• Romina (8/5): Great location, updated rooms, lots of restaurants in the waterfront and around - Location was great, plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area; safe to walk around and lovely waterfront path to relax in the afternoon. Building is old but the royal rooms are newly renovated and clean. It is really noisy If the window is open. Crowds in the street, traffic (room 2) and pigeons are super loud (room 4). With closed windows the pigeon situation was resolved. Overall a great stay for 1-2 nights.

• Federico (8/5): - Camera pulita, bagno grazioso, struttura con arredi moderni. Ottima posizione per girare Napoli fuori dalla confusione del centro storico. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Avrei apprezzato quanto meno la dotazione di un bollitore per il caffè. Purtroppo c'era una coppia che a tarda notte ha cominciato a discutere a voce alta e si sentiva ogni singola parola. So che questo episodio non dipende dalla struttura, tuttavia suggerirei una maggior insonorizzazione delle camere. Inoltre, ogni qual volta ho provato a contattare l'assistenza telefonica non mi ha mai risposto nessuno. Questo aspetto sicuramente da migliorare, ma nel complesso, struttura ok rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Noemi (7/5): Se non fosse stato per il riscaldamento sarebbe stata perfetta. - Camera esattamente come in foto, delle giuste dimensioni. Sia la camera che il bagno erano molto puliti. Il riscaldamento non funziona bene, la camera rimaneva fredda e il riscaldamento in bagno non ha mai funzionato.

Die tägliche Reinigung sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber verlief einwandfrei. Das Bad in Zimmer 4 ist recht klein und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Beispielsweise war der Wasserhahn locker und der Duschabfluss funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, sodass das Wasser nur langsam ablief. Zudem sind die Betten mit 1,90 m Länge etwas kürzer als der in Europa übliche Standard von 2,00 m.

Purtroppo non abbiamo chiuso occhio tutta la notte a causa dei numeri piccioni che probabilmente hanno il nido sopra la finestra della camera. Un soggiorno “luxury suite” viene definito tale anche dalla qualità del sonno che in questo caso è stata disastrosa, quindi inviterei gentilmente la struttura a provvedere ad arginare il problema con soluzioni apposite. Ci è dispiaciuto che al nostro che out, non essendoci nessuno, abbiamo lasciato un messaggio scritto e non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno un messaggio dai proprietari. Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella, la posizione ottima e poteva essere davvero un punto di riferimento su Napoli.

• Franco (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Nur die Lage hat uns gefallen Sehr unpersönlich, Kein warmes Wasser, Zimmer ist für zwei Personen viel zu klein, man kann nicht mal die Koffer auspacken, Ausblick direkt auf eine von Tauben verdreckte Mauer, ein Kühlschrank der die ganze Nacht brummt, der Betreiber meldet sich nicht und die nette Reinigungskraft verzweifelt.
