• Berber (9/5): Prima appartement - Appartement was heerlijk rustig, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig, bakker zat om de hoek, genoeg winkels en eet gelegenheden in de buurt, bus / tram was heel goed te doen met de Ruter app. Het bed zag er prachtig uit maar het matras was niet super, dik dekbed en een dun kussen, dat had voor mij wel anders om gemogen, kwestie van wennen

Kunne tenkt meg at det gikk an å slå av alt lys på badet uten å slå av hovedbryter, sånn at leselys ved senga kan være det eneste lyset som er på. Dyr parkering.

• Alexandra (7/5): Mooie, rustige locatie in fijn buurt. - Ligging in het mooie Frogner. Met tram 19 in een mum van tijd naar het Oslo S. station. Leuke, rustige buurt met winkels, café’s en restaurants op loopafstand. Het tweepersoonsbed van 1.40 breed met kuil in het midden vonden wij niet te doen. Wanneer je ging liggen krulde bovendien het topmatras omhoog. Mijn man heeft op de bank geslapen.

• Agnieszka (6/5): Informacje w opisie mieszkania nie precyzyjne/nieadekwatne( brak info o łazience za szkłem) - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie było czyste i ciepłe. Łóżko wygodne. Słół, fotele i kanapa również czyste i wygodne. Przyjemnie urządzone mieszkanie z dużymi oknami. Podgrzewana podłoga w łazience. W obiekcie nie można wybrać apartamentu, więc nie ma mozliwości zorientowania się co jest w pokoju: czy okna wychodzą na ulice, na którym jest piętrze. Prosiłam o wyższe piętro, a dostałam parter. Można jeszcze trafić do suteryny. Zadzoniłam z prośbą o wymianę na wyższe piętro i mocno niesympatyczny Pan poinformował, że się nie da, bo wszytkie pokoje są zajęte. A z mojej obsewacji wynika, że nie były. W budynku było tylko kilka zajętych mieszkań. Urwany uchwyt do zmywarki, przez co b. ciężko się otwierała, a poza tym nie działała!! W informacji było: zestaw do parzenia herbaty i zestaw do parzenia kawy, przez co właściciel rozumie czajnik i kubki. Ręczniki małe i bardzo słabej jakości. Zestaw kosmetyków podany w informacji to mydło i żel pod prysznic. Największy MINUS: Nie było oddzielnej, zamykanej łazienki. Łazienka była wydzielona z sypialni, szklanymi ściankami ze szparami, a drzwi się nie domykały- w opisie mieszkania nie było to wyszczególnione, a to duży dyskomfort. Korzystanie z łazienki, gdy druga osoba jest w sypialni jest praktycznie wykluczone. Łazienka mała, bez miejsca na położenie rzeczy osobistych. Okna sypialni wychodziły na ulicę i ranno było słychać ruch ulicznny. Ogólnie mieszkanie lekko zużyte. Gdy pisałam do właścicieli, otrzymywałam odpowiedzi, ale z opóźnieniem np. pisałam w piątek, odpowiedź w poniedziałek.

• Andreea (9/5): Very good choice. I recommend - Very clean, so easy to checkin and checkout, no human interaction for this formalities, located in a quiet area around embassies. All you need for a short stay in Oslo. The walls are quite thin. I could hear noises from the next room, maybe because I had a door between us. I recomand ear plugs if you are sensitive to noises.

• Carmine Marro (9/5): - Struttura molto elegante, completa di tutto, check-in con l'app molto facile e veloce, zona tranquilla e ben collegata, a 10/15 a piedi dal centro ma con il tram vicino che passa ogni 5 minuti.. Qualche strumento in piu per la cucina non sarebbe male, l'acqua calda della doccia non era caldissima ma comunque entrambi piccoli problemi che non influenzano la valutazione sul soggiorno

• Lucien (8/5): Geweldig - De ligging is perfect, alles in Oslo ligt op loop- en fietsafstand. De uitstraling van het klassieke pand is prachtig, ook de algemene ruimtes. De kamer is prachtig gemeubileerd. Badkamers waren ook mooie en modern. Informatie over het parkeren kan uitgebreider. Er zijn parkeerplaatsen op het terrein zelf, maar hiervoor moet je elke dag een nieuw kaartje kopen, wat bijna 30 euro per dag kost. In de omgeving parkeren is net zo duur, zo niet duurder. Je kan de auto ver weg zetten bij een metrostation, dat is goedkoper. Het was goed geweest om dit van tevoren te weten. Daarnaast was er geen mogelijkheid om koffie te zetten op de kamer. In de lobby was er wel een Nespresso-machine, maar die was kapot. Het keukentje viel tegen, het is niet geschikt om voor vier personen te koken. Maar twee pitten en weinig kook- en eetgerei. Ook is er geen goede tafel om met vier aan te eten.

• NATHALIE (9/5): Agréable séjour a "The sweet Oslo" - Je recommande ! Emplacement parfait, proche centre touristique et proche transports en commun. Le quartier est beau et calme. Il y a des commerces type supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie et restaurants à quelques pas. Les appartement sont beaux et spacieux. Ils sont calmes, propres et confortables. Il y a une buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge a disposition et sans frais. Les agents de service sont très aimables et font leur possible pour rendre service. A noter aussi l'histoire du bâtiment qui est une ancienne clinique pour femmes et qui donne envie de visiter tous les étages ! Attention, il n'y a pas d'accueil, pas de réception. Tout se fait par le téléphone et les mails. Même les clés des portes sont par l'application ! A noter, que l'on peut faire des cartes mais il faut rentrer dans le bâtiment. Les appartements n'ont pas tous les équipements cités. Par exemple, nous, nous n'avions qu'une plaque induction, un frigo et une bouilloire, le lave vaisselle. Dans le deuxième appartement, il y avait four, micro ondes, plaque...

• maria (8/5): - Koselig og rent rom. Ut over at Tv- oppsett var litt utdatert, så var fasilitetene fine. Beliggenheten var helt super! I forbindelse med bestillingen skulle jeg gjerne hatt noe mer informasjon om romtype. Man vet ikke hva man får før man er der.
• Jerinovska (10/5): Великолепная квартира - Квартира расположена недалеко от самого центра и от дворца. В квартире приятно находится - чисто, аккуратно. Со вкусом обставлена. Не знаю это нам так повезло или в других квартирах этой компании так же - у нас был душ с туалетом и в спальне и в гостинной, это превзошло все наши ожидания, очень удобно!!! На кухне есть весь необходимый минимум для приготовления еды и приборы для сервировки. Были оставлены также капсулы для посудомоечной машины, тряпочки, губка... Мы очень довольны!!! Не хватало только одного - шампуня для волос. Но это мелочи.

• Arune (8/5): + Clean and great location - No lift in the building - Amazing location with everything good close by! Very clean and actually very quiet even if it’s pretty central. We had an apartment with sofa-bed and that apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great. Even if the TV commercial about this hotel said that it is possible to «rent a Nesspresso coffee machine» but it wasn’t possible and the was no coffe machine to make coffe with (the one downstairs in the lounge was out of order). Also no lifts in the building så you have to carry all the bags up the stairs yourself.

• Mary (4/5): Disappointed in the staff and the accommodations. Having received a baby cot that contained blood stains and never word - The apartment was well thought out. Enjoyed having the two bathrooms and living spaces for our family to spread out. The baby cot had blood on it the first night. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work - found out the breaker was flipped off after messaging the staff and calling on the phone for several hours. The window in the bathroom would not close/lock fully. The check in process was cumbersome and staff was slow to respond via messages. The phone numbers listed in the apartment did not match what is on Booking. The dryer vent clearly needed to be cleaned and the cycle would not finish drying our laundry. We tried for 60 minutes and after every 3 minutes it would stop. Ended up air drying our clothing.

• González López (9/5): The apartment was great, clean and with all the facilities we wanted. Parking is next to the apartment, but price might - The room was good as expected, spacious enough. It has all sort of utilities: hairdryer, and coffeemaker. Parking area was close to the building. The online key was easy to use, we had no issues with it. When making the booking, you are asked to send in an email your email, booking reference and phone number to confirm the reservation (it looks like scam at the beginning) but everything was fine. Parking price is stated as 250 nok/day in the description of the booking. We used the easypark app and anything between 4h to 24h is 325 nok. The parking area is good, but it would be nice to know in advance the real price.
• Tim (7/5): - Goede locatie en mooi ingericht. Kleine gebreken zoals kapot bedlampje, keuken rook niet fris en het matras was erg oncomfortabel (de welbekende kuil in het midden)
• Suzanne (9/5): - Petit studio bien situé pour un séjour de quelques nuits. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Aucun problème pour le check in avec l'application. Malheureusement des voisins bruyants le premier soir (ont décidé de se prendre un verre en petit groupe à 23h dans la chambre d'à côté...) mais ça ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement :(
• Gustavo (6/5): - Proximity to public transport, good location, clean facilities. Smooth check in and check out. There was no oven as described in the listing, the bed was squeaky. Coffee machine never worked. Also, there was no soundproofing meaning we could hear a lot from other rooms

• Alena (10/5): Okrem problémov pri nájdení izby sme boli velmi spokojní - Pekný, čistý, dobre vybavený plne bezbariérový byt v centre mesta. Komunikácia pri check-ine bola výborná, ale za závažnú slabinu považujem nedostatočné označenie vo vstupných priestoroch. Naša izba bola v suteréne a mali sme veľký problém zistiť, ako sa do neho vlastne dostať. Schody boli len smerom nahor, výťah sme našli až hodnej chvíli, označenie tlačítok vo výťahu bolo nejasné.

• psyver (9/5): Rendben volt, sőt, kifejezetten jó volt. - Tágas, jól felszerelt apartman egy patinás épületben, ami a 20. század elején kórházként működött. Jó meleget tartottak. Minden nagyon tiszta és rendezett volt. 3 emelet, de volt lift is. Közel a villamosmegállóhoz. Az applikáció, amivel nyitni, zárni kellett volna az ajtót, fél nap után felmondta a szolgálatot. Szerencsére telefonon elérhető volt egy ügyeletes, aki elmondta, hogy tudok kulcs-kártyát készíteni az alagsori szerkezeten. Ha főzni akartam volna, vagy csak étkezni, az nem lett volna egyszerű a kevéske konyhai eszközzel. Kissé bizarr volt látni a műtőről a képeket, meg a sebészeti eszközöket.
