlafsofa vorhanden.

It’s uniquely situated inside an old building and it’s clear that a lot of thought and consideration has gone into it. While small, our room had everything!

- Fanny GRANWEILER (6/5): Bien situé mais bruyant - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lisbonne. Chambre rénovée avec goût, literie confortable et présence appréciable d’une climatisation réversible. Petit frigo, bouilloire et cafetière à disposition. Demande de chambre à un étage inférieur respectée, ce qui est un vrai plus. Chambre et salle d’eau extrêmement petites, peu adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou de forte corpulence. Température de l’eau insuffisante (tiède à froide). Odeur de peinture à l’arrivée (heureusement dissipée après aération). Isolation phonique très insuffisante : nuisances importantes dès tôt le matin (bruits de portes, pas, valises, autres occupants). Absence de proposition de petit-déjeuner malgré les photos de l’annonce. Le geste de la bouteille de vin est appréciable mais peu pratique ; une collation aurait été plus adaptée. Pas de consigne bagages sur place (orientation vers des solutions extérieures payantes).

- Dóra (10/5): - We had a pleasant stay in B in B Downtown Suites. The apartment is clean and well equipped for a short, 2 or 3 nights staying. The apartment main advantage is that the old town city centre. The shops, and restaurants, museums are only 5-15 minutes walk from the apartment, the bus and train stations are 2 minuts walks from the apartment. Leticia and the staff of the apartment are kind and helpful.

- Hector (5/5): decepcionado, habitación extremadamente pequeña. y sector con muchos drogadictos - la verdad es que me lleve una decepción, ya que la habitación es extremadamente pequeña, el baño y la ducha también, a tal nivel que llega a ser incómodo. eso no lo describen bien, la atención de la administración muy buena. la habitacion es muy pequeña, y esta ubicada en un lugar céntrico, pero habían muchos drogadictos en el pasaje donde esta ubicado, todos los dias habian drogadictos consumiendo.

- Anais (5/5): Lamentablemente no pude dormir - La atencion fue muy buena estuvieron pendiente colocaron un vino de cortesia y las instrucciones estuvieron bastante claras tambien la ubicacion es muy buena. Lamentablemente a pesar de la buena atencion online que te dan no puedo darle una buena puntuacion porque aunque estaba linda la habitacion estaba recien pintada, el olor de la habitacion no me dejo dormir tenia demasiada alergia lo notifique pero no se me cambio de habitacion (aunque asumo que todas estaban igual porque el pasillo tambien olia). Es una pena porque dan muy buen trato y se ve que le ponen empeno pero si la habitacion aun esta tan fresca de pintura sabes que no esta apta para que la alquiles. Si tienes suerte de que no te toque en recien mantenimiento lo recomiendo pero la cosa es que esto no lo puedes saber.

At the arrival there was a complimentary cheese plate and a bottle of wine. The roomed cleaned everyday and there was always a complimentary chocolate or cookie when we arrived. While we were totally OK, travelers who will stay should note that the room is really very small. You need to climb 2 floors with steep stairs. Also a note to the cleaner, as the room is small and the bed is high enough, if you clean the space under the bed properly we could actually put our luggage there to earn more space in the room/

Die Dusche war sehr klein (dicke Menschen sollten Abstand nehmen) und ein Kleiderschrank nicht vorhanden (dafür aber eine Garderobenstange).

I believe they converted a closet to a wc and a shower. We had two small backpacks and we had a very hard time fitting in the room with them. The door of the room is literally on the stairway of the building so you can hear everyone coming in and out

Too small room and bathroom and not in a good condition . No possibility to lock the door (the owner left me only magnetic cards). The room (I don’t know why they call it suite) needs renovation in several points. The card holder was damaged. Also, I found hair in the bathroom and some strange things on the cover of the bed.

Which was alright for our one night stay. And it is a very cute room. But the shower is extremely small. My husband and I are small people so we were ok but wondered how any one larger would fit.
