• Fabio (8/5): - La disponibilità del proprietario è stata provvidenziale, anche con una precisa accoglienza telefonica, dopo che avevo largamente superato l'ora prevista dell'arrivo. Bene anche le indicazioni sui ristoranti della zona. La posizione è ottima, all'interno delle mura della città, a piedi si può facilmente girare tutto il centro. Si può parcheggiare non troppo lontano. La camera è ben attrezzata anche se un po' stretta e con il bagno in cima alle scale. La colazione, benché abbastanza ricca, è fatta con prodotti industriali.
• Thomas (8/5): Super Lage für Stadtbesuch / Sehr nette Gastgeber / Beim Frühstück nicht zu viel erwarten - Lage ausgezeichnet für einen Besuch der Stadt, sehr zentral aber doch ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit guten Tipp für Restaurant am Abend. Parkplätze in der Nähe verfügbar, dann ca. 5 Min Fussweg. Begeisterung anderer Bewerter für das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht ganz teilen. Gastgeber bewirtet persönlich in kleiner Küche und ist wirklich sehr nett. Leider nur abgepackte Ware. Einfache frische Brötchen und ein wenig Obst, dann wäre das Ganze perfekt. Kaffee / Cappuccino wunderbar.

• antonio (9/5): Ottima posizione, comodissima per il centro città - Eccellente posizione, centrale e con ampio parcheggio pubblico nelle immediate vicinanze. L’appartamento è abbastanza ampio e garantisce indipendenza, con una piccola cucina dove custodire acqua o altro in frigo e consumare la colazione al mattino (preparata con prodotti artigianali e freschissimi). Titolare gentile e disponibile, sempre raggiungibile di persona o telefonicamente. La condivisione di spazi comuni (ingresso e cucina) auspicherebbe rispetto del prossimo da parte degli ospiti delle altre stanze, mantenendo silenzio in ogni frangente: la struttura è quella di un appartamento e non si può variare (anche per quanto concerne la mancanza di ascensore, correttamente segnalata e nota fin dal momento della prenotazione) e i turni colazione (dato che la cucina non è in grado di accogliere tutti gli ospiti contemporaneamente) comportano che il vociare e il rumore delle stoviglie di chi siede presto al mattino inevitabilmente sveglino gli occupanti delle altre camere. La proprietà, per quanto gentile e disponibile, poco può contro lo scarso rispetto di basilari regole di civile convivenza da parte di alcuni ospiti.

Breakfast can be improved with more choices, but I think we had a typical Italian breakfast prepared from Pier which was nice!

The room was spotlessly clean with every comfort. The location was perfect for attending a gelato course at the gelato natural academy. No complaints.

Host was extremely helpful with bar /dining locations and info on surrounding attractions. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Viktoria (10/5): Great holiday - We had a really great time here! Totally unexpected one of the best stays during our holidays in italy. The owners are so friendly,helpful and caretaking, we are still very touched. They will make you feel like you're visiting family, not people you don't know. That itself is worth going to this place. I asked for vegan options for the breakfast and it was also no problem :) The place itself has everything you need to feel comfortable, its clean and although you're in the city centre not very noisy, beds are got and rooms are big enough. • Yeah (10/5): If you coming this way stay with this lovely people...... - I didn't believe that this property can have such a great rating on Booking.com but after spending 3 nights here I know why. People that run it are amazing. Trying to help every time with a smile and nothing is a problem. Grosseto is maybe not the nicest town in Tuscany but this B&B makes it better.

Free parking was much appreciated . Air conditioning and cleanliness could be improved.
